Absolutely terrible customer service. I came in to buy a complete youth soccer outfit, shoes, socks, and equipment. The staff knew what I was shopping for, but getting help was nearly impossible. Other than assisting with shoes, the employees did little more than point at different sections of the store and send me off to figure things out on my own. To make matters worse, an employee directed me to the wrong size socks. Since I was checking the fit of everything I was purchasing, I opened the socks to verify they were correct. After being given bad information by the staff, I was then charged for the socks because the package had been opened. When I questioned the situation, the owner was called. Instead of listening and addressing the issue, the owner kept making me repeat myself. It felt less like customer service and more like being interrogated. After several attempts to explain the situation, I simply gave up. It's disappointing when a store expects customers to rely on staff expertise, but then refuses to take responsibility when that advice is wrong. Between the lack of assistance, incorrect guidance, and poor handling of a customer concern, I would not recommend shopping here. read more

This store has two locations. One on Stephanie and Warm Springs, and the other across town on Lake Mead. This was our first time coming to the Lake Mead location and it's no different than the one on Stephanie. Both locations have awesome customer service and a ton of inventory! We came to this location since the other is closed on Sundays. We came looking for new soccer shoes and they were fully stocked with sizes and options. The store seems a little bigger than the location on Stephanie but I may be wrong. Everything is organized and in its place, so it isn't hard to find what you are looking for once you come in! We were helped by both gentlemen that were working, TEAMWORK. You can tell they are knowledgeable about the inventory they have but still wanted to double check and look in the back to make sure we bought exactly what we asked for. The prices are reasonable and pretty much the same as to what you would find online for the exact same item. read more

Wow! Talk about above and beyond. My son needed cleats sent out overnight to Tennessee. His cleats had split the day before and he was flying out to a tournament. After having no luck with a couple big name soccer suppliers, I gave SoccerZone a call. Jon was amazing! He was super responsive (by phone and text) and even took a picture of the shipping label as he was sending them off. My son and I are both so relieved! Million stars!!!! This store is tucked away in the corner of a shopping center. We stopped by looking for youth goalie gear and the selection was lacking for a store specializing in soccer gear. Both the goalie jerseys and pants were adult size and way too big for a 10 year old. There was a large selection of expensive gloves but again way too big. Customer service is lacking. It has been on every visit to this location. 6 visits in last two months. Today I was basically brushed off by the first guy at the counter, the second got our order and offered no insight about the item still missing from our order. I asked for an order form/price list because I still need to order a uniform for another child. It won't be from this location. I was told I could order online if I wanted. That was their suggestion. Guess they didn't want to be interrupted. Hope they enjoyed watching their movie (guardians of the galaxy or avengers) instead of maybe asking if we would like anything else. They were right I can order online. But... I thought it would be a fun experience for my 9 year old to get her first "kit" at the store. Luckily she just wanted her jerseys and stuff. But yup, we were just another transaction. On the way out the door I popped back in to asked who the manager was hoping to maybe get some answers for our missing item, or the lack of customer service, but alas, I was met with a "why?" Instead of a "is there something we can do for you? Called the Henderson location and the manager John did return my call. Very quickly. Still disappointed by the Lake Mead staff. Purchased a 300$ pair of cleats paid 150$ after a tournament in the tent they set up at Betty Wilson. My daughter wore them for 30 minutes at a practice and They hurt her toes(too small). I called the store and talked to a guy over the phone explained to him that I had purchased these shoes during a tournament and if this was the location(cause they have 2) that I needed to come to to do the exchange; he replied yes. So I went in to exchange them and was treated VERY POORLY, the guy working was EXTREMELY rude! I left the cleats so the owner could inspect them. I then Talked to the owner Fred the following day and he was even ruder! He was yelling at me stating "how do you expect me to stay in business", I was very matter of fact with him explaining that I only wanted an exchange. He wasn't having it so I ended the call, he called me back screaming at the top of his lungs. I've been purchasing cleats from this place for years and will NEVER go back! Horrible customer service! I have been reluctant to return to this store since I purchased a pair of cleats that started to come apart after the first time I wore them and when I brought them back I was told they needed to fall apart more before they could help me. Being a business owner myself I really couldn't relate to the lack of attention they provided to meet customers expectations. Since both my kids play club soccer and their team is sponsored by Soccer Zone I was not only forced to return but now must deal with my kids wearing that brand across their chest. Today after practice I headed over to grab some shoes for my little boy. I walked inside at 19:03 (7:03pm). I noticed the sign on the door said closed but the operation times on the door indicated what looked like 8:00. Either way the employee working there said nothing to me as I started to look at the shoe selection. When the other patrons walked out I approached the employee and ask to see shoes in my little boy's size. The employee told me they close at 7 and he couldn't help me. Now mind you, I was there for 11 minutes and at no time did he tell me that they were closed and I would not be assisted. I have also left hundred of dollars at this location. Just recently I purchased over $360 of practice uniforms. The shoes I was looking for would of most likely been in the $60 to 90 range and I would of needed a second pair. I am a good customer with good money ready to spend and you're not going to assist me because I walked in 3 minutes after closing? I don't know what the customer acquisition cost is but I can bet it is higher than that employee's pay for the additional 30 minutes he would have had to invest. On my return home I announced a new rule. We buy nothing from soccer zone that we can get elsewhere! With on line shopping becoming more and more convenient, brick and mortar locations can't compete pride wise. All they have left is the personal touch, better service and a heightened customer experience. Soccer Zone is missing the mark and a place I would recommend people stay away from. read more

I'll admit it. I caught World Cup fever in 2010 and decided to get back on the field after 15 years of not playing soccer. Shockingly, my high school cleats didn't fit. Oh, I and I didn't own shin guards or a soccer ball. So after a quick Google search, I headed over to Soccer Zone to pick up some supplies. The place is incredibly well-stocked, with a wide variety of team jerseys, cleats, shin guards, and anything else you can think of. When I visited, the staff was super helpful and very friendly. Seems all anyone wants to do is write a negative review of Soccer Zone. All I can say is my experience with the store has been nothing but positive. I would like add Soccer Zone is not a chain store. With that being said, they may not have the exact size of the item you are looking for in stock. That does not mean they will not get the item you would like. In our case, we went into the Soccer Zone looking for a pair of indoor (turf) cleats. After picking out the the pair we liked, the salesman went back looking for our size. Unfortunately the size we were looking for was out of stock at that time. Even though they did not have what we we looking for, the salesman still presented us with many other options which would suit our need in the size we were looking for. I was pleased with the straight forward nature in which the salesman came right out and told us they did not the item we were looking for. I even saved a few bucks when my daughter decided she liked the feel of the alternative cleats he showed to us. read more

Went here to order uniforms for my son. They told me average 2 weeks, and after 4 weeks and 3 days I hadnt received any call from them. I called in and they told me "oh yea its here." I'm pretty sure everyone will agree with me when I say that, this store is the worst store with the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Early this year my kids soccer club had told us that now we have to order any future uniform that is needed for the club from soccerzone. I walk into the the store, all excited that we'll need new uniforms and look nicer than our old ones. Well, I walk in and was not greeted at all. All I see is the red headed guy Jeremy. I walk to him ask him a question he walks off, with no sorry ill be with you in a minute. Nothing!!! Yes he was with a customer, but a simple hello, good afternoon welcome to soccerzone I'll be with you in a second!! Nothing!!! He walks back out rude talking to another customer, I ask a question he said that this customer was here first when he's done then he'll help me. There are other ways to say your with another customer. Finally he gets to me, takes my order. Tells me he'll call me when it arrives in 3 days. Never got a call nothing.. i waited an extra 2 days, i call they tell me it's not ready. I told them that I was told it'll be ready in 3 days. They said it was in Henderson. I call Henderson location, they said everything was sent out a day ago to lake mead location. Mind you I'm in the store as I call. They don't even go to the back to check anything. All of a sudden I get a call from the general manager so say John. He tells me a story that they ran out of number 1 and was just waiting on it. All of a sudden the number 1 appeared and they just need to press it on the jersey. I'm waiting there Miguel does just that for me. The comes back out with jerseys all crumpled up, not even to put it in a bag. A week later my kids are told to wear the New Jersey. I open it up and the numbers fall off. I go in and tell them what happened. They asked was it in heat or washed. Mind you it still had the tags on it. I told them the tags are still on and that it was handed to be like garbage. They took it to the back redid the number. There are so many other incidents that had happened at that locations. It's all beyond words!!! I just hate that we are forced to buy our club uniforms there and have to deal with really rude ass people. Mind you Jeremy is there because his dad is john the store manager!!! John on the other hand was really rude today when I had spoke with him. I was telling how his store associates were bad talking about a customer that called in front of other customer at the store. John sure so many sorry lame ass excuses for the reason why his associates are rude. There is no excuse for rude service. The workers there are so unprofessional, rude and horrible customer service. Back 2 months ago when they had the Henderson associates at the lake mead location. They were the most kindest, well mannered, excellent customer service you could ask for. They knew how to handle more than one person at a time. With the proper use of words. It sad that they are back at the Henderson location. DON'T GO!!!! My 8-year old son spent his entire birthday budget to purchase a $70 jersey for the 11/12 season. He then paid an additional $40 to have the name and numbers of his favorite player added. The numbers had to be ordered, so we had no way of seeing them beforehand, but were assured they would match the version being used for the jersey we purchased. About a month later my son watched the club on TV for the first time with their new uniforms, and the numbers did not match what we received. Not only did we not get what we paid for, but now the 11/12 jersey is ruined. I very reasonably called the store to ask if there was anything they could do for him (when I say reasonable, I mean a $20 store credit would have been great). One of the managers called the owner, and the owner said there was nothing he could do. I will never step foot in this place again. One thing is inevitable; with the increasing popularity of soccer, a big box competitor is going to come in and crush these guys. It's not sad when all small operators get steamrolled by the big guys. Sometimes, they bring it upon themselves with their arrogance. This is a mom-and-pop store that deserves to be buried by a big corporate behemoth, and I'll be dancing on their grave when it happens. read more

Really high priced I understand jerseys are at least $90 but some of the jerseys you can find online for less, rude and unhelpful service, I was going in one day and asked if anything WNT jerseys was on sale, the employee in the rudest was possible replied,"why would anything be on sale?" I went back to buy soccer cleats she wears a 12 I was told they only have a size 7 the smallest and then a big leap to size 2 nothing else in between smh.
