And there's a really nice lady in the office who took my hysterical (I was lying about the "semi") phone call. I have forgotten her name, though I have talked to her several time because I suck like that. She is very helpful. And pet friendly. He charges a flat rate of $175.00 which is a great price because I called two other companies and one quoted me $275.00 and the other one would not give me a quote instead he wanted to talk to me on the phone.
