Staff is very friendly, beginner or expert they are very knowledgeable on everything in their store, Jessie I think that's how you spell his name has helped and talked to me about numerous things and has always gone above and beyond. We bought two weapons from this company reluctantly. The first one the inexperienced employee said to buy online and fill out the FFL form.... Buyer beware you cannot do this, and I learned my lesson... I later went in to talk to the manager named Mike.... All he could do is offer us a gun at cost.... Staff changes over the years from people who have left previous reviews. This place is wonderful, now you can get suppressors and apply for your stamp all in one spot, they have a great selection of ammo and powders for a smaller proshop. The staff is always helpful to me and they are extremely nice to talk with and have a quick conversation. Mike has done an excellent job at informing the staff on laws and if they don't know, they will find the answer for you. Retired, and looking to get back into target shooting 22lr, 50yrs later. Knew what I wanted, didn't know squat about purchasing a silencer( I want to keep neighbors happy). Called these guys, after the closest dealer put me on elevator music, before recording. Glad I did! Service you dream about nowadays. When I called in the morning, the gal told me what to do, in what order. Even tried to get her to hold it for me.Lol Got on the website she told me to, and things started to clear, and I purchased on line, with tax stamp, and proceeded to my chosen dealer, to receive the silencer. I went into the store that afternoon, and the gentleman there(I can't remember his name, I'm old) after being told I had purchased the silencer and stamp, and he spent the time to run me through the Kiosk. Entered 4 pages of info, fingerprints up the kazoo, took my picture with my phone! Man, I'm stoked! It know I gotta wait who knows how long, but he's making it painless. If I could give them a zero I would but it only allows me to go to one star. Omgggg THE WORST experience ever. They are liars and the worst customer service ever. First they refused service because I confronted one of the employees about their fees, and asked questions. Apparently his ego kicked in and he treated me like he was on power trip. Not trying to play the race card, I have rarely gotten treated poorly because of how I look. But this is way up north. Anyway, maybe he had a bad day or because I look the way I look, but the worst customer service. Then I transferred to do the paper work somewhere else, even had another store pick up the firearms. Ans he still charged me $$ for it when I asked him straight up if there were any fees. I would never ever do business with him. He Really screwed me over. Unprofessional and what a horrible person. He made me feel humiliated, with everything that's already happening during pandemic wow. It's ok God is watching. Also to tell your employees not to wear masks. It's actually MANDATORY to wear a mask unless you have a medical underlying condition. It is a federaL LAW. You won't be able to fly on an airplane if you don't wear a mask. It may not protect but it's doesn't matter it's a federal law, just like it's a federal law for me to pay you 40$ for FFL to get the gun under my name. I don't have to do it but legally I do. Same with your mask you guys are hypocrites! They also get their employees to leave reviews to get their ratings higher. read more

I've been doing business with these folks for almost as long as they have been in there. I live over an hour away and it is worth every trip. Reloading supplies to AR parts and a large selection of new and used firearms, forget Cabela's these guys have it. Powder and primers are hard to get and you had better buy when you see them any where. RBS commercial reloaded ammo is right next door with the indoor range, what a deal. You can get your Dillon reloader gear as well, I did[ XL 750]. Great people to do business with to boot. I have been reloading my own since 1970 and I like this outfit. read more

Small shop with a decent selection of handguns. I'd been there a couple of times after shooting at the range. I tried to buy a Ruger LCR there but the guy at the counter was so rude that I just couldn't bring myself to do it. (I was the only one in the store. Before he could help me, he had to lecture a co-worker on how deals with the rude folks at the post office. --Sound the irony bell and sad trombones!) Their service is fine. They have a good selection and good prices. Most importantly, they understand how important freedom is. Masks do nothing to reduce the spread of viruses. If you don't believe that, grow a brain. Wearing a mask represents a failure to understand what those before us had to sacrifice for our freedom. People who wear masks are cowards.
