Families were enjoying the farm, kids were playing, and there were several swings overlooking the river that made for a beautiful place to sit and unwind. The farm offers a great variety of fresh produce, and the strawberry picking was a huge hit with our kids. Their favorite part was being able to snack on strawberries while picking them--an experience they won't forget! We also purchased some boiled peanuts, which were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. But the real star of the visit was the ice cream. It was hands-down the best part of our day and so good that we're already planning to stop by again before heading back home. It was around $35 for all the food, which seemed like a good deal to me. I was standing waiting for the food, but the woman told me she could bring the food out to us. The food was brought out quickly, and we started eating. The fries and tater tots were hot and crispy, and the burgers were thick .
