The food that did arrive first was cold. Then we waited another **30 minutes** for some of the remaining meals, and **45 minutes** after that for the rest of the food. By the time everyone had something to eat, no one was eating together, and the quality of the food was disappointing across the board. The service was just as bad. We had to repeatedly ask for water refills, and when we were finally ready to leave, we even had to ask for our check because no one came back to our table. When we asked why everything was taking so long, we were told they **didn't have any clean plates** and were waiting for dishes to be washed before they could serve food. To make matters worse, when we expressed how unacceptable the experience was, we were told there was **no manager working that evening**, nothing could be done about the bill, and essentially, "it is what it is." Long waits can happen, but cold food, extremely delayed meals, poor communication, inattentive service, and zero effort to make things right are unacceptable. We left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling like our business didn't matter at all. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Shenanigans to anyone based on this experience, and we certainly won't be returning.

The layout of the brewery was a little unexpected. We walked into the main entrance, then the host brought us back outside and over to a separate building where the bar is located. It was a little confusing at first, but it ended up being a neat setup. The restaurant was clean, with a spacious dining room and a nice-looking patio. The only thing that kept this from being a higher rating was the value. It felt a little expensive for what we ordered, and while everything was solid, nothing really wowed us. Overall, I'm glad we stopped in, especially as a place to escape the heat for a while.
