I am thrilled someone is keeping the speakeasy alive! So many wonderful memories!! With that said, I don't live " down the street" so to speak. We come out on Sunday's to hike the nearby trails or use the beaches. With the area now designated as a National Lakeshore, it would be to this establishments benefit to open from 11 am /12pm on Saturday & Sunday! If I knew they would be open, I'd love to stop in after spending time at the National Park! You're losing business to Wagner's!

And by garlic I mean huge cloves of it. Both the scallops and filet had cloves of garlic all over. The filet was cooked great, but I didn't have any juice from the steak and the flavor was blown out by the garlic. Just refer to a majority of my reviews, more than willing to pay a premium price for an awesome dining experience, but the food is first and foremost important. We are far from our party days and love the more chill beach vibe. They changed the music from "boots and pants" to 90's hits which warmed my elder millennial heart. They def knew their audience. The fries were perfectly seasoned! The chips were so good and fried to perfection. I will say there is too much breading on the fried chicken. The sauce is nice with a good kick. Since one of my guys is a Hobart Guy, we always trust his judgment when we eat in town. This place didn't disappoint. We ate at the bar, and enjoyed interacting with the staff. We even spent some time with the owner and his wife. Really nice people. The food is excellent, but my personal favorite item was The Bang-Bang Shrimp. I could honestly eat that dish all night nonstop. The view of the lake is spectacular. If you're ever in the area, this is a place where you need to visit!

It was suggest by a friend but I had never been. The experience was wonderful! The entire staff was attentive to our party and there were other large parties there. I had the salmon salad and 2 espresso martinis, both were delicious. The food was so good we all sampled each others' - apple French toast, chicken biscuit with cheese grits, fries and the grilled PB&J. I should have ordered one of those to go. The coffee bar is quite large on the inside with two sides and a nice size bar. Matt, the owner, communicated with my friends to make sure everything para perfect for the shower. We got to meet his mom who was lovely as well. Tiny's is clearly a gathering spot for the community. It's worth the trip to Gary.
