He had a headset phone on, I didn't realized that he was on the phone. He finished his conversation and went back to stocking some shelves. So when dad and I decided to go fishing over the Fourth of July weekend, I needed to renew my long neglected fishing license. I thought we'd be heading into Burlington for the big outdoor warehouse, but dad pulled up in front of Morgan Creek and I was shocked to see that the place even existed in deserted downtown Woolley. So we go in, and I'm immediately floored by how much stuff they have packed into this little store. Not in a confused, haphazard way, everything is very organized and clean; you can find what you need quite easily. They have pretty much everything you'd need for a short trip to the lake or the woods. Rods & reels, lures, ammo, firearms, doe urine scent (that's right Seattlites, I said doe urine scent. You put it on your boots so you don't get your human-smell all over the place and scare the deer away.) Mike and the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful, and are available to help you out with anything you need, including tips of what the fish are biting on and where. And this place just oozes of small town USA. It's the kind of place where everyone in the store knows everyone else in the store, and people are glad to see you. Sort of like Cheers, but for rednecks. To top it off the store is painted adorably. Yes, an outdoor store has an adorable paintjob. Check it out, you'll see what I mean.

The first time we took it out, all the batteries were dead and we brought it into the shop. All they did was charge it. Next time we took it out, the battery was also dead again. When they did an initial inspection, they found nothing wrong with the rv. We finally called to service the rv in July after we were unable to get power to the rv through a power outlet. Something was drawing all the power out. Turns out there was an issue with the electrical system. Seems like the initial inspection they did was not thorough. Luckily it was going to be covered by manufacturer warranty but it took over 2 months to get the warranty to be approved and for all the repairs to be done. By the time it was finished, it was already September and almost time to winterize the rv. It really foiled our plans. The customer service is deceiving. They were friendly and helpful until after we purchased the rv. They don't really care after the sale was done. It was also our first ever rv purchase so this left a negative impact on our whole rv experience.

If this is policy, that's understandable, but it should be included in the reservation of when it should be cancelled by to get the refund. This occurred for my friend as well. Additionally, they did not answer their email when I made the request for cancelation in the first place and did not answer the phone. They want you to text the number but took several hours to respond when a phone call could have been the much faster response.
