Let me start by saying that I was referred to Coles of Washingtonville by someone who works for…read moreanother local large plumbing company, (nameless), who stated that they, the other company, were over priced and that they didn't agree with their pricing. The other company wanted to charge me over $2200 to replace my expansion tank, pressure relief valve, and purge my gas boiler. I was dumbfounded. I visited Coles and explained to the nice young lady at the desk what I needed done and about the other plumber. She told me yes, they were cheaper, and the following day, she sent me a quote. My jaw dropped on how much cheaper Coles was charging. Chris came over. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was going to do before doing anything to the boiler. If he ran into a hiccup, he would inform me before doing anything. I really appreciated that. He considered me and not do whatever without discussing it with me. Chris replaced several valves, replaced the expansion tank, cleaned the boiler, replaced a thermostat, and purged the boiler and the cost was much less than half of what the other company wanted to charge me. Coles was honest, reasonable, professional, courteous. If only more businesses were like that. May God bless abundantly the Coles business, their families, everyone who works for them. And may they continue their business from generation to generation. I definitely recommend Cole's of Washingtonville.

We were very pleased with the answers to our questions, upgrade of well tank size and the work performed. The final price came in as quoted. The crew was polite, courteous and cleaned up the site better than it was when they came. Christian took the time to explain everything thoroughly before he left and the girls in the office took care of all permits and inspections and provided me with all the paperwork. Overall it was a non stressful experience and the price was affordable and the system works beautifully. Highly recommend!! [*****]

Our neighbors got central air installed by Perfect Comfort and they had nothing but rave reviews. So we decided to give them a call. Christian came out and did a detailed job figuring out what we would need and going through the options. He set expectations on timing for the installation and when he'd have a quote to us. Beside that he was just a nice guy and easy to work with. He delivered the quote as promised and the price was good so we decided to do it. The installation happened earlier than promised. We were grateful for this :) The crew that came out was mindful of the house and did an excellent job keeping everything clean and doing professional work. The system turned out great. I would happily recommend the team at Perfect Comfort.

I live in a colonial, so the second floor gets hot, if we don't run the AC it is so uncomfortable we don't get a great nights sleep, and my wife and our brand new puppy keep me up. When I called the office, I received a professional greeting from Liz and was transferred to the service manager Scott. It was like I had been a customer for many years, but this was my first call to Royal Class service. From the time I got onto the phone to the time the tech arrived was no longer than 3 to 4 hours. Ryan was thorough, professional, organized, clean and even wore booties in the house. He stayed until the problem was fixed and gave me a follow up call that evening. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a frustrating time with a Family and a puppy who just needs to-be COOLED off. Thank you again for all you did and I'll see you on the next service which is scheduled. Congrats to the entire team for doing the right thing and giving me faith in local contractors. Respectfully, Scott & Tara

Royal Class (maybe should be spelled differently) sent a man to "analyse" the problem. It coast $150 for the visit in which the guy said we would have to sign on to a one-year maintenance subscription with them for $500+. Then they could do a diagnostic for..."probably around $350 with the 15% diacount." Otherwise the job would be well over $500, The technician had never replace this part. We then called Rycor in New Paltz and they sent a man who put the part in for $150. One hour's work-- and its working fine. This is a subscription SCAM. Many plumber and electrician places are doing this. They have a call center that relays your problem. Not many plumbers (but probably lots of MBAs:}.
