Lastly, two days after purchase, I called to inform Wayne that our contractor was going to pick it up the slab. They had the best and most reviews compared to the other companies we looked at, and the best pricing. Johnny went out of his way to purchase the sink, faucet (both Kohler), and garbage disposal from Costco and passed the costs directly to us with no markup. The demo, new countertops, and all plumbing hookups were completed in about six hours. Our kitchen was only out of service for that single day, whereas other companies told us the installation could take several days. Not having a working kitchen for that long would have been a huge inconvenience. Inland Cabinets made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. I highly recommend them.

So when Johnny came by he noticed a lot of "mickey mouse" things the flipper did to the house, dishwasher in the wrong place, sink not in the center, etc. So we ended up changing our lay out to be the correct way.
