I wanted a protein bowl near Champions Gate so I tried SoFresh for the first time. I had the Greek bowl with grilled chicken. You do have to pay extra for meat because it doesn't come with it. The bowl was good and came with a lot of chicken. The road outside the plaza can get busy so be prepared for traffic in the area. read more

Overall tasty meal, you can tell the food is made to order and the lettuce has a crisp to it, and that's where the two stars come from. After enjoying my meal, I went to the checkout to order a cookie when I glanced at the kitchen. The female staff member with their untied hair with her gloved hands on her hair. She then proceeds to go back to preparing the food without switching out the gloves.... This completely ruined my meal. read more

My friend got the strawberry chicken salad and they forgot to add the strawberries to it. It would have been better with the strawberries. I paid over $30 for 2 salads and it was just. The concept for fresh food is good but what you get is not ideal. It could have been better. I did like that they had my favorite sirracha on the tables when you walk in. read more

Ordered $135 worth of food from this place last night. Received a quarter of my order. Reached out to DoorDash to confirm he didn't have another bag. Called SoFresh and the girl on the phone laughed and said well that's a DoorDash problem. 2 Salads gone, 2 kids quesadillas no where to be found. The food is expensive as it is and to top it off she said even if you make it here in 9 minutes we're closed anyway. Their hours posted for Saturdays are til 9:30 and the time of the call was 8:21pm. Don't let the webpage photos fool you. The 3 items we did receive the chicken was like eating shredded mini wheats. Will never recommend this place. Thankful for the DoorDash customer service and their refund. read more

The food is terrible man. I've lived in champions gate for some time now, and when this place first opened it was on point! Now it's hot garbage. The last 2 times i ordered here,y salmon was over cooked and over seasoned. Too salty to the point you can't eat it. Then i just ordered zucchini noodles and got slop. Mad oil and grease at the bottom, it's damn near leaking through the container. I'm taking this ish back and going to subway. read more

I first came to this place about 2 years ago, and the food and freshness was always on point. I always get ahi tuna as a protein. Fast forward to two years later, now that I live here in FL, I've only ordered from them twice, and both times my meal was a miss. Today was the final straw. The ahi tuna bowl had me concerned if I would get sick, because the quality and taste of the fish was so poor. Idk what changed, but this place isn't as good anymore. read more

After having SoFresh many times at this location and then having it tonight, I am so let down. This location was great when it first opened. Now I'm Not so sure. This was my sweet potato order, and the broth bowl order. Sweet potatoes are very few, not to the top, and burnt with broccoli inside the bowl. Broth bowl, ummmmm WHERES THE BROTH?! Three and a half stars to be honest. Been here multiple times and their salads, though expensive are fresh and delicious. Portions are very large. Ordering is done on a kiosk and it's pretty easy and efficient. I had a bad experience last week when I ordered delivery through Uber Eats. The salad arrived in a very reasonable amount of time, but I paid over $2 extra for bacon and it was not included and I was still charged for it. In addition, the small container of dressing was only filled half way which wasn't nearly enough for the size of the salad. I called them immediately with my concern and the employee was apologetic and promised a follow-up call the next day. That was last week. For an order that cost over $25 for one salad this is not cool. I will probably order from them again, but in person. read more

I absolutely love this place. I have only been twice and both times have been a pleasant experience for many reasons. The food is fresh and yummy, nice portions, and the staff is the cherry on top. Today, I placed an online order and requested no tomatoes/add apples. I noticed the apples were missing so my fiancé went back in and told them. I was not at all upset as it was just a simple mistake and I would have been happy with just the apple slices on the side. But instead, they remade my whole salad and let me keep the original! We had the pleasure of having Tay take care of us today. We thought this was a ghost kitchen for subway bc of the address but drove by and decided to stop in. Tay was kind and just wonderful even when dealing with an annoyed customer. We will definitely be back to get more smoothies and food in general bc that menu looks awesome and what we have tried so far has been great. read more

Not a bad concept. Asian fusion with a bit of Americana twist. My only thing I would like to see is the inclusion of udon noodles or Asian noodles for the broth and other dishes. Nothing against zucchini noodles, but that would be a good add on for the menu in the near future. Staff is working out the bugs. And the tablet order system is a bit glitchy having to be tapped not to hard and not to soft. Teriyaki sauce was nice and rich. Steak was not tough or chewy. Actually very opposite very well cut and well delicious. Not overly seasoned. And moist. Brown rice: was my only drawback in the overall experience. Needed a little less in the bowl(hence I would've preferred the option for Asian noodles/Udon). And could of used more seasoning. Will definitely be returning. read more

Found it rather stingy with the ingredients for the price. I ordered a build my own quesadilla and was shocked that cheese was an add-on for $1.59. We have eaten here a few times since it opened and really like it. You order on a screen and pay. If you choose to dine in they bring it out to whatever table you sit at. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's definitely on the pricey side but worth it for the quality of the food. The food really does taste so fresh! read more

Please check your food before biting into it. I ordered a wrap with rice, beans and chicken. When my family sat down to eat my throat started to get itchy after taking a bite out of my wrap. I realized they have put shrimp in my food which I have an allergy to shrimp. I called the store to let them know the mistake they did and the girl over the phone said oh hang on and apparently hung up on me. I called again and another young voice answered and placed me on hold since I asked to speak to a manager, 7 minutes later I hung up since she never came back on the phone. I called again from different number and they answered and I was very rude to them and said get your manager the girl proceeded to tell me they don't have one and I asked who is in charge and she said they don't have anyone there that night. After being irate with them I told them I was going to the store and wanted to speak to a manager. I arrived to the store in Champions Gate to find out everyone working there was under age (from what they said) and no manager/supervisor. Furious that these kids had no care for what they did. They finally got in touch with their boss on the phone since I was demanding it. I demanded a refund (they did give my refund) but the man over the phone was rude telling to leave the store or they will call the cops. I was yelling to him stating how can he not be there and be responsible for his store. After I was about to leave the young girl curses me out in Spanish to her boss on the phone not realizing I spoke Spanish. Denying she said anything, I proceeded to speak to her in Spanish to make sure that she knew I spoke Spanish and fully understood what she said. I wish I knew the laws about child labor and if I could have gotten the owner in trouble. I wrote to the company and as of today they have not responded. The boss is the real one to blame for not being there to support his staff or watch over the quality of service. I hope the company speaks to the manager and employees of the severity of what they did. read more

Never go to this place if you want to stay alive. I ordered through the kiosk. Under allergies I put avocado. I am deathly allergic to avocado. What did they put on my salad? Avocado. They took it back. A few seconds later she brought it back out. I asked "did they just take off the avocado?" She said "I don't know. I'm going to have them make it again." My god! Then they didn't put chicken on it, which I paid extra for. When I told her I paid for the chicken, she tells me I put none for allergies in the kiosk. My friend, who was part of my order put none on his salad. Do your research before blaming the customer! I sent an email to them on their website and my friend did as well. Neither of us got a response back. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! read more

I opted for mustard and added hot peppers. I was very impressed with the taste of the sandwich and the hot peppers added a nice touch that you don't normally get on a Cuban. I will definitely be trying this one again in the future. They have several tables to dine at and there are accessible spaces out front. They have a drink station where you would get your own drink. If you're looking for a good hot sandwich, this is a great choice to have in this shopping area.

In any case, bad service means low or no tip and more beer so that's a win. Not going to go out of my way to visit here again. It just is not worth it.

This is my second time reviewing. I have always had great experiences at First Watch at Posner…read moreVillage and I want to be clear that today's experience was good in terms of service and food quality. This lower review is solely because of the smell of the location during our dining experience around 12:30pm today. When we walked in, we were hit with a strong chemical smell. As we sat down, I kept looking around to see if I could see someone using some kind of chemical or cleaning agent and never did. The smell persisted during our meal and I did not bring it up to the server because I thought maybe it was just my imagination because I couldn't figure it out. Turns out, as we were leaving, I noticed that first watch shares a building/wall with a nail salon. What I was smelling was the acrylic (MMA) from the salon, seeping into the restaurant. It was quite strong and I'm honestly shocked that it hasn't been brought up before already.

This place is always busy for obvious reasons. They are consistently good. Plenty of inside outside…read morecasual seating. Host is friendly and accommodating. Servers are also friendly and attentive. The menu items have the tried and true breakfast items but with a twist. They also serve lunch all day. We went with the ChickiChanga Wrap and the BLTE with Tomato Soup. Everything was delicious. Enjoy!
