I am absolutely disgusted by how this facility treats children and parents. I brought my 3-year-old son in for a class, arriving early since we didn't know what to expect. The front desk staff completely ignored us. After asking multiple times for instructions, we were finally pointed toward a coach. The coach (who looked like a teenager and was completely disengaged) didn't bother to introduce herself or guide my son, despite there only being two other kids in the class. Instead of holding his hand or guiding him in this bright, overwhelming new environment, she just walked off. Naturally, my 3-year-old wandered toward the foam pit. The coach didn't even notice. A desk lady had to point it out to me, but then actually blocked the door, giving me excuses about a "big class" (there were two kids) while I was trying to get to my son. Another staff member (possibly a manager) then started making mean faces, getting angry at my toddler for wandering off and chased him down. After just three minutes of being there, they kicked us out. My son was so excited to play and ended up crying for hours because he was so confused and traumatized by their hostility and high expectations in a new environment. Do not bring your toddlers here. The staff lacks basic communication, empathy, and safety awareness and should not be teaching children. read more

Nothing but great things to say about this gym! We have been coming here for about 3 years now, and my daughter loves it! Every week once a week it's like clockwork my daughter doesn't want to miss a single day of training. I love that the schedules here are so flexible and catered to for your own needs. Owners and Admin are always available to help you with anything, it's a great community! Outside is shared parking with the neighboring gym but there's plenty of onsite parking. Fees are very affordable. I truly recommend inquiring about your initial class so you can get a feel for what's to come. Kids are grouped in age ranges and it's pretty uniform, you can tell the kids take it seriously. The owners of this place could learn how to treat prospective clients better. I experienced an off putting and rude interaction during my kids first time trial. When giving constructive feedback and pointing out a hygiene issue, one of the owners completely blew up and was disrespectful. Some coaches are inattentive, while others are very good. Le Club Gymnastics a few miles away is much better and it shows. Gymnastics world seemed pretty empty while le club is always packed with happy kids. read more

I love this place my daughter got introduced to gymnastics and built her skills up here! They have flexible scheduling and the price is descent and the best compared to competitors. The quality of gymnasium is top tier as they have space and all the equipment to build skills. The instructors are great! The owners are accommodating and always worked with me and my pay schedule. My daughter left recently to do cheer but we will definitely be back after the season is up! They have a great area to watch your child or kids. Our family loves GW. I have 2 kids in different levels. The coaches here pay attention to detail, safety, skill all while managing to keep things fun. The kids here learn how to control their bodies, master discipline and most importantly they learn respect. I highly recommend this gym for all of your gymnastics needs. We specifically have joined and stayed with this gym in particular for their boys team. Coach Regulo is a master of the sport. He works very well with boys of all ages and turns them into fine athletes in no time. Coach Freddy is a coveted coach too. He coaches the girls team, which my daughter is thriving on as well. Gymnastics World helped my daughter regain her confidence and her JOY of participating in gymnastics! We have been at Gymnastics world for 3 weeks now and came from a "big box" gym in Newbury Park where one of our boys was in competitive gymnastics for 2 years. It was our first gym and we did not have anything to compare it to until now. We were incorrectly led to believe there were no other options. Our prior experience involved disconnected ownership that lacked effective organization and communication. There was high turnover of coaches. Gymnasts were frequently unsupervised and left to their own devices. We experienced verbal bullying that was never addressed and there was no sense of team. There was no leadership driving an emphasis on teamwork. It was common to see coaches distracted on their cell phones. Competition fees were not itemized and there were regular unanswered questions regarding where our money was going to. Fortunately, we found Gymnastics World and we could not be happier. They foster a team atmosphere with emphasis on team building, respect for one another, and encouragement. From day one we noticed team members consistently cheer for, and motivate, one another. When the opportunity presents itself, such as warm ups, all levels work together. It feels like home with a family atmosphere. There are no blind spots and gymnasts can be viewed from anywhere in gym. The coaches are top notch, attentive, and pay attention to detail to the gymnasts. Young gymnasts are held accountable for their actions and a fun atmosphere is still achieved. Head coach Regulo is awesome. He is present and is always aware of what the other coaches and gymnasts are doing. There is consistency with the coaching/instruction. There is amazing communication and organization from ownership. Competition fees are itemized and uniforms are easy to order. There is advanced notice of competitions and gym events. The owner has an established gymnastics background and is part of instruction and is always aware of what is happening in the gym. We have been impressed with his communication and commitment to the gymnasts. Sometimes the grass is greener on the other side. We couldn't be happier with our new gymnastics family. read more

Very disappointing experience. It is a large facility, and the office staff are very nice. But the coaches, as such, are unprofessional and untrained. They kinda do what they do, and there does not seem to be any discipline in the gym at all. The older kids swear a lot in front of the younger kids, and there is no leadership there to keep them in check. They also have an adult program where adults are on the same floor as the kids. It made me feel real creepy because I do not think grown men should be in such close proximity to little girls (and boys too). I got a real bad vibe. We left several weeks ago and probably weren't even noticed. The most recent reviews were written by people who work there. Even they note that it has had "ups and downs" with coaching staff. The cleanliness of the place also seems like an issue. They do not have anyone cleaning the place, and the bathrooms are so dirty I would rather go outside like the homeless camped out the doors. Been at GW for 3 years. We got here when there was a lot of changes happening for the better. We've never been part of any other gymnastics gym so we didn't know what competition team was about. If you call for details about their services, you'll be lied to. I was told my child can have one on one session for an assessment. I scheduled an appointment for my child, went in and was told by another woman that I was misinformed by the "new person" working there . My son was very dissapointed, very unfortunate he had to go through the highs , he lady giving hope, and lows of dissapointment solely because this place hires incompetent persons that lie to you over the phone. read more

The website states that if membership is cancelled within 30 days of membership for NEW members the annual membership will be refunded. However, when I called to cancel, I am told I will be charged for another month and no such refund will be issued. Authorization for recurring payments was not even filled out so I am not sure how that is even legal. I am also told the owner will not available until next Wednesday which is December 6th so that the business can conveniently charge me another month? They were so nice until I requested to cancel my daughter's lessons. Reason for wanting to cancel is because they are so unorganized. They didn't even know who my daughter's coach was and whose class she was supposed to be in. She was placed in random person's class each of the three times she's been there. Very unprofessional. Emailed them requesting the owner to contact me. Will update if I was even contacted by them as promised. read more
