The difference was incredible--and then they refused to charge me anything! I was genuinely touched by their kindness, generosity, and wonderful customer service. They helped someone who wasn't even an established customer simply because they could. That kind of integrity is rare and tells you everything about how a business treats its customers. However, the car started to smell really bad around day 2-3. I reached out concerned, but never received a follow up. The smell has subsided for the most part. I wish they had communicated back to address my concern, especially after paying over $400 for their services. Update- I appreciate the owner reaching out and taking accountability for their delayed response to my concern. They offered to provide additional services free of charge to remedy the problem. I don't think it's necessary at this point since the smell has subdued, but I do still appreciate their offer.
