Being such a short notice and specific event, we had low expectations and would have been perfectly fine with a simple set up. But they were so helpful to ask exactly what we wanted and even provided some ideas to make it really fun. Pictures came out great with much better quality than a lot of the wedding photo booths I've been to. We even asked for digital copies of the images and got them the same week. They came out so well that we used them for greeting cards that we sent to family and friends. for sure!

I booked a maternity photoshoot package that included professional makeup and outfits, so I basically just had to show up at the studio without worrying about anything. I honestly didn't know how to pose, but they guided me through everything and made the whole process feel easy and natural. Very unprofessional and super slow with getting our photos back…read more We booked them for both engagement and wedding package and that was a mistake. After our engagement shoot it took him 1 month to give our photos back. His editing is very basic, he just did lots of sepia and black and white filters. He asked for 60 photos to design our album and I sent those back to him. It took him another 2 months to give us a proof of the album. Now let me tell you, the proof of our album looked nothing like their samples in their studio. It was a terrible design, it looked super lazy and very little effort. I had to make notes and edit each and every page of his proof. And i sent that back. We waited for a few weeks and didn't hear back and we had enough. Not only was his time management terrible and incredibly slow, his work sucked!! Totally felt catfished. We decided to let them go as our photographers for the wedding and he said we had to pay a $500 fee for cancelling. Keep in mind we gave them a $1000 deposit already. No where in their contract does it state there is a fee and he said doesn't matter there is a cancellation fee. He held our album and large canvas print hostage. (Not sure if he even got those done because he works so slow) We didn't feel this was legal, so we spoke with our lawyer and he agreed they legally couldn't charge us a fee. When we mentioned we spoke with our lawyer he immediately told us he doesn't feel comfortable working with us anymore and ghosted us since. So we paid him $1000 for a photo shoot with no product except the digital photos that had terrible/basic editing. We ended up doing another photo shoot with another photographer for only 1 hr and we loved every single photo we got from her!! This guy spent like 5 hrs with us and we barely got like 5 photos we like. You definitely get what you pay for, so be careful booking him if you want to cherish your special day.

I work in the service industry, I never, EVER disrespect anyone. I did not raise my voice and I remained patient and I believe patience is what can kill horrible service people. 1. Our photos are shot but they do not inform anyone that the photos are available 2. I come back and ask for the photo. There are 2 piles of 30-50 photos in each. 3.She gives me 1 of the piles and instructs me to GO ACROSS THE HALL. There is a 2nd pile FYI. 4. I go across the hall and my photo is not in there so I ask for the 2nd pile and she says NO. 5. I ask to have a reprint and she says IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. I look on her screen and I see my digital photo! I ask her to print it and she finally concedes. 6.She tells me I have to wait... as she does absolutely nothing. Checks her phone. I still remain calm. 7. By this time my family has taken 2 rounds of shots and I realize it wasn't worth it to make a point so I tell her to have a nice night. If you love this service, go ahead and book them.

Prior to the day of the event, Tony was very good about communicating and asking for our needs. They made a custom background for the photos to match the Cars theme of our party. Everyone had a blast, the kids loved it so much they didn't even need the props, they just wanted to be silly and get their pictures taken. We had about 100 people come over to the house for the joint birthday party of my kids. With that many people, we had limited space to work with but they were able to set everything up, no problem. I got some quotes from some other venders for a Photo Booth but they seemed high. A friend of mine referred me to Tony and his price was more than fair. I did ask how he was able to offer his services at such a reasonable rate and he said he is trying to get their name out there as he has only been in business less than a year. With the quick set up, custom background on the photos, great attitudes, and cost (always important), I'll be calling Tony again for my next event.

I had seen Chanel's amazing website and her super professional looking photos, so I was stoked to…read morework with her, especially since hair and makeup AND styling was included in the session price (even though I ended up using my own clothes). I'm a model, and I take my work seriously, and expect top notch quality from anyone I work with, especially if I'm paying them. That said, Chanel's work isn't even on the same level as most of the photographers I've worked with for trade, and possibly far below most of them. Firstly, the images are her website are highly retouched. I understand that editorial quality photos are sometimes highly retouched, but the images are her website are NOTHING like the images you will receive from a photo session with her. My photo session went something like this. She had rented a studio for us to shoot in, I called her and tried to start our shoot a little later because I had an interview in LA, but she was unable to do that, so we ended up shooting in her garage and backyard, which was fine, but offered little variety in the photos. As a person, Chanel really thinks that she knows everything about fashion and style and will not hesitate to speak badly of other photographers or models, which isn't something I really want to hear when I'm trying to get some great images. It always makes me wonder what she will say about me after I'm gone. After the shoot was all said and done, Chanel said she'd send me my proofs sometime during the weekend. (The shoot was a Thursday) and it wasn't until a week later that I finally got the proofs, and they weren't even color corrected or anything...which is fine. But if she wasn't going to do any work, what took so long? I then gave her my picks for the retouching and it her 12 days to finally send me the retouched photos, after several emails back and forth saying that they were almost done. This would be fine if this had been a trade shoot, but I paid her and she kept stringing me along, saying they would be done soon. And when I finally got them, my face was OUT OF FOCUS. She didn't even check the focus on the proofs before giving them to me! So the best photo from the whole session is completely worthless because I can't blow it up to portfolio size without seeing the focus issues. She then said she'd print one out to check, which never happened. So I had to contact her again, a month later, because the retouches were so bad, all the texture from my skin was gone, and the colors were muddy and that I wanted the raw files so I could pay another retoucher to fix them. She then proceeded to tell me that she paid $80 for the edits and that she hadn't "retouched a photo of her own in about 3 years." Well, I finally realized that she'd been paying high end retouchers that charge upwards of $40 dollars an image to retouch her photos into something salvageable for her to use on her website. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. I should get the exact same quality or something VERY similar to what is on her site, and got nothing of the sort. I sent her a final email that wasn't near as chatty as my previous ones on June 7th, stating that I NEEDED the raw photos immediately for a new composite card and she sent them to me that night. She had completely IGNORED my from April 15th to June 7th until I decided to tell her that it had been several months since our shoot and I still hadn't received the raw files. What took her so darn long? Anyway, she is without a doubt the most unprofessional photographer I have ever worked with. There are incredibly talented photographers out there that shoot for the best agencies around that charge her prices. Go to one of them instead.
