Since my sis needed to get her eyes checked and having a bad experience elsewhere i helped her by looking on yelp for a new doc. Everyone here is very nice! The whole office is professional and they take their time explaining things to you. Dr So is very patient, informative, and finds solutions to your eye site problems. even if he gives you bad news about your eyesight he has the knowledge to inform you on how to get help with new procedures out there which really brings hope to my sis. I was pleased on how they treated her so I decided to make an appointment for myself. I went in today and was treated the same way. They even remembered me from when I went in with my sis. Luckily my eyesight is good so I was in and out in no time. They are not pushy either. I feel like I got a good deal and will definitely return here in 2 years like the doctor recommended. In the mean time, I will recommend this place to everyone. I have 3 coworkers in mind that I will persuade into coming here! Dr. So and staff are phenomenal. They meet the needs of many patients. My mom was released from the hospital and couldn't climb stairs so they allowed her to enter from the back. Further, they listened and understood about her medical conditions and tried to accommodate her unique needs. They made her 3 pairs of glasses, bifocal, reading, and sun glasses. They had to ALL be specially made with the same type of contour to the lens to HOPEFULLY eliminate migraines. Further, it was explained to her why a gray tint, rather than polarized lenses, would be better for her condition. Nobody has ever explained these things to my mom before. Anyway, the bedside manner of Dr. So and the professionalism of the entire staff were much appreciated. I WILL DEFINITELY be back. read more
