    First time cleaning a 3 bedroom 2.5 said they were sending a team and all that showed up was an old lady who was lagging extremely bad I sent her away. I gave them another chance and then they sent two workers that were so lazy and rude and used abrasive chemicals on my mirrors and shower door and left all my items on the counters and nightstands, saying that they don't touch peoples personal items because some people get upset. What a joke . They didn't even wipe down mirrors. They did nothing. Then the representative tells me that they only do light cleaning and if you want them to wipe down your counters and your barbecue, then you have to let them know in advance because it's not something they typically do. Waste of $200. That's for sure don't waste your time. These guys are frauds I would NEVER use them again. If I could rate them no stars I would.

    Overall NOT a good experience. The employees were very professional. There were some clear missed ares that were rushed through and I am not sure all items were cared for under "deep cleaning" services. I do think for deep cleaning-two people are not enough. There was a feeling of rushing towards the end due to other appointments. Not sure if I will use for regular maintenance cleaning- TBD as I price out other companies. They do offer price services guarantee if that helps others who are looking to use their services. Tried reaching contact with no response back.

    Hired them to clean. They barely did any dusting, didn't sweep under furniture or table and the floors have an uneven wax on them making it slippery. Definitely on my do not hire list.

    Fantastic work! The team was incredibly professional and efficient. The house looks amazing, and the carpets are spotless--better than when I first moved in, if you can believe it! This deep cleaning not only enhances the appearance of my home but also creates a healthier environment. If you're ever in need of a cleaning service, look no further. They are reliable, respectful and trustworthy.

    SoCal Cleaners have been life saving. I had a rug that was filthy (see photos) and was considering just buying a new one but they are so expensive! So I tried them out for a rug cleaning and they brought it back to life! Erik, Mark and the team were a pleasure to work with and the price was extremely worth their excellent service. I'm now booking them for a full cleaning for my house!

    Worst cleaning service!! Stay away!! I clearly communicated with Eric what I wanted done. I was very specific and he took down notes on what services I wanted done. A deep cleaning from top to bottom. Organize kitchen cabinets for example. Move oven, washer, dryer to clean behind appliances, light fixtures, windows, dust, mop, etc. I was also very specific on the time as my husband works on Saturday. Eric informed me a crew of 3-4 would arrived between 12-1pm and take about 4-5 hours. Well one person arrived at 10:30 and informed us it would just be him and it would take him about an hour. Well had to turn him away as my husband was working and also I am 35 weeks pregnant and wanted to make sure to eat and shower. We were not ready for the service at 10:30am. When I called the company they said they would return at my original appointment time with more cleaners. Great right? However, I received a text message that my appointment time would not work and they would send someone out at 5pm...set to arrive between 5-6pm. I was hesitant due to my pregnancy and need to rest. Come six o'clock they never showed. Called again and told me they were on their way and would arrive at 7:30pm. With a 4-5 hour job... I had to refuse due to my pregnancy. Not to mention we had to cancel our dinner plans with family and my husband took half a day. They then promised us the very first appointment the following Saturday (today). All women crew and the "bosses cleaning crew." Whatever that means. Again they showed early and we were not prepared for their earlier arrival. Not an all women's crew and not the "bosses crew." Either way they came back at 9am to begin their job. However, there was a big miscommunication on the services I requested and was quoted for. Long story short... they did such a horrible job. Half assed everything they "cleaned" and left floor dirtier than it was to begin with. They cleaned multiple areas with same dirty rags. Did not sweep or mop. I can go on and on. This was just a horrible job and such an inconvenience. I can write an essay on everything that went wrong and what we had to give up, rearrange, and all the additional work this has cost us. My husband is currently mopping and cleaning the mess they left behind. I feel bad not being able to help him. I am 35 weeks pregnant with severe carpal tunnel in both hands and tarsal tunnel in my right foot. This is why I scheduled a cleaning service. I have had such a challenging pregnancy and cleaning my apartment has not been a priority or a task I can physically take on. But with the arrival of our newborn we wanted to make sure our apartment was clean and sanitized. Our apartment feels so dirty because we saw them reuse dirty towels when cleaning new surfaces. All they did was spread dirt around. Not to mention the wet dog smell they left behind. I pointed out that they only cleaned half of the sink and the cleaning lady said she would clean the other half and then she pumped my own dish soap to clean the sink with my own dish sponge??? This was a horrible job. This should be illegal! Now that the "job has been done" I have not heard back from the company. I have called them several times. Also, these cleaning people smelled so bad that there is a nasty smell in our apartment. This whole experience has been disastrous and disgusting.

It was truly a major downsize from our home of 10 years, to a new space and neighborhood that we intend to make permanent eventually. We brought only what we absolutely needed in to our small space but it was still a challenge and overwhelming to create a new living space that was organized with less cabinets and rooms! When I say challenging I'm talking about tears and feeling like we made a mistake about moving in to a smaller space even though temporary! Well Diane sure came to the rescue, first with a virtual consultation and an appointment to get started. What impressed me most is that Diane got started right away while I was on work calls because I work from home. She made her way through all our kitchen items and quickly sorted and put all the items in the cabinets that was organized and that made complete sense in how we would use the kitchen area! She did return to help with our tiny bathroom organization and cleaning supplies closet which helped tremendously! Diana also gave additional ideas for some storage solutions for things we do not use everyday which we executed not to long after her initial visits. My only regret is not calling Diane sooner for help! I definitely plan to use her services again when we move for packing and unpacking and organizing our new home! Thank you so much, Diane!

The predatory pricing of my storage company (90% increase in 2 years!) angered me so much I started doing research for getting help with cleaning out my garage so I could move my storage items into it. Looking on the web, Kari Jane's Simply Organized was so highly rated, I felt confident that she could help. By wanting to pay a good service to help me rather than an out of control storage company month after month after month, I figured I had a good budget to work. Kari was very warm and professional and confident she could help me. After describing my situation and sending photos, she scheduled me promptly. She came over with 2 enthusiastic and hard working staffers and they got to work right away. Very diligent and organized and they made enormous progress. By the mid-day, the garage was completely cleared out. I thought it would take 2 or 3 days at least as I had a ton of crap. They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. And they diligently carried away several cars worth of donations at the end. The items I kept were put in nice transparent cases with clear labels, and there was a lot of room to move my storage in. It is such an enormous relief to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I highly recommend Kari Jane and her staff and services. Completely worth it! Thank you so much!

Plus, I want her to continue operating her business, therefore it would be in my interest to make sure she has a steady stream of clients so she stays around to help me! So here it is! As an anniversary gift to my husband I decided to have his closet and his home office organized. He is thrilled with his organized space! Though his office is still a work in progress, the finished product for now is awesome! The space just feels so much lighter! Stephanie is very respectful, prompt, fair and most of all, honest. She found money while organizing and gave it back to us! I have so many more projects for her to do and I'm so excited to get everything in order! Also, if you've just moved and thinking about unpacking yourself - stop lying to yourself! I was able to obtain the information for the exact product. I also went on her website to purchase her label kit, which I am so happy with! The labels are all personalized and can be customized so it was so convenient. I am not a DIY person and always the type who would rather just purchase what I like and see, so it worked out. The best part of this was seeing how my daughter reacted to this. She saw that it was her very own school and memory box with her name displayed in fancy cursive so she wanted to take complete control over it.
