    Kalbi BBQ

ORDER - Seafood Tofu Soup - Kalbi BBQ The food is definitely worth the price that you pay. Quality food for a good price. The seafood tofu soup came in a hot stone bowl which kept it hot. Very flavorful and the seafood tasted good as well (not too fishy tasting). The Kalbi is also served on onions and stays hot for a while. Good flavor and not overly saturated with the typical sweeter Korean flavor (if that makes any sense) ! All this comes with generous amount of side dishes such as glass noodles, fishcakes, and pickled cucumbers. VIBES This place is located inside the food court near Jusgo so definitely gives food court vibes. There are families, friend groups, and all sorts of people all sitting in the same general area. Plenty of seating and a little bit on the louder side towards dinner. SERVICE The service was overall alright. Pretty standard and nothing out of the ordinary. They were fast to get our order out so no complaints here.

Came here for a quick lunch. Fairly quick service. Tasted legit. I would come back again.

Very spicy kimchi beef tofu soup with mackerel combo.

I've been to this restaurant many times, and it is located in a food court, so there isn't much service and ambiance is acceptable. This place serves the best Korean tofu soup in the whole DFW and it is really awesome! Furthermore, it is really affordable compared to other restaurants. If you do a combo and get a kalbi or mackerel, it turned into a great deal. If you love Korean tofu and haven't tried this place, I highly encourage you to give this place a try. Their seafood pancake is also the best I've tried in DFW.

Great Korean food. Reminds me of my time in the service when I was in Korea. Dol sot bibimbap with a sizzling bowl, fantastic. The fried Mandu reminds me of the carts outside of base where I'd pick up a snack after a night on the town.

Awesome place for fast and great tasting Kbbq. For the kalbi and soup combo you can choose what soup you want and how spicy and they have lots of selections on the soup! Will be back definitely

The food is good but it's a tad unsanitary. The bowls and plates were sticky and dirty. Pro wise, the kalbi was good and all of the people behind the counter were nice. They even carry out the food for you.

Food: The menu was pretty standard. There were plenty of appetizers, Thai stir fried noodle dishes, soup noodles, fried rice options, and Thai curries. They even had Chinese American dishes like orange chicken. I literally order the same thing at every Thai restaurant: pad khee mao (drunken noodles). The noodles were very well flavored. The plate of noodles had fresh cut bell peppers, and freshly chopped Thai basil. The plate of noodles were also very generously sized. Overall, it was delicious.

I ordered the pad woon sen (level 2/5 spice) and she ordered the pad kee mow (level 3 spice). To be honest, neither dish really had any spice, so if you like things spicy, go for at least level 4 (my only regret). The flavors for both were excellent, and we shared each dish and deleted both of them in about 10 minutes. Definitely hit the spot. The employees are very friendly and the music gives a relaxing island-type vibe. I recommend checking this place out, I'll definitely be back.

I think they kept the same decor and seating arrangement as the previous owner - still very spacious with lots of seating. It was pretty empty when we came by -- probably normal a couple of days after Thanksgiving. Pro tip: there's a section with only Chinese names, and that's where the better, more authentic dishes are. The "lunch special" side feels more Americanized. Food came out fast (about 10 minutes). My favorites were the litchi-shaped pork, 老酒蛏子, and the three-braised combo. The pork was very lean with great sweet and sour sauce. The 老酒蛏子 was fragrant, tender, and full of umami. The three-braised combo was braised just right and very flavorful; didn't need the extra sauce on the side. Only one person was working the floor (the boss lady), who was very chatty since it wasn't busy. Overall, a decent spot.

First of all, the owners were friendly and very attentive to their would be customers. The place is very clean and very modern which fits the bills for any small restaurant business. Basically not tacky. Right out of the gate we have the Sake Tower which I found it very on point with how good it tasted. It has the right amount of acidity and sweetness with every bite. On top of that the the aloha mini meal did not disappoint . The chicken was never dry and the rice tasted just so soft it almost felt like it would melt in your mouth . I would definitely say they earn their keep and I look forward to coming back and trying more of their menu.

The space has the warm, cozy feel of a small Asian café--inviting, relaxed, and homely. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating an experience that feels personal and welcoming. I ordered a combo plate with spicy shrimp and sweet chili chicken, and the portions were more than generous. The shrimp were large, perfectly cooked, and seasoned with just the right amount of heat. The sweet chili chicken had a crisp exterior and a nicely balanced flavor profile. The mac salad was creamy with a subtle sweetness, though it had a slight gritty texture that differs from a traditional Hawaiian-style mac salad. We also tried a couple of sushi rolls--the Spicy California and the Mori Crunch. Both were enjoyable, but the Mori Crunch stood out for its excellent texture and well-balanced flavors. It's easy to see why it's a house favorite. What impressed me most is that this is a family-run spot, operated by a humble couple who clearly care about the food they serve. You can taste the effort and pride in each dish. With solid flavors, generous servings, and genuine hospitality, Mori Teriyaki Wok Sushi Rolls is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommend.
