The gentleman who helped us was so friendly. I don't recall his name but he was a huge sports fan and was so nice. The process to get the check signed took way longer than anticipated but we didn't realize they had to call someone. We thought they just signed it and we'd be on our merry way. All in all, we haven't had any issues with this bank and this visit speeded up the turn around to get the money from our insurance company.

Just got done working with this bank my honest opinion they wasted our time. They took more than 14…read moredays to give us an answer on the first day we contacted them. I would not recommend them they are very disrespectful and rude. Whenever I would communicate out to them they would totally ignore me and send a response over to my husband. He then told them to communicate with me because he was at work and did not have time they still continued to do the same thing. As far as the home loan they do not seem as knowledgeable as they advertised themselves to be. They denied the loan based on this statement "we cannot be sure you will be at the same job in 3 years" nobody is secure these days that was a horrible statement to give and a "dumb" reason to deny. Our credit scores are in the high 600's my husband is making three times the amount of minimum wage in texas, our other income is SSI so it is stable yet they chose to deny us. I contacted HUD to file a claim and have it escalated. The lender named BEA stated she could not communicate with me because I was not on the loan yet she contacted our realtor without our permission to discuss our financials. Once I contacted HUD she had her vice president Sarah De Leon contact us and stand up for her. She basically ghosted us once we contacted HUD. They do not get back to you immediately they make you feel like you are not important and they especially make you feel like your hard earned dollars do not matter. Very unprofessional and disrespectful no southern hospitality here. I do not recommend them to anyone. Horrible experience and horrible representation for their "Great State of Texas".
