She said that all the products are made of natural ingredients and that the process of sugaring was less painful than waxing. Supposedly the hair grows back lighter and eventually with some maintenance, it doesn't grow back at all! Also, the TV is up high so you can take your mind off of the task at hand. She gets down! hahaha It can be a little uncomfortable at first but she's good at what she does and tries to make you feel as comfortable as possible by talking to you the whole time. I'm so used to waxing so this sugaring thing, wasn't bad at all. She's still pulling out the hairs, however, it's less stressful on your skin. Also messaging before the appointment saves you further time on consultation than during the actual appointment. You never offered any anime style, I ASKED. You only showed me ONE personal photo for a hybrid. When I asked about other styles because you couldn't do anime or douyin or any similar style I was excited for-I reverted to doing what was on my lashes-volume because again all you offered was a hybrid BUT you kept saying "It would be more natural and not like lashes you have on" which made no sense because I already had on volume lashes that lasted 2 weeks. And the next lash tech was also able to do volume as well. It's also your job to read the notes of reservation before and not day of booking as to possibly reschedule for a more suitable time. You didn't accommodate me, I accommodated you. You weren't organized in your professionalism and blaming the customer. You can't assume everyone knows how to book thru the website and know that you can add more than 1 service. Thus why I put it in the notes. With the time available, you could have at least offered a lash removal. Also the google images were because I was trying to show my interests and see what you could do based on photos. Again, you weren't helpful with your own doing so I had to extend my resources to discuss with you your capabilities. You don't have names for your personal photos on instagram so it was very confusing and you weren't giving me any styles in person that made me feel confident in you because you kept saying "it won't be like that, more natural and not sure how long it will last idk maybe even fall off in a few days"- which is why we kept talking so I was able to find something I could feel confident in you to do..I wasn't feeling right paying $100-200 for something that'll just fall off. And if you weren't comfortable doing a thing for me then that in itself says a lot. And btw it did say on the google images that its eyelash extensions. Also in your cameras, you can review that you only showed me your hybrid photo once or twice and a little after started inclining the chair without telling me which made me uncomfortable as I was originally laying flat and not told you would put up the chair.
