I've put my clothes in with no stains and I've taken out them out to find multiple black stains all over some articles of my clothing. The workers never look happy or like they're willing to help. The price of the dryers is not bad, .25¢ for 9 minutes. They have multiple size washer and dryers. I also noticed they have a laundry service which is nice. However the smell and putting stain free clothes in and them coming out with stains makes it so I don't want to go back.

I walked in carrying a heavy bag and grabbed a nearby cart to place my clothes in. I planned to return it right after, but the employee (an older woman) immediately snapped at me, saying "Excuse me, that's my cart," in a very rude tone. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way, but the attitude made the interaction unnecessarily negative. The older Spanish lady who was the attendant tonight was rude and disrespectful. At 9:30pm as I was loading my clothes in the washer, she proceeded to tell me that the facility was closing in 2 hours. I thought that was strange because the sign posted on the door said that it closed at 12am every day and the last wash was 10pm. I completed washing all my clothes and placed them in the dryers by 10:25pm. I then left the laundromat and told the lady that I would return prior to leaving. I returned at 11:22pm. The doors were locked but I could see her moping the floors inside. I had to knock vigorously for her to open the doors. Upon entering, I told her the sign says the laundromat closes at 12am. She said she told me that she is closing at 11:30pm. I said I understand that you want to close at 11:30 but it is a business and the sign says 12am. She told me that it is 11:30pm on the website (which is a lie). SHE PROCEEDED TO TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AT 11:34PM WHILE I WAS RETRIEVING MY CLOTHES. I HAD TO REMOVE MY CLOTHES IN COMPLETE DARKNESS!!! I left the laundromat at 11:40pm. I told her that I have been coming there for a while and no one has ever spoken to me like that - not the middle-aged Indian gentleman or the young Asian lady. She told me that she's tired and been there since 6am and that she has to come back at 6am. Well maybe don't work for 18 hours if you are tired. That is just HORRENDOUS customer service!!! I spent $60 today refilling my laundry card. I do not and cannot accept this behavior. This employee needs some retraining in how to communicate with customers !!
