Shortly after, I received very different messaging by text including a dismissive tone and a completely different narrative. Policies changing is fine. Inconsistency, poor communication, and condescension are not. This interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and an immediate ick. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. Their method of getting you into shape is not for the weak. They open before the crack of dawn. This type of gym is what I would consider open air. It almost has the appearance of what was once a garage shop that fixed cars. On both sides of the gym they have garage doors that stay open.

It's small but seems to not be busy at most times. The sauna is one of my favorite additions, it's hard to find a gym with a sauna unless you're heading to a lifetime fitness. They do 1-1 training and seem to offer some scheduled classes. I will say one nice thing is I've never been hassled about personal training by their trainers which is nice. I'm giving three stars because of some of the trainers however. My run-ins have not been the friendliest with them and based on my friends experiences at this gym they've had the same experience when it comes to certain trainers. With a boutique gym such as this, the service is everything to keep people coming back instead of joining a gym such as lifetime.

The gym equipment is broken and not fixed.. like two treadmills work and one step mill and for weeks!! One star for the nice front desk employees, other than the guy who is so quiet on his computer the whole time and shows up late 15 minutes to open the gym on Saturdays with attitude.. very sad. They took out all the the TVs to watch during cardio- I still like to come here cause there's a working digital scale lol and it's the closest gym to my place. I find the lack in the enforcement in their privacy policy is concerning. The majority of the time a went to change, there is someone taking pictures of themselves. At one time, they did put a sign to not take picture and against policy, but they have been removed. I am guessing the marketing department does not believe in protecting membership privacy. I have cancelled my membership.

I arrived at 615pm and I was greeted by T who was going to be our trainer for the workout. He checked me in and then told me that I would have to pay for the class because they no longer accept classpass. I explained that if I was able to book on classpass earlier that day and I didn't receive any notice that I couldn't book I should be able to workout. He stated that he would talk with someone to confirm. T came back and stated that it was fine for me to workout but in the future to book on their website. So he explained all the stations to me and we got started. It was a great workout with some stations mimicking the Hyrox completion. There were 10 stations and we had 3 rounds at each station. When we finished, I thought we were going to do some sort of stretch but people just started to leave so I knew we were done. Overall I'm not sure if I'll be back but I'm glad I had the opportunity to try it out.

The box is much larger than others in the area and the staff is above average going out of their way to make you feel welcome. Major plus is they are open on both Saturday and Sunday.
