Holy cow!!! This was by far the absolute best manicure and pedicure I've ever had! Vince and Dee Dee were both very caring and professional; asking several times if I felt ok. I was offered a mimosa (but only took a water ;) ). I was also given a warm neck pillow with aroma therapy for my neck and shoulders. At one point, I told them I felt like I was being treated like a Queen! For the customer service and the atmosphere, I give their salon 10 stars!!! as always Macel did an excellent job with my builder gel refill. i go to Sofia Grace because of macel and convenient location for me. those are the only two reasons. owner is off handed with me for reasons of her own! but I don't care about that as long as my nails look good when I leave the salon and I get excellent service from the nail techs I like to use there. 5 stars for them. read more

Let me preface this review with saying that I grew up in the nail industry and I also used to do nails as well. I can't say enough positive things about this salon. They have everything nailed down. The technicians are very attentive and detailed oriented. They never rush like at other salons. I never feel like a burden, and in fact I love coming here to relax. The salon is very clean and organized. They do have COVID prevention measures in place. Overall this salon doesn't feel like your typical one where they're just pumping people in and out. Initially gave this place 5 stars but wow that was not my experience today. That said the owner did reach out to make right as there were extenuating circumstances behind the techs actions. In town for another business trip I decided to get a shellac manicure and a polish change on my toes as it had been less than 2 weeks since a pedicure. I realized this salon was somewhat close to my hotel so walked there for but only the bored generally disinterested girl at the front to tell me a polish change was fine but no shellac as no one was available to do it. I would happily have waited bbt she made no offer of any time to fit me in so I should have left there and then as clearly it was not going to happen. Went ahead with the polish change and it was good, she did a good job and it looks nice but the lady never said a word to me the whole time and seemed to basically hate her job. That's really no way to work with customers!! It was uncomfortable and I could not wait to leave *** on that note the business owner did reach out and explain she had gone through a recent tragedy and it may have been too soon for her to be back ** Finally $18 for a just a polish change is an absolute rip off ! I was gob smacked! At the end she just put my flip flops on and off I was sent, there was no dryer or even time to let it dry! ** Again the business owner explained that this charge should have included cuticle work and / or a file down , neither of which I needed or had and did offer a partial refund which was nice ** Not a great experience this time read more

The BEST nail salon in town. I think my friend Erin and I have been going for over a year now? Who knows? Time flies. Kim, the owner, always greets you on arrival. She even ordered some cupcakes for me on my birthday. Everyone remembers your name. Maria (mani) and Kimmie (pedi) are always super sweet and do a fantastic job. I generally get gel manis every 3 weeks and I've never had an issue with the paint lifting. Everywhere else I've gone gel manis don't even last 2 weeks. You know how in other salons TVs are too loud and distracting? Not here. There are no TVs. It's actually pleasant and quiet inside so that you can actually relax. Do call for an appointment. I know most places do walk-ins (and they do too when they're not busy) but they actually keep to a schedule and will only let you walk in if they have time for you. Quite possibly the best nail salon I've ever been to and I've tried a lot in many different places. It's clear that the owner is passionate about cleanliness, excellent service and getting to know her customers. Ivy usually does my toes and Macel does my nails. My mother had Deedee and Nunu. MiMi is also great. My mother doesn't live close by and she is quite picky especially about her toes and she always leaves this nail salon a happy customer and says it's worth the drive. Today I visited Sofia Grace Nail Boutique for the first time. The ambience of the salon was very calming and soothing. The staff was great. My gel manicure was done by Macel. My pedicure and eyebrows were done by Linda. Both nail technicians were amazing and did a great job. I am very pleased with my experience here and will definitely be back. The staff is professional and warm. There were a number of regular customers, but it was not crowded. I appreciated the selection and the massage chairs.
