    Dee Dee is so nice and easy to communicate with. Delivery and pick up of the letters was quick & painless. After the party ended and close to pick-up time, we placed the 3 letters outside near the front entrance of the backyard. Without letting us know, they had picked up the letters and left. Later I texted her to ask why she didn't come in to see us and say she got the letters. She replied she heard us having fun and didn't want to bother us, so considerate! I would definitely use this company again in the future. Their letters were well made and clean; looked great on photos!

    The letters are exactly as advertised. Dee Dee is a swift communicator and it was simple for delivery and pick up at a great price. Very hospitable and kind and would totally use SoCal Light Letters again! They dropped off and picked up and even helped us with the set up/plug in. Trained us well.

    Great service. Best price. I was very impressed with the outcome of the setup. DeeDee went above and beyond to make sure the idea I pictured came to life. Communication was very easy. Clean up and set up was all taken care of and on time. We even met before the date and she assured me everything will be the way I want it to be.

    The light up 50 numbers were the wow factor at my husband's 50th birthday! We paired it with a balloon arch and it looked amazing. Debbie and Bridget were great to work with, and they were flexible with drop off/pick up times. I highly recommend using this company!

    I had my wedding in valley center and these letters made the perfect photo op for my guests. Dee was quick with the response and pricing and I didn't hesitate to book with her. She was super friendly and had everything we needed. She dropped off on time and picked up the letters the next day. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to my friends.

It was everything I hoped for and so much more. That magic was made possible thanks to the incredibly talented woman behind Camellia Wedding Flowers, Atalanta. From start to finish, Atalanta was an absolute dream to work with. She was professional, responsive, attentive, and so detail-oriented. She truly brought my vision to life with our wedding florals. As an avid collector and gardener of Epiphyllum cactus, I had a very specific request. These blooms are rare, stunning, and delicate--they only open at night and have a short season. Since using fresh blooms wasn't an option, I asked Atalanta if she could incorporate silk epiphyllum flowers into our arrangements. Not only was she open to the idea, but she thoughtfully consulted me on the best ways to incorporate them--and she nailed it! She transformed our venue into a glowing, romantic summer fairytale. The lush florals, touches of gold, greenery, blush pinks, and the perfectly placed candles created an atmosphere that was simply unforgettable. The way she highlighted the epiphyllum blooms made everything feel so personal and special. On top of her artistry, Atalanta and her team were punctual, organized, and efficient when it came to delivery, setup, and breakdown on the wedding day. I made a few changes along the way due to my husband's wedding party having a major change in their tux color six weeks out from the wedding! I was very discouraged because I had an idea set in my mind! Atalanta did not fret. She sent over new floral ideas promptly for the adjustments! It really helped that she shared my same vision right from the get-go, and I always felt like I was ultimately the one behind the wheel. She made tons of phone calls, visited venues, and made sure that every little thing was taken care of. On my wedding day, I didn't have to worry about a thing, and I was able to completely hand over the reigns without worry. Our wedding was even featured on the wedding blog Every Last Detail and published in the 2013-2014 annual issue of San Diego Style Weddings Magazine! What more could a girl ask for? :)

Initially, Andrea was good about communicating with us, and assured us she'd be available on our new 2021 date. She said that the services we'd already paid for would just transfer to the new date. However, Andrea kept saying she was waiting on an attorney to help her draft an addendum to our 2020 contract for the new 2021 date. We reached out periodically to check on the availability of the addendum and each time she'd say no update. (In comparison, we had already signed addendums with all of our other wedding vendors within 2 weeks of setting the new date.) Literally 15 months went by and there was no addendum or update from Andrea. Sadly, by the time our rescheduled Summer 2021 wedding date arrived, Andrea had completely stopped responding to **all forms** of communication. We tried all the previous ways of getting in contact with her, including calling her cell, leaving voicemail, texting her, emailing her, and messaging her on her client portal (HoneyBook). Complete radio silence. Andrea ghosted us, took our deposit, and left us without wedding coordination services. Initially we tried to give her the benefit of the doubt; perhaps she had fallen ill with Covid, or some calamity had befallen her, such that she was completely unable to respond to her clients in any way? But we saw she's been posting new updates on her Instagram page, so she's definitely alive and able to communicate! To this date as we write this review, we have had no response from her, not even an apology or excuse for her completely dropping the ball on all forms of communication. Thankfully, we proceeded with our wedding with the help of family and friends. But, given our awful experience with Andrea, we feel compelled to warn others. We are extremely disappointed with the dishonesty and lack of professionalism from Andrea Abel and do not recommend her at all.

Fast forward to now, 60-ish days post wedding day, and I can confidently say that I didn't just need a coordinator, I WANTED a coordinator. More specifically, I wanted Andrea and her team at Events by Abel. Despite the fact that we hired her for day of coordination, this woman went above and beyond, and made sure I was on track and comfortable with my planning progress for OVER A YEAR. During each check-in meeting, and more importantly on the big day itself, Andrea was kind, thoughtful, professional, funny, prepared, and ready to tackle whatever was thrown at her -- and then some. Despite the flaws, our wedding was flawless in my mind, and the bulk of the credit goes to Andrea. I recommend her without reservation.

I am now SO thankful for that requirement, because that eventually led us to Sara and Events + Style. Since I hadn't originally budgeted for a wedding coordinator, I wasn't able to spend a fortune on one. Sara worked with me on a price that would work for us, and for our budget. This was initially what drew me to Sara--She was literally the ONLY coordinator I contacted that was willing to work with me on price. We met a few times throughout the planning process, and Sara always answered my emails. I had A LOT of questions during the planning process, and she always responded quickly and kindly, which I appreciated so much. Sara was a huge source of support for me in the week and days leading up to the wedding. She got in touch with everyone concerning pick ups and last minute details (While I was scrambling to finish last minute decorations I decided to come up with and deal with my influx of family coming in to town) which was super helpful. She was very organized and asked detailed questions about all of the decorations and supplies we had for the wedding. We were nervous it was going to rain on the wedding day, and she dealt with coming up with a Plan B, in case it did rain on our outdoor wedding. She had a detailed schedule on the wedding day, and made sure that my husband and I ate our dinner. Sara was so very supportive and helpful during both the wedding day and throughout the planning process. I can't even imagine not having had her to help during our wedding day. We were able to truly just leave everything to her, and enjoy our special day, which I will be forever grateful for.

My husband and I live in Seattle, WA and our wedding was in San Diego, CA. Sandy did full coordination for us, which means she did everything. But when we decided to get married out of state, I was so overwhelmed by how much went into planning a wedding. In my search for venues, I came across Timeless Event Planning on Yelp. Every review for Sandy and her team was so amazing, I decided to reach out to her with an anxiety filled email seeking guidance. Immediately upon hearing back from Sandy, I felt at peace and knew that hiring a wedding planner would be worth it. In the end I couldn't be more right. Let me break this review down by all of the positives Sandy provided for us. Budget: Hiring Sandy for full coordination was key to keeping us on track with our budget. She only set up venue viewings at locations she knew wouldn't put us above our budget. There are so many hidden fees that you don't account for when booking a venue. If I didn't have Sandy I know we would have spent thousands more and gone way over our budget. In addition, the amount of money Sandy saved us with her connections, discounts, and insider knowledge was a huge plus! Anxiety: My husband says that he would have happily paid Sandy 4x what she charged because of the amount of anxiety she saved me. I often perseverate on the details and need to do extensive research before I can make a decision. There are so many things that need to be considered when planning a wedding. Having Sandy to just tell me yes let's do this, or no that is not necessary saved me hours of research and unnecessary worry. The people closest to me describe me as Type A and high stress, but Sandy said I was her chillest client. That is because Sandy is such a professional and excels in her field. It was easy for me to let go and to trust her. I knew that she always had our best interest in mind because we had built a relationship with her. She fully understood who we were as a couple and she could see our wedding vision clearly. Leading up to the Wedding: The months leading up to the wedding I was in awe of Sandy's attention to detail and strong communication skills. She was so thorough in coordinating with all 9 vendor teams and finalizing the finishing touches. Two weeks prior to the wedding she led the walk through with all of the vendors so that my husband and I didn't even have to fly down. Sandy even went above and beyond and helped me plan my rehearsal dinner. Wedding Day: Sandy's organizational skills are incredible. She created a detailed timeline so that everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. All calls and questions were directed to Sandy that day so I didn't have to worry about anything! The best part of it all is that Sandy and her team set up all of the decor and details the morning of the wedding so that my family didn't have to do anything. My mom and sister were especially thankful for Sandy because it allowed them to be fully present and to just enjoy the wedding. When I arrived at the venue on the day of the wedding I could have spent hours admiring the perfect details Sandy put together. Everything from our table settings to our 1,001 origami cranes was placed with thoughtfulness and intention. The details of our wedding were perfect. Finally, if anything went wrong during our wedding day Sandy must have handled it because I was completely unaware! Honestly, this review could go on and on because there are countless stories I can share about how amazing Sandy is. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner I highly recommend Sandy and her team at Timeless Event Planning. My husband and I agree that working with Sandy was truly the best decision we've ever made because she took the stress out of the wedding planning process and made our dream wedding come true!
