    I made a online purchase for store pick up on a headlight restore kit. When I put in the order it…read moresaid it would be ready in 30 minutes but 3 hours went by and I didn't get any notification so I called the place. Will (I believe that was his name) was nice enough to help me out. He said sometime a person would pick it out but forget to push the button that said it's ready for pick up, so that's what happen. I wasn't in any rush so I just went the next day in the morning to pick it up. It didn't take long for me to get my item when I arrived at the store when they just open. They also do curbside pickup as well of your not comfortable going inside.

After giving all the information needed to find the right part for my car, I asked if it's refundable (just in case it wasn't the correct one), they reassured me that it was. When the part arrived and didn't fit my car, I went to return it since it was 181 DOLLARS! When i arrived, they told me since they received it from another store, they didn't know if they could refund it. I told them the guy who sold it to me guaranteed me that it's refundable BEFORE PURCHASING. When my boyfriend called to ask about the returned that same morning, they told him now it was a long process to return it and he simply couldn't do it as they're were customers in the store. When my boyfriend ask for the manager since he obviously stated he couldn't help, he got all defensive and started to sweet talk him calling "brother" and trying to cover his ass. My boyfriend simply just want to speak to the manager about why they said it was refundable when we bought it and now they're saying something different. FINALLY, they called back apologizing and refunded it. HOWEVER IT WASNT THE END OF IT. After a week and some days passed by, my money was still not returned. When asking why they didn't return the money, they didn't know. Eventually I believe the female manager rudely responded that it's was a bank issue. I told them it couldn't be a bank issue because banks don't hold your money if it's getting return, they would never reject a return credit or money, as I confirmed this with my bank's associate. When asking, what happens now since My bank confirmed they haven't received no refunded credit on their side, they refused to help at all, stating they cant refund the money again since they already did it once. So in the end, I LOST 181 DOLLARS FROM A PART I RETURNED!!!! AND THE ONLY WAY I RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK WAS BY DISPUTING THE TRANSACTION WITH MY BANK. So overall, these people literally are straight up bs. They tell u one thing, then change their minds, and when trying to figure out what's going on (since 181 dollars isn't just couch money), they respond to you rude and unprofessional and simply will tell u we can't refunded your money again bc there nothing we can do. Simply take your business somewhere else, I found the CORRECT part for 100 dollars cheaper at O'Reilly and AutoZone, so please do you're OWN research. For the one only guy the was helpful and nice, you know who u are, thanks for being better than your coworkers. Other than that wouldn't recommend.

    Horrible customer service and "repair" experience. I had an appointment to have my Cadillac…read moreserviced at 3:15 PM, but no one greeted me when I arrived. When I said I had an appointment, I was told, "You know we close at 4:30, right?" My service light was on, but I only received an oil change. I was texted that my car was ready 45 minutes later, but the female at the service counter had already left. The service light was still on. The next day, I was told I had only received an oil change and would need to return for the service light issue, along with a quote sent for over $6,000. I bought the part myself for $40 at AutoZone and took my car elsewhere, where I paid $100 for installation. I also requested that I never be assisted by that female employee again, and I will not be returning.

He never made me feel rushed, and he took the time to explain every detail clearly, which made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car that fit my needs and budget, and his guidance made me feel confident in my decision. It's rare to come across someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely cares about their customers. I can't recommend Perj "Pete" Yeghiyan enough if you want a trustworthy, patient, and incredibly helpful car dealer, he is the person to go to. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be coming back in the future!
