You guy's really have to start doing a batter job at making the Acai Bowl! This is the only sobol that's near my house and I be so disappointed whenever I stop by for a bowl. I can literally count the amount granola that's in the bowl. You guy's need to start doing better and give people their money's worth. This bowl is embarrassing!!!! Nothing bad to say about this place! The sizing the have is perfect (small medium large) unlike most places which are only one size. The acai always tastes AMAZING and a little tip - add nutella to your bowl, you won't regret it! read more

I love this place. I take my 2 kids here almost every week. This rating is for sanitation. The older lady that I always see there. She has no gloves on and licked her palm when she got something on it and then went to finish the order! Yuck!!!! That's disgusting! All of the other workers that made our bowls previously wore gloves so I'm assuming she might be the owner. If she is, she should know better. read more

I usually just get a regular açaí bowl, and have never been disappointed. Always very fresh & tasty! Tried the nitro coffee there, definitely had me jittery but I like how they supply options of flavored creamers for your coffee! Friendly atmosphere as well. read more

I got the açaí bowl, as is, and the super green smoothie. The smoothie was pretty good and so was my bowl. The granola had a bit of cinnamon which was a nice touch. Having no dairy in the bowl made it even better! Everything was made really quickly. Definitely will go back and try some of the other smoothie choices. read more

Didn't want to start with a negative review because I really enjoy SoBol. My coworker purchased a bowl for me and as we were eating it, we noticed hair in the bowl. Yes, it can happen anywhere and it's an unpleasant situation that can easily be fixed. The owner seemed nice over the phone, explaining that they posted a note near the register to replace the full order for the next visit. The following day, my coworker returned to the store to get a fresh order. Guess what, the owners were there and didn't believe that both bowls had hair in it. Mind you, there's a picture that shows evidence. Although they did replace the order, they doubted the situation, didn't believe that their bowls had hair. But when we called, the owner immediately said "was it the order with the mango topping" so she automatically knew that there might be a situation, the person who made it possibly didn't wear a hair net or whatever the case. On top of that, she repeated disgustingly "what goes around comes around." Beyond disgusting and rude!!! How do you even have the audacity to handle a situation in such a horrible manner? Especially to customers like my coworker who's literally there every other day. Just because of this, I will make sure not anyone of us from the office come back here. Glad another location opened up closer to us. read more

I am a frequent SoBol customer and visit many SoBols frequently. I came into this SoBol for lunch and when I came in to order the cashier gave me a huge attitude. The person/cashier making my bowl was very unsanitary. I watched him sneeze into his hands while preparing my bowl without gloves on!!!! He picked my blueberries up with his hands which I have never seen at any other SoBol before... especially without gloves!!!!! Once I received my bowl I noticed there was coconut on it. I had informed the Cashier that I had a coconut allergy and gave it back to him. He sighed and said "really" in a disrespectful way. He than scraped off the coconut with a plastic spoon and left small flakes of it still and gave it back to me. I asked him to please make a new one considering I have a severe nut allergy and he said I just scraped it off for you I'm not making a new one. This type of response is disgusting!! I will never be going to this establishment again and will make sure to tell my friends, family, and co-workers to steer clear of here. I never had an acai bowl before but this place opened a couple blocks from my house a few months ago and my hairdresser was talking about how much she loves them. I was a little nervous when I walked in that I wouldn't know what to order or that I would be judged for never trying this trending food before, but I wasn't. The staff was super friendly and as soon as I walked in she asked me if I'd ever been to Sobol before, and when I told her I've never even had an acai bowl before she explained to me how it works and what it contains. I added cookie butter to mine (at the staff and another customers recommendation) and I removed the blueberries from it because I don't like them. I wasn't sure how much I would like an acai bowl, I thought it would be ok, like something you don't hate eating and only eat because its a healthier option for you, but it was actually delicious. The granola they have is so good, and has a bit of cinnamon that compliments the cookie butter really well. The acai itself is pureed with banana, which I love. I immediately want to go back for another and try it with nutella next! The place is small, more of a walk in and order place with some space to sit and eat but not really to hang around for awhile, but they did have a blackboard wall with chalk for kids to draw on which I thought was cute. read more
