I didn't like the limited selected of substitutions. For example, they only have milk base options for their smoothies. Personally I prefer a juice base for my smoothies. Came here with my goddaughter after a day at the beach. We wanted to have something refreshing and healthy. The lady behind the counter was so welcoming even though she was busy and alone. She was handling online orders and let us know that she would be with us momentarily. These were our first bowls but she was super patient as we made our decision. This was my first time at this location and only second time at SoBol overall but I was pleased. The classic bowl size is generous in size. I will be back. read more

Sweet sweet spot. Please come and join this party of flavor they got going on with these amazing tempting smoothies. Yes, they look like jolly rancher colors beautiful bright blue, or the greenest greenest the yellowest yellow the mango. Taste delicious looks like sweet candy but Def tastes healthy and not oversweet at all. Ufffff. Listen. The creamiest of smoothies to choose from. U can also swap an ingredient or 2. Very good smoothie bowls. I love the fact that they sell a small kids size bowl (8oz). Is the perfect size for a small appetite. The bowls are delicious and fresh. The staff is nice and helpful. The place is impeccably clean. The only place I ding them is the pineapple needs to be cut smaller. Every time I get it they are large chunks that are a minimum 2 bites or 1 full mouth. Used my postmates credit to place an order for an acai bowl and just picked it up to save the delivery fee. The place was small but cute and very clean. My order was ready for me when I got there. The fruit and acai were cold and fresh and the bowl was actually quite large for a small. I would definitely have it again. Open now with safety measures in place. Your common SAMBAZON açaí bowl, which I love. Fresh fruits and fresh toppings. Service wasn't the best, and portion size does not suffice for cost.... I'll stick with playa bowls. read more

This place has gone downhill. I was a frequent customer coming in a few times a month since this past summer. However my experiences in the last 2 months were awful. I placed an order for myself and co-workers for delivery. Less than 2 miles away. After seeing that my order wasn't received called them directly and no one answered. The phone rang and rang and nothing. I called the delivery service and they couldn't get through either. This happened 3 separate times (should have learned my lesson) I'm so annoyed bc the entire process of waiting for the order, calling repeatedly, then calling the delivery service in order to cancel the order took 2 hours. Oh how I love you, SoBol. Best smoothies, best smoothie bowls, and this location in particular has exceptional service. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Some locations fuss when I ask them to blend my peanut butter INTO my bowl (try it, it's 100x better than a scoop of peanut butter on top), and here they didn't. Prices were normal (compared to Astoria which is higher than other locations), and the bowl was delicious as always! read more

The store is clean service was quick and great the menu has a good variety from the smoothies to the bowls even the add-ins. A bit on the pricey side but it taste good. My only issue is I got the green bowl but the consistency is frozen like any icey but I was expecting a smoothie consistency. I added in protein powder but with the bowl being like an icey its hard to stir up the powder and no one wants to eat a spoonful of powder. read more

Let me start by saying I have been going to this location since it opened. The place is clean and has a nice vibe. The smoothies are great. Once ordered it does not take long. The staff is usually pleasant. I would have given this location a 5 star. The only reason I am giving it a 3 and not a 1 is because their service has been consistently good. However in sipping on my smoothie today I pulled a piece of hair out of my mouth. That is totally unacceptable for any food service facility. Get it together SoBol. read more

Not sure what's going on with this location. I tried ordering to pick up but they don't pick up the phone. I purposely dialed the # about 4x's, the last time they picked up and hung up. Had a great experience recently. We love açaí bowls, so I went in to order 2. Staff was very friendly and ingredients were fresh. It's a bit pricey so we'll stop on occasion, but it won't be a weekly visit. read more

As I often shop at Harmons in New Rochelle, I noticed that this store was planning on opening soon. I went in today and it was such a wonderful surprise as the Acai bowl was amazing as well as the chicken soup. The staff was extremely helpful, especially in explaining in detail their menu.
