The coolest Jumpoline Park ever (that's what they used to call them until your mom started going). Kidding--sheesh tough crowd. Don't cancel me. The good: This is an EPIC trampoline park. Got a 3 hr sprint break deal with the kids. I had mediocre expectations having been to at least 5 similar parks. This one was the best. They have: multiple jumping areas, Ninja Areas, High Ropes courses, go karts, and video games, soccer, basketball, climbing walls and dodgeball (my arm still hurts from pelting overly confident kids dozens of times, a little kids town and 50+ recliners for the adults (genius). Imagine an abandoned corner store at a mall was taken over by a wave of zombie children running on sugar and dip n dots bouncing until total meltdown. The Bad: 1) The video games are an absolute ripoff--if they made the games 5 credits per game they would get more business. 12 credits for air hockey?! I refused to "reload" based on principle alone. 2) No water fountain?! Even prisoners get water.. Suggestions: A Water Fountain and add some laser tag! Do a $10 add on for Unlimited Lazer tag and you will cover the cost of water. read more

Our grandchildren absolutely love this place! There's so much to do for all ages, and everyone had a great time. Some of the top favorites were the zip line and the go-karts. The entire facility was very clean, and we even saw staff actively tidying up while we were there. We also appreciated the comfortable seating throughout the space, and having TVs playing the football game was a fun bonus. A wonderful experience all around! read more

First time trying out Soar 'n Bounce. A relatively new bounce place located on the 2nd floor of RiverTown Mall where the old Younkers used to be. First impressions: Organized chaos. Many young aloof workers. Large space with multiple exits. The whole building shakes which is disconcerting. I remember feeling slightly anxious the whole time because it's connected to the mall and not well monitored and it just made me fearful that a child abduction could easily occur. Supposedly I had a personal attendant to help me with the birthday party, she announced herself as Zoe and then promptly left and showed up again an hour later to serve some pizza and bring ice cream. She did not help me set up. She did not offer to take pictures, she did not assist with clean up, and we had to ask for waters. Overall, I'd say the personal attendant feature was a miss. I'm not truly sure what they're trained to do or offer, but I felt like I was doing most, if not all of it. Thank god, I had a couple of mothers stick around to help with balloons and to be extra eyes as this complex is large and did not seem secure. Overall, I felt this experience was rushed, and a bit expensive for the time to play ratio. It was $350 for 10 kids to jump for 1 hour and then 40 minutes for the room time to do cake, ice cream and pizza. We didn't even have time to open presents. Zoe came by to offer add ons like extra jump time for a fee, but we politely declined. They asked us to leave the room, we complied and waited for parents outside for pick up. I wasn't too impressed with how this outfit was run. It's a bit of an investment and I suppose it was fair enough for two pizzas and ice cream, water and paper plates etc. I provided my own decorations, cake, candles, drinks and party favors. The inside has a bunch of trampolines, but Saturday was busy and it was chaotic. The soccer bounce area used a real soccer ball which hurt the kids feet when kicking and playing. There also was a huge age range of kids and it would've been nice for staff to play a more active role to prevent injuries. I just wasn't that impressed with the infrastructure and it was soooo crowded. It kinda gave me vibes that this place was just an illusion of things to do, because everything was just soooo busy and full of kids/ teenagers from all ages. Next time, I'd choose Rebounderz or Craig's Cruisers if I'm going to invest this much money in a birthday party again. Soar 'n Bounce is still relatively new, hopefully they'll get it together. I think they're still working on the arcade portion and the concessions aren't open yet either. Maybe being so new they can continue to train employees and make it a great experience for future patrons. For me it was just, meh. read more

We celebrated my 7-year-old's birthday party here, and everyone had a blast! For $350, we had 10 kids bouncing and playing for two hours, plus two tickets per child for the go-karts and the VR warship (which seats six). The whole place is quite large, so it never felt overcrowded. One pleasant surprise was that the parents could join in (for an extra fee) and it didn't feel awkward or uncomfortable the way it sometimes does at places like Craig's Cruisers. There's a great mix of activities for both younger kids and older kids. I had read some concerning comments about the venue being open to the mall, but we didn't notice any issues while we were there. As always, keeping an eye on your children is important, but we felt comfortable the entire time. Our party package included water bottles, plates and napkins, ice cream cups, and four pizzas from Andiamo's. The ice cream was vanilla, served in individual cups. We also brought our own cupcakes, additional water bottles, and Capri Suns. We had access to the party room from 10:00-11:40 a.m., with pizza arriving at 11:00 a.m. The room even came stocked with a lighter for candles! I really appreciated having the room the entire time while the kids played - some places (like the Children's Museum) don't allow access to the party room until after playtime, which can feel rushed. That was not the case here at all. Everything felt well-paced and organized, and Gavin, our point person, did a fantastic job. Overall, it was a great experience and an stress-free birthday celebration. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE - DANGEROUS STAFF BEHAVIOR This was our third visit to Soar n Bounce and while our first two visits were great, what happened during our most recent visit was completely unacceptable. The sticker system they use to track jump times is poorly designed--especially for young, active kids. Stickers fall off constantly (as you'd expect in a place where kids are literally bouncing around), and instead of updating their system or switching to wristbands like every other trampoline park, they've chosen to police children aggressively over something they know is flawed. Teen employees repeatedly harassed the kids over fallen stickers, disrupting their play and causing stress. But the real issue was when a manager named Dan (who wasn't in uniform!) approached my young daughter alone and told her she couldn't play--without speaking to a single adult present. She was confused and scared, and she cried. Think about that: a grown man scolding a small child over a sticker that doesn't even stay on properly. When I called Dan out (while calmly seated), he refused to apologize, took no accountability, and then aggressively charged toward me, escalating the situation unnecessarily. Multiple people had to step between us because of how out of control this so-called manager got. All of this could've been avoided with better policies, better training, and basic human decency. Dan is not someone who should be working in any child-facing environment. His behavior was unprofessional, unsafe, and frankly disturbing. Until this place overhauls its check-in system and hires staff who understand how to work with children, avoid it completely. There are plenty of trampoline parks that won't treat your kids--or you--like this. read more

Went on Presidents' Day since school was out so pretty busy as it turns out to be pretty snowy and of course cold outside. The place is gigantic though so didn't get an overcrowded feel or anything. So much to do, we took our two boys and one bright a friend since it was our oldests small birthday outing. We registered online beforehand which was pretty easy. Only recommendation I might throw out is a separate or expedited line for those people but honestly it still went pretty quick for how big the line was (lots of bigger groups like us I feel and they did have 3 cashiers going thankfully). We just did an hour and half for our group ages 6,6, and 3 and that seemed like perfect amount of time. And fairly good price I suppose similar to others we've been to (think it was $22 each) You can reserve rooms for bigger parties and they have food and drinks but we just brought our own water bottles and snacks for the shorter time. Course and areas for big and little kids- some lines for certain attractions our kids were too little for anyway. Would definitely recommend for a fun outing to expel some energy and beat a crummy day outside. read more

It was okay at first. My two children were having tons of fun, however they complained certain areas stank badly in the tunnels.They also never disclosed that once your sticker time is over... it's completely over! I've gone to other areas, and once the time expired, they let you use the other areas; you just can't use trampolines. When my children had their time expire when a staff member came up to them and said they can't use trampolines anymore. Mind you: they ONLY said trampolines! They decided to go to another area with a foam pit *near* trampolines, and when another staff member came up and said TRAMPOLINE time was over, my children just left again and went somewhere else, thinking they were upset about them being near trampolines. They went to a kid area without any trampolines, where a staff member came up to them and threatened to kick them out, and they didn't know what was happening. My daughter almost cried because she thought she was in trouble, because apparently he said, "I know what you girls are trying to do, so either you pack your things and leave now or we will make you". Something along the lines of that. My youngest was extremely upset and was crying. Not because we had to leave, but because of the way that staff member came up to them. Soar N Bounce, start disclosing to your customers and using words like "play time is over", not "trampoline time is over". Our first experience was kind of upsetting. read more

This place is AWESOME! We went the week after Christmas break and felt like VIP's. We talked with the owner and he was the most genuine and down to earth kind hearted guy! I have a toddler and he talked to her like she mattered. Then they had a whole toddler village with a safe place for littles to play and imagine along with plenty of opportunities to bounce and slide and everything just like the big kids but without fear of being trampled. This place literally has something for all ages of kids. I'm a bit of a germaphobe but I never felt unclean or like we'd get sick because they wash everything at night. The prices are fair and in my opinion it's bigger and better than any other bounce place in this area. This place is a MUST visit for kids of all ages! Well worth the cost. read more
