I had a wonderful experience at Dr So's office. I walked in after work to find a pair of glasses that fit my prescription. The front staff was so welcoming and Cindy assisted me in finding the right pair. I am very picky when it comes to choosing something of such an expense, but she was very patient through the whole process. They had an amazing deal going on which beat out every other optometrist around the area. I found the perfect pair of glasses and upon checking out, they told me they had my prescription in stock and would be able to have them ready by the end of the day! I was amazed! I have a very high prescription and he knows which lenses and frames will work for the thickness required for my lenses. My most recent glasses have temple tips that degrade because of the prescription shampoo that I use and they have replaced them multiple times free of charge! My very first visit, Dr. So made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing and he took the time to explain things to me in a way no other optometrist had before.
