I bought a full car detailing as a gift for my fiancé's 4Runner -- our beloved "adventure car" that's been through 6 years of road trips, camping weekends, beach days, and dog park runs. Got my car detailed on Monday. What seemed to be an amazing job at first I noticed a chunk of my car paint peeled off and alfredo was kind enough to offer to fix it. So he comes back the next day does paint repair on it claiming it will be unnoticeable and he seemed like he knew what he was doing and also seemed like a good person with integrity so I had no worries. I came out to check on the car several times and how it's coming along cause it took him several hours. Next thing I know, I noticed that he left without saying any word to me or letting me know he was finished which I thought was so strange. I checked on the car and he did a Mickey Mouse amateur work, left permanent paint marks all around the area and now has decided to block me and my man's phone numbers. Now I have to re wrap my whole car and it's going to cost me a lot of money out of my pocket. SHAME ON YOU ALFREDO ALONSO. This is how you and your father run business?! SHAME ON BOTH OF YOU! Think we can't find you? Think again. **UPDATE** I've been advised by an actual professional that I should take the tape off where Alfredo left it that it would get more damaged. Come to see, he actually didn't do any paint repair but he actually made it worse!! I see why Alfredo ran away and had us blocked. But is this really how you handle yourself as a grown man? I asked them to focus on the interior and they did just that removing stains from the seats and flooring that had been there for years!
