The service is where they have dropped the ball. One thing you will always notice is how the sales team is nowhere to be found. Most of the time they seem to back in the back avoiding customers. When they do assist you. They point where something is and truly don't want to help you at all. I have had multiple experiences like this when I have come in to pick up items. I will say July 4th weekend. An amazing sales associate named Vanessa truly went out of her way and helped me look for some items in departments she didn't even work in. She even went into the back trailer that is dark and hot to find a pair of girls Nike pants. Which I had been in there before looking for the same ones. The system said that they had one available. Yet it was nowhere to be found on the floor. While Vanessa was helping me. Her team associates were in the back and not on the floor. I was told that the store gets hit with people stealing a lot. I can see why. The sales associates aren't even on the store floor. They're in the back hiding or "doing work". I recommend the store for your next shopping experience.
