My go to for Açaí bowls. It's a small spot but has just what you need, I only go there for the original açaí bowl so I don't even know what else they have, but it's my go to. There's some side streets right by that offer 2 hour parking and it's always open, so I've never had a problem just pulling up, grabbing my bowl and leaving. First few times I went here this place was great. The last time not so much. There were a bunch a teens behind the counter playing games on the phone. I went to order and when they went to make my order I had to request they change gloves. Mind you they were playing games on Their phone before I walked in. I've been getting the regular acai bowl with added cacao nibs and it's seriously sooo delicious. Slightly overpriced at $10 though. Other than that the service is always great. I come here every morning for breakfast. I can't say enough good things about this SoBol location. For starters the owners and the rest of the staff are so friendly and very welcoming. I've been to other SoBol locations and this is by far the best. It's the quickest, cleanest and they never mess up my order. I get a medium bowl with no blue berry, no banana and double almond butter. They always load my bowl with almond butter which I love. Besides my usual bowl I get everyday, I always get an ice coffee. The ice coffee is also amazing. I even prefer it over Starbucks or Dunkin. The owners also give me my ice coffee for free sometimes for being a loyal customer which is so sweet, and I really appreciate it. read more

This was my first time going to SoBol. I must say I'm very happy with my experience. I read some of the reviews before going and was curious to see for myself and I'm not disappointed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I told them that I've never had this stuff before and don't know how to order these things. The cashier went over some of the options I could choose and explained what the product was from one thing to the next. I liked the assortment of beverages in the cooler, they had things in the cooler I haven't seen sold in your ordinary store. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a chalkboard for anyone to use to express themselves artistically with friends. The store was also very clean. Even though it has been raining all day the floor was very clean as well, not to mention dry. The fruit is fresh and perfectly ripened, this stuff is delicious. I look forward to trying out other items across their menu as I am consciously trying to eat healthier foods. There is no need to get garbage fast food when I can order something healthy that is made for me just as quickly if not quicker, and not to mention competitively priced in comparison to fast food restaurants in town. I recommend to anyone who hasn't tried these açaí bowls to do so. read more

Love Sobol so I feel bad giving a negative review, but this location needs to hire more staff. It's always way too long of a wait for a simple açaí bowl! They need to hire more workers for the morning and afternoon shifts... I order ahead so that it's ready when I pick it up on my way from work and have had multiple experiences where no one answers the phone here. I call around 7:05 which is right after they open but I would assume workers are already there setting up for the day? Also went in recently (didn't call ahead) and waited 10 minutes as the third person in line before even having my order taken. There were only two other people waiting for orders to be completed, and the girls ahead of me on line looked irritated like they had been waiting awhile. I've never had a problem with any other Sobol location than this one. Hire more staff! read more

This is the worst sobol on the island. I'm a frequent SoBol customer, and I always get my bowl with Whey protein in it. A bowl with this protein powder LOOKS and TASTES very, very different from a normal bowl. I got my usual order here, and I noticed my bowl didn't have the protein powder in it. I went back in to tell the guy behind the counter, and he rudely retorted "look at it, it literally has it in it." Didn't bother even trying to get my new bowl, I just threw mine out and walked away. I was at this place on Monday Labor Day. The owner prepared my protein very nicely. It was nicely done. Today I went back and remembered why I hadn't gone back here. Exceptional service, my acai bowl is always ready within minutes of ordering and is always soo delicious. However, I do think they should correct their gift card policy only so they dont lose out on business. I received a $20 gift card to Sobol and when I bought my first acai bowl with my gift card, they bought out my card and gave me the remainder of what was left on the card in cash.
