Perhaps a better name might be Sooo Relaxing. I was having back issues from my mattress and was going to my chiropractor. He didn't do me any good so I decided to give these guys a try. I'm so glad I did because after just one visit I was feeling soo much better. I have tried the chair, and the table. The table was much different but was a great experience. We came out to Palm Desert for a short vacation and I was so uncomfortable. I had recently gone to see my Chiropractor but my neck and upper back hurt so terribly. I couldn't sleep it was so painful! My husband had the brilliant idea to go to a nearby mall to see if there were any massage kiosks that might be able to work out that stress for me. The gentleman that worked on me did and EXCELLENT job. His massage was hard and deep. Painful at first from how tight I was. Man! But he worked out all my problems areas in 30 minutes. I didn't realize how bad my problem was until I was done and feel the relief! I'd give them 5 stars if the ambience was better. They leave their doors open and the loud noises from the mall makes it hard to "lose yourself" in your massage. And the kiddie playground is right there so the last thing I wanted to hear were kids screaming while I was trying to relax. I'd definitely go back! read more

My legs feel great now... This place is in the mall... You sit in Comfy chairs for the foot reflexology. Love the foot reflexology here... If you want your back massaged, you sit in an up & forward facing contraption that is comfortable contrary to your initial thoughts as you look at it... O.o That said, it's comfy until they start working on your back... I don't get that service anymore because they're too harsh for me... Maybe other people love that... I don't... Me & my boyfriend come here quite often whenever we are in need of an affordable & quick massage. It does the job for the price & I have been massaged by almost the the guys there. They are all friendly. There is this older guy that I don't like he wears gloves when he massages your feet & the massage is not great so be aware if you get him. That's why I gave them 4 stars & also I wish they had a female, my boyfriend would prefer to have his feet massaged by a woman instead. Overall I like going there I just tell them who I want to massage me since I know their styles. We even take our daughter and she sits on the chair with me while I get my foot massaged. Lights are low & feels relaxing. Go try them. read more

The staff was very friendly and I found the pricing to be appropriate. I treated my spouse to a massage, particularly for the neck. She felt it was way too rough and the person seemed to be unable to adjust. He used too much force. She would not get a massage again, at least not from that particular person. read more

Cheat people on time... Horrible service... frustrating knowing a lot of disabled and elderly people come in here and get manipulated and cheated on their time... Cheating is bad but cheating people incapable of standing up for themselves is even worse This place has horrible staffing and lacks a hierarchy ... I went for a massage yesterday. I think I was massaged by the ring leader. They were all men and they were all joking around and laughing in Chinese. My masseur punched, slapped me and pinched so hard after I asked to be a little more gentle. I cried out a couple of time in pain and asked him stop the massage early. If u cannot handle hard pressure or expect a spa-like experience, u dont belong here. So Relax is contrary to its name. It is about getting into the muscles right away and working out knots. And yes the workers may not speak English and answer their cell phones during your treatment but for people like me who just want to get down to business, it's perfect. read more

I have found a gal here, Amy, that doesn't massage so hard that she makes me cry, yet enough pressure that it feels like she is working out the tension. However, right now, she is the person I want to go to, and this place you can't call ahead to book, or even find out if she is there, NO PHONE, how un-American. Doubt it would help if they had one, hardly anyone speaks English, or if they do they act like they don't. So don't expect to be able to tell them, "hey that's painful". The place is also becoming pretty run down, don't even go into that disgusting bathroom. I just wished whoever owns this place would realize that general maintenance would not break them, and would probably get them more customers. I am going to try Foot Loose next time, see if they are a little more sanitary. read more

dont go there people , i had a sore shoulder so i was waking by and thought what the heck why not ? WRONG !!! i had the worst 15 minutes or less of massage ive ever had the man didnt speak english couldnt communicate about pressure or health concerns ???? i kept saying less pressure he didnt get it ? i left more sore then when i went in and i was sore the next 2 days im hoping he didnt seriously injure my back or spine ...he kept pressing into my spine and along the spine realy hard ? these people have no right doing massage here in the desert .. next time im going to this place in rancho mirage callled FOOT LOOSE ive heard good things about them read more

This place is awesome and great for people who just want a quick, strong, and deep massage. I usually buy the 20 min for $25 option and it's all I need to get me feeling loose. If you like smelly oils, deep breathing, and meditative like massages then this place is not for you. However, if you like a tough no frills, no fluff experience then you'll love it! read more

i was only going for a shoulder massage but was sold a foot/shoulder package. it was FABULOUS! i like a very deep almost painful massage for the therapeutic effect. The foot massage is accupressure based and in a nice relaxing setting. i can see where some may think it is too rough for them. I was intimidated by the public setting, but now i don't care!! I wish they all spoke a little more english but no matter! read more
