Just too much crap to deal with that I kept putting off. The predatory pricing of my storage company (90% increase in 2 years!) angered me so much I started doing research for getting help with cleaning out my garage so I could move my storage items into it. Looking on the web, Kari Jane's Simply Organized was so highly rated, I felt confident that she could help. By wanting to pay a good service to help me rather than an out of control storage company month after month after month, I figured I had a good budget to work. Kari was very warm and professional and confident she could help me. After describing my situation and sending photos, she scheduled me promptly. She came over with 2 enthusiastic and hard working staffers and they got to work right away. Very diligent and organized and they made enormous progress. By the mid-day, the garage was completely cleared out. I thought it would take 2 or 3 days at least as I had a ton of crap. They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. And they diligently carried away several cars worth of donations at the end. The items I kept were put in nice transparent cases with clear labels, and there was a lot of room to move my storage in. It is such an enormous relief to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I highly recommend Kari Jane and her staff and services. Completely worth it! Thank you so much!

It was truly a major downsize from our home of 10 years, to a new space and neighborhood that we intend to make permanent eventually. We brought only what we absolutely needed in to our small space but it was still a challenge and overwhelming to create a new living space that was organized with less cabinets and rooms! When I say challenging I'm talking about tears and feeling like we made a mistake about moving in to a smaller space even though temporary! Well Diane sure came to the rescue, first with a virtual consultation and an appointment to get started. What impressed me most is that Diane got started right away while I was on work calls because I work from home. She made her way through all our kitchen items and quickly sorted and put all the items in the cabinets that was organized and that made complete sense in how we would use the kitchen area! She did return to help with our tiny bathroom organization and cleaning supplies closet which helped tremendously! Diana also gave additional ideas for some storage solutions for things we do not use everyday which we executed not to long after her initial visits. My only regret is not calling Diane sooner for help! I definitely plan to use her services again when we move for packing and unpacking and organizing our new home! Thank you so much, Diane!

I really appreciate the transparency and the dedication of the entire team to maintaining excellent customer service and cleaning through the years. I highly recommend Bulky Bros for reliability as well. There's no hidden fees and working with them has been incredible! They truly do care for me as a customer, and they are a family-owned business. I'm glad I chose them for my needs. Their cleaning service has been amazing, and the value is incredible. The pricing is very reasonable for the amount of work they put into the job, and the hours that. are spent on each clean. There's no monthly membership fee either, which I see have become common. And there's never concern about a different cleaner arriving than before. Linda is personable as is her husband Tony! Every time I see Linda, it's a joy to see her, and the cleaner, Tere, is an absolute delight! Thanks Linda and Tere. Yanni and Tere have just been incredible to work with as cleaners for the company (for home cleanings such as mine). Linda does a great job too, but she mainly does administrative work and ensures things are going smoothly: and asks me if there's anything I need help with before they start cleaning. Both times, the team has been very flexible, extremely professional and truly works to tailor their work to what you need. Our garage had over 15 years of things that they were able to help us work through, haul away both trash items and items for donations, and repack/label what we wanted to keep. Our cluttered kitchen and storage spaces always bothered me, but I…read morenever really knew *how* to tidy up in a way that was aesthetically pleasing and sustainable. One day, I looked around and had enough! I started to research home organizers and read tons of reviews for different companies. I reached out to a couple but a call with Jenn sealed the deal. Jenn listened carefully to our needs, got an idea of what we needed, and walked me through her process. I really appreciated that she intended to come prepared with all of the organization tools she'd need, requesting measurements of my cabinets/storage spaces well in advance so she can shop for the perfect bins, etc for our spaces. She also gave me a quote and time estimate that was extremely reasonable. We decided on two days beforehand and in anticipation of all of the *stuff* we'd be clearing out, Jenn also organized a donation pickup that would come straight to our door! On the first day, Jenn arrived with her car full of storage bins. We walked her through the kitchen, showing her what items were used most frequently, how we cook, etc. Jenn was super thoughtful in the questions she'd ask to maximize the utility of our kitchen space. Throughout the day, Jenn would check in to ask about items to be thrown away, how often we use certain ingredients, etc. The end result was a beautifully organized kitchen space that was *functional*. Bonus - we could see our kitchen counters again!! The way she organized everything just made sense - she truly has a gift for this. I also wanted to note that I was working from home while Jenn was organizing in the kitchen and she was so respectful of our time and patient while I was held up on work calls. The second day went just as smoothly. We had a storage cabinet that was just an explosion of random items we couldn't find proper places for, and Jenn somehow found a way to find make sense of the mess! Can't thank Jenn enough for the magic she worked! We will definitely be calling her again to help with our closet spaces. Thank you, Jenn!

    Best money spent hiring Jenn!…read more Not only is she local, but she is full service and that's what I was looking for: shops for the proper containers that fits perfectly, and sets up donation drop off in addition to decluttering, reorganizing, and labeling. She is on time, comes prepared and listens (and remembers) my needs. Her solutions go above and beyond what I could do myself. The true value is the condition in which my space is in when she leaves my home each time: I don't feel weighed down by the clutter and everything has a home. I thought it would be a luxury to afford this service but I can't imagine having to do everything she did all alone with a 9 month old baby at home with me. I'm eternally grateful for her expertise, patience and compassion through the process!
