All of the teams did a great job with the demo, plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinets, countertops, shower doors, and finishing work. Katrin coordinated all the teams seamlessly. Eric and Antonio provided great recommendations every step of the way, and their crew was always nice and considerate. The project took a little longer than expected due to a missing cabinet issue, but overall it was a great experience with quality workmanship, fair pricing, and a professional team. You would be better off going to tile mile in Anaheim and contracting people yourself. That's where I found my counter people for the first remodel and they were fantastic and counters lasted almost 20 years. My counters now are barely over a year and all the seams look horrible. They pick cheap labor for all the work and that's exactly what you get, however, that's not what you are paying. They definitely overcharge for what you get.

We were originally told the sink would arrive on Monday, but then received a call on Friday informing us that it had only arrived the previous day and would take another three days to reach their showroom. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and expressed my concerns to the sales representative. What impressed me was how seriously the team took the situation. They understood the urgency, especially since we had no functioning kitchen sink, and went above and beyond to help. Rather than making me wait even longer, they personally arranged to carry the sink and deliver it directly to my doorstep on Friday (same day) . That level of customer care is rare these days. While the shipping issues were outside of their control, Reece took ownership of the situation and did everything they could to make it right. Because of their efforts, we had our sink in time for the weekend and could finally move forward with our kitchen. We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. You'll start with Misty at their showroom. With some measurements and a couple photos, she'll begin your design, providing 3D renderings along the way. She couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and patient. My wife Karen and her friend Colleen were the primary decision makers. But, realizing I was out numbered, Misty was compassionately accommodating with the couple of requests I had. Once the design is approved, Bryce (owner) came out to our house for final measurements. Even after his meticulous work, it turned out our refrigerator wouldn't fit under the cabinet above it. He and Misty made the exchange for the next smaller size a breeze. In addition to a top shelf customer experience all the way around, their price was within $100 of Builders Surplus!! I would give them 10 stars if the system allowed it; our highest recommendation.

Again, it's tiny, hideous, and hairy butt ugly. Elite Kitchen and Bath gutted and re-did everything...new floors, new shower, new lights, walls, absolutely everything. It looks spectacular! They have a showroom in Irvine where you can go and look at hundreds of samples of tile, which I really liked, as opposed to people that bring a few samples to your home. Be prepared for the work to take longer than you expect. I think all contractors over-schedule their jobs so there's times that no one is at your house for three or four days and you're wondering will it ever get done. Be patient. It's hard to be patient when you're missing a toiket, but still. I'd definitely recommend Elite Kitchen & Bath.
