    Spacious party room

We celebrated my 7-year-old's birthday party here, and everyone had a blast! For $350, we had 10 kids bouncing and playing for two hours, plus two tickets per child for the go-karts and the VR warship (which seats six). The whole place is quite large, so it never felt overcrowded. One pleasant surprise was that the parents could join in (for an extra fee) and it didn't feel awkward or uncomfortable the way it sometimes does at places like Craig's Cruisers. There's a great mix of activities for both younger kids and older kids. I had read some concerning comments about the venue being open to the mall, but we didn't notice any issues while we were there. As always, keeping an eye on your children is important, but we felt comfortable the entire time. Our party package included water bottles, plates and napkins, ice cream cups, and four pizzas from Andiamo's. The ice cream was vanilla, served in individual cups. We also brought our own cupcakes, additional water bottles, and Capri Suns. We had access to the party room from 10:00-11:40 a.m., with pizza arriving at 11:00 a.m. The room even came stocked with a lighter for candles! I really appreciated having the room the entire time while the kids played - some places (like the Children's Museum) don't allow access to the party room until after playtime, which can feel rushed. That was not the case here at all. Everything felt well-paced and organized, and Gavin, our point person, did a fantastic job. Overall, it was a great experience and an stress-free birthday celebration.

Went on Presidents' Day since school was out so pretty busy as it turns out to be pretty snowy and of course cold outside. The place is gigantic though so didn't get an overcrowded feel or anything. So much to do, we took our two boys and one bright a friend since it was our oldests small birthday outing. We registered online beforehand which was pretty easy. Only recommendation I might throw out is a separate or expedited line for those people but honestly it still went pretty quick for how big the line was (lots of bigger groups like us I feel and they did have 3 cashiers going thankfully). We just did an hour and half for our group ages 6,6, and 3 and that seemed like perfect amount of time. And fairly good price I suppose similar to others we've been to (think it was $22 each) You can reserve rooms for bigger parties and they have food and drinks but we just brought our own water bottles and snacks for the shorter time. Course and areas for big and little kids- some lines for certain attractions our kids were too little for anyway. Would definitely recommend for a fun outing to expel some energy and beat a crummy day outside.

Best trampoline park in the area! The toddler area was so great and makes it so much better than any other place around.

Came for the most amazing performance by comedian, Alok!…read more The Pyramid Scheme is a fun retro take on a dive bar known for their great shows, pinball machines and (somewhat) reasonably priced drinks. The staff may seem rough on the outer edges, but they are all actually teddy bears once you get to know them. Usually shows are standing room only, which is a drag if you are old like me and opt not to wear orthotics. Luckily, the 9 pm encore show was seated. My old bones appreciated this. Now look below as I'm fangirling in the attached photos! I absolutely adore Alok and their courage to humorously challenge the gender binary and systematically poke holes in the patriarchal system that comprises The USA.

The lineups are often pretty diverse, now offering more local music and the addition of more free events to bring together the community. They've added vintage nights, trivia, and free pinball days which I think is a very important and necessary community good. The venue has a front half with a bar, pinball cabinets, and even some outdoor seating. The back hosts the concert venue with interior bar, seating, and elevated stage. I'm allergic to alcohol so I can't speak to the drinks nor the prices but they have free water jugs readily available which is a lifesaver during shows and is just such a small, nice feature to have access to. I definitely would recommend coming here for a concert, finding some new local music, or establishing a new hang out for your friends.

They offered water, soda, two pizza's with large and small plates for cake (you provide your own cake). My son got a t shirt and everyone got arcade cards preloaded with $5. We added a laser tag experience for the 10 kids for $40. So much to do! Arcade, laser tag, ninja warrior course, dodgeball, high jump, trampolines into a soft block pit and for smaller children they had a 3 story interactive jungle gym, and a dedicated jumping area for the smaller kids. For an extra fee there is also an escape room, mini golf and golf simulator. There was a spot to check in for the parties to make the whole process smoother. The kids get about 2 hours of jumping and about an hour for food, cake and presents. Everyone had a great time and we felt the staff was professional and actually cared about our experience. Highly recommend for birthday parties or just for a fun day of jumping. Enjoy!

Part of the ceiling was actually falling in one place over the lockers and dripping water. The place is showing signs of wear for sure. The play areas are not monitored well. Height requirements for certain areas are not enforced. There were older kids going through the smaller playground area and younger kids in the ninja warrior course. The snack bar area is overpriced and lacking in food choices. Let's talk about that stale air again.... Unfortunately, there were some parents who thought bringing sick kids to an indoor trampoline park is a good idea. I witnessed several kids sneezing and coughing while we were there and sure enough a couple days later my kids started showing symptoms and we've been sick for a week now. Definitely not worth the 3 hours of fun we had. They really need to update their hvac with better filtration. No excuse not to post covid.

I was seated at a table near the bar when staff approached me and told me I had to move because I was apparently sitting at the table assigned to lane 26 instead of lane 28 -- even though none of the tables are labeled. There was absolutely no way for me to know this. To make it worse, when I asked why I was being asked to move while the table for lane 28 was already taken, I was brushed off with, "It's a full house." That was it. No apology, no solution, and no attempt to handle the situation respectfully or professionally. I was essentially asked to get up and relocate mid-visit because of their own poor organization, which felt embarrassing and completely unnecessary. If you're going to enforce lane-specific seating or a "bar line," then clearly label the tables and train staff to communicate with basic courtesy. As if that wasn't enough, when I went to the bathroom afterward, there was no toilet paper. For a busy establishment, that's unacceptable. Customer service matters. Communication matters. How you treat people matters. Between the disorganized seating, dismissive response, and lack of basic restroom supplies, it's clear guest experience is not a priority here. I won't be returning.
