Gorgeous fall colors selected by Jenny! Superb as always! I've been A loyal client for 3 years, and I would be lost without Jenny and this salon. The salon is meticulously clean, their nail techs are the most talented, everyone is friendly and accommodating, the location is convenient, and parking is more than ample. I give them five+ stars!

I previously left a rave review for Soho Nails but needed to update my review for 2 reasons - late start to appointments and cracking gel polish. I have now had an appointment with Kim 3x and all three times my appointment has started no LESS than 15 minutes late. The second time I came in she was not even close to done the client she was working on and I waited 25 minutes. I wouldn't mind if I got a call letting me know they were late or even if I just got an apology for the delay but nothing. Just jumping in starting 25 min after the appointment time. I was prompted to write this review after coming in AGAIN and seeing Kim not even applying polish yet on a long gel x set for another client when my appointment started 5 min prior. If they cancel the appointment if you don't show up in 15 min its not appropriate to make the client wait a long time. I'm drafted this while still waiting 25 min after my appointment started. The second reason for updating my review is that my gel polish cracked off and bubbled in spots on my thumb 2 weeks after application. Upon looking it up it seems that the cracking can be due to improper nail bed prep. It made the thumb look bad enough I came in for a full gelx removal only 2.5 weeks after getting the set on. Previously I was really satisfied with the treatment but won't be back again for the gel x from Kim. For both these reasons I'll be trying a new team member or a new spot all together.

I came back for a second visit. A different technician did my sns manicure nails, and there has not been any chipping as of now, and I know the previous service did not last a week before it started to chip away. I must say I'm pleased with my nails this go around. The service time projected on the website matched closely with the time I spent receiving service. Hopefully, I will see the technician again, and she can do my nails the next time. I appreciate the quality of service on this second visit. A major change from my last visit.

I made an appointment and was seen pretty quickly. It was my first time there and honestly didn't feel very welcomed. My nail tech spent the whole time talking to two other nail techs. My nails came out okay but there are definitely not perfect like I am use to with hard gel. Also due to her talking the whole time she filed into the side wall of one of nail, so my nail bed is exposed some and it hurts. Not sure if I would go back. My nails look fine but I didn't feel welcomed and I left with a hurt nail. Update: it's been a few hours and I notice a few on my nails hurt near the side walls, so my nails were over drilled on multiple nails.

My first experience was great, I loved everything. They also were great with my ND child. My second experience was mediocre. My pedicure was okay but I don't think enough attention was put to the calluses. The real area of concern was my manicure. I do not usually get a manicure because they tend to come off quickly. This time that wasn't the problem but just the way they were done (see photos). I didn't notice until after I left and because I rarely get my nails done I wasn't sure. I understand that keeping it back from the cuticle helps with longevity but I think this was a bit extreme. It is very quiet and calm in the salon. They are very nice. I would likely go back for my pedicure but likely not for my manicure.

It's always scary trying somewhere new but please do not hesitate to visit here. Staff is very welcoming and they were adequately staffed to take walk ins. Kim was able to shape my nail into the perfect almond and did a great French. I did a polish change on my toes with another staff member that also did a great job. Only downside was it was a tad pricey ...$125 for fill and polish change which I don't mind if the quality is good.

I want to start with I love my nails. Love love love. Obsessed. Love the color, love the shape, love the service. I told the woman the front desk what I wanted and I picked out a color and it was too orange and she went and pulled some for me to look at. Brian was great, checked in throughout to see if I liked them. The only reasons I'm making it 4 stars is the price. I I've gone a few places and typically get the same thing (gel powder fill with gel polish and chrome) and it usually ranges in price from 50-70. It was 80 here, without tip. While I love my nails, I'm not sure if I'm willing to pay 80 for a fill, but I would def consider it given how much I like my nails! Request Brian, he's the best!!

I have been to Soho 3 times. The 2nd to last time, I got gel polish for the first time with Anne. It was my 1st experience with gel polish period. It went well. However, this last time I scheduled an appt with Anne again for the removal and replacement of the gel polish. I show up a few minutes early and let the person at the front know I have a 5:15 with Anne. I also let them know I need to use the restroom and they point me to it. I come out of the restroom and this older lady says you wanted your nails done and I'm like yes, I have an appt with Anne. She says come with me so I go and she starts my nails. So, I'm thinking maybe she is just removing the gel polish and then Anne comes in later. Idk, this is my first time getting gel polish removed. However, what I did notice is she is not attentive to my nails. While she is using the electric drill on my nails, she keeps looking away at the door frequently like she's the receptionist. But she's not since they have a receptionist! I definitely felt her slip off the side of at least 1 nail during that time. She paints them. She half asses the massage and I don't get the organic spa manicure I scheduled the appointment for. When I was paying, I mentioned again for the 4th or 5th time, I had an appointment with Anne and I scheduled the organic spa manicure which I wasn't given and the lady was like "Yeah, your Leslie right" to which I said no. No apology... She was just like we can add the organic now if you want and I was like no. I just wanted to leave at that point. The paint job wasn't the greatest either. See pictures for reference. Not to mention, that nail I knew she hit the side of cracked badly in less than 2 days. I called them about it and they said I could come in to get it fixed that day or the next but it was cracked to the point, it hurt when anything touched it. Therefore, I knew going in to let people touch it to fix it would be a painful thing for me so I skipped it. Also note, a 2nd nail also cracked about 5 days after this manicure. I will go back to see Anne but I have learned my lesson and I'm sharing this for others who, like me, did not know. In the future, I will make sure when I show up, they know who I am and that I'm given the correct person.

This is lifted so high off my nail that there is a giant pocket under it, filling with disgusting, unsanitary crud.

I'm so torn on this review. Long story short, it really matters who your tech is. You may get a 1 star tech and you make it a 5+ star tech. Yesterday I got 1 star service. I used to LOVE this place. I went frequently when I lived closer but last year we moved 25min away and I haven't been back until yesterday when I really wanted to treat myself. When I came before, I always saw ? Ann I think her name was? She was truly the best - I would get acrylics. She would always ask if I liked the shape and would change it if I wanted even the littlest change. I'm picky, I admit it ... she would always take the extra time and I tipped well because I was keeping her a little longer. I didn't book with her yesterday because I was getting gel -x and I thought "well, they are pre-shaped, I don't need to be as picky about who does them." (Sigh) $70+ later and telling the random tech that I wasn't happy with how they looked .... I have some ratchet nails. When I saw what they looked like after application I asked for a different polish color than what I originally picked because I didn't want to draw any attention to them. The tips simply don't fit my nail bed. I am stunned that a professional allowed this to be the work that left the door. When I commented that I didn't like how they looked, I was told it's because I asked for short - almond shape. I admit, I accidentally asked for the wrong shape, but the inappropriate fit wall-to-wall is the real problem here. These tips simply do not fit my nail and I'm really disappointed that something wasn't done to fix that. In the end, only one nail fit properly. Additionally, the placement is unfortunate- some of them are lifted so high off my real nail underneath, that there is a giant pocket under it. I got them done yesterday and it's already filling with disgusting, unsanitary crud. I admittedly bite my nails very short, so it's harder to keep them from angling upward, but it's possible to have this not happen because I've had it done - AT SOHO none the less. Yes, it takes longer but for $70 I don't feel it's unrealistic to expect this not happen. Needless to say, I'm unlikely to make the drive over again and I'm going to need to remove at least one to redo it myself.

I haven't gotten my nails done since the start of the pandemic in 2020, due to the initial precautions but now due to laziness. I needed to get my nails done for my friend's wedding next week and wanted to try a different nail salon than the one I used to go to in Durham. I made an appointment online which was super easy and convenient because I try to avoid phone calls if I can. I got to the salon and was seated at a pedicure chair within a minute. I was too busy looking at colors for my SNS powder that I didn't get a chance to find a nail polish color for my toes. But the nail tech said I could pick a color from the SNS swatches and she would go find the polish which I thought was very nice. So I have only gotten a pedicure once in my life but because I'm so ticklish I just didn't think I could do it again. There were only a few seconds that really made me ticklish so it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! Since I don't really get pedicures, I opted for the jelly spa one and I really enjoyed it. The nail tech who did my SNS did such an amazing job! She was so fast and the SNS is just the right thickness for me. I'm very happy with my nails!

My nail tech was great! I was studying for a test so I needed a quiet appointment and she was very accommodating. They had a TV show on, volume was low. No music was playing... it was pretty quiet in general. The chairs were great!! There is a butt massage and arm massage setting. The building was clean and spacious.

Came here for the first time yesterday and I was disappointed. I made an appointment for the soho royal treatment pedicure. On their website, it says it ranges from an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes. My pedicure was only 45 minutes and felt rushed. The massage was less than 5 minutes too. Staff was friendly but I won't be back. I definitely didn't receive a $65 pedicure. Also, it wasn't the cleanest establishment. read more

Inconsistent and overpriced. Came here the day before my wedding with my two bridesmaids. We all wanted the same gel nail color but they only had one bottle so they tried to talk me into another color... the day before my wedding... after I requested a specific color by name. Nope. They did a great job on both bridesmaids but filed mine in an odd way (I asked for square) and only gave me one, very splotchy coat (see photo). Worst gel manicure I've ever had, and it wore off on the tips in 4 days from being so thin! read more

I had a wonderful mani/pedi at this location. I was traveling in from out of town and they answered the phone promptly, tolerated the background airplane noise as I was calling, scheduled me quickly. When I arrived they were ready for me on time. Throughout the mani/pedi we had easy conversation. I left gratuity on my credit card after the receipt printed (which I always find less awkward than having to tell them before you sign). read more

When my Aunt referred me to them , she said how good they were as long as you didn't express your opinion about anything boy wasn't she right. My first review, which wasn't a bad one, it was simply a review, not a bad place but overpriced to not receive top notch work or customer service. I kept going because I loved how Brian did my nails (now his a**) vanished, at this point where's the punk camera man. Rewind, it is best you have an appointment when you go but this particular day, I was desperate because I was leaving that Sunday to go to Vegas for Super Bowl, Brian was booked, so I let some creep do my nails, yes he is a creep, rude and not one bit of customer service skills to save his life, he got a pass because I had to go (couldn't be late for work, haha my tale on a coaching). I did write on the receipt that my nails were ugly and had him take the polish off, and said I'd be back. I re-scheduled but couldn't make that appointment (I live 45 minutes away FYI). They were real good about communicating with me about the take off and so on, but I informed them that I won't make it. I ended up going that Monday I believe the 19th because I was off work to just have the Gel-X nails soaked off properly, they tried to charge me $20.00 (girl went & called someone as if it was optional), I kindly told the young lady I wasn't paying because I am saying to myself they really owed me a full set but I wasn't sweating it because once you mess my nails up, baby it will never be a re-do haha, three things that pissed me off about this situation 1. They knew he was a horrible nail tech I never paid $82 to get my nails done there always $100 and up 2. The other young lady, I believe she is their daughter or something, she made it her business to let me hear her talking about another customer review, which led me to do my review, evidently you are bothered by the reviews, because you are being weird talking about your customers 3. They only cater and treat white people with a high regard , I do like how Daniel did my pedicure but not sure if I would go back here or not, I don't do weird, because it will get ugly quick and I prayed too hard to become a better person, so I just let them have it. Oh one more thing , I can understand purchases under $10 you charge a processing fee but a person spending $200.00 being charged $2.95 to use a card isn't cool (my opinion but hey who am I just another angry black bitter women in their eye haha not at all just can't/ain't going to mistreat me) Piffanie 252-406-3006 read more

Honestly hands down one of the best nail places in the area. They did my wedding nails last year and everyone here is so great with nail design and color matching. Gel manis last a while...not forever but much longer than other gel manis the area. They get pretty busy so I would suggest calling ahead of time to ensure they can get you in. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help pick out the right color. There are closer nail shops near me but I would rather drive out to Soho to get my nails the way I want them. Prices are comparable to other places. But if you want a design it will cost you a little extra. You can ask about prices before hand if you want to know the exact cost. read more

Really disappointed with my experience at Soho Nails. SERVICES: I was in town for a wedding and I needed to get my nails done. My mom came along to get a pedicure. I was initially really excited to see that they had dip powder options, so I went with that. The manicurist started right away with DRILLING my nails, which had no polish on them to begin with. WHY?! Starting off with an extremely damaging process to my natural nails was not okay. The next few minutes were spent with her aggressively drilling and filing away at my nails. Afterwards, she went straight for the gel powder, but she did not push back my cuticles or anything until I asked her to do so, and then said "oh, you want a manicure?" You mean...those services don't come with this?! She soaked my nails in water, ONLY water, before pushing back my cuticles. None of the cuticle softener was used, or any other manicure products for that matter. As the applied the powder coats, she continued to drill and file the hell out of my nails, nicking my skin in the process, and when I mentioned it, she didn't even apologize. Seriously? The worst part is that the powder honestly sucked and my nails actually hurt from the incessant drilling and filing. I regretted it so much. See the pictures for the cloudy powder filled with imperfections. No lotion at the end or anything. Probably the worst manicure experience I've had to date. My mom said that she really enjoyed her gel pedicure, which was great to hear because I was not happy. She did get a lotion/scrub cuticle push back and everything. However, when I went to pay, I was told that they charged $39 for a pedicure, but it would be an additional $20 extra for gel polish. $20 EXTRA for GEL?? Are you freaking KIDDING ME? This is price gouging at its finest - I have never EVER paid an upcharge for the use of gel polish. Over $120 later (with tip) I left with some crappy powder nails that were beaten to death. I'm so disappointed with my experience here and I can't believe that this place has so many good reviews. The one bonus is that the salon is clean. I'm still not over the $20 upcharge for gel, that is so not okay. People of Cary, go elsewhere! read more

Traveled to Raleigh to have surgery and decided to pamper myself the day before. What a great experience. They were extremely busy, but I never felt rushed and their massage chairs were heaven, so I wasn't in a rush to leave. I highly recommend giving them a try. read more

New to the area and looking for a new nail salon for gel. Found soho on Yelp and was so excited, but unfortunately don't think I'll be back. Nail tech was nice. She asked me if I wanted to cut my nails and I said no I like to leave them long. I was watching the TV and didn't notice she had picked up the clippers and cut one of my nails (which at that point you just have to commit). It was fine, but a bit of a bummer. The gel looked alright when she was finished, but unfortunately has just not lasted the way I hoped. A week later it looks like I didn't even get my nails done. The polish started peeling from the back which I've never had happen... I'm pretty gentle on my hands and have had manicures last 3 weeks on a regular basis... I really liked the salon which is why it's such a bummer :( the search continues! read more

In search of a good nail salon, Soho nails spa has good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I got dip powder over my natural nails and gel polish painted on top. The nail tech I had was very nice, but it felt so rushed the whole time. She was quickly painting my nails just trying to get it done without effort. My nails are bumpy and uneven lengths. The nail tech went straight to applying the dip powder on my nails without any cuticle cutting, oil etc. For $60 I was expecting a full manicure. I've never been to a place that skipped that and just went straight to painting the nail. I'm sure Soho is a great nail spa, but my nails came out below average :( read more

My experience at this establishment left much to be desired and I am deeply disappointed at the way I was treated. Context: I am a military veteran that served in 50 countries and I know Vietnamese which the language that all of the workers use at the establishment. The lady that did my feet was grossed out and was not looking forward to performing the work to get my feet clean even though I was paying for the highest priced service as I know that my feet needed a lot of work. Then another employee walked to the woman doing my feet and started talking about me and my feet disrespectfully while speaking Vietnamese. The woman who was doing my feet was not stopping the other woman from talking disrespectfully about my feet. When I confronted the women about what they said they ignored me and kept working on my feet. I told the woman to stop doing my feet because she seemed grossed out, frustrated, and upset. Then I asked for the manager and for someone else to do my feet. The manager didn't care and said if I cannot let her rude, grossed out employee keep working on my feet then they can just rinse me off so I can go. I left with dead skin, oil, lotion all over my feet as I was deeply offended. What takes the cake is that my girlfriend was getting her nails done and was going to treat me as well. When I walked out and waited for her to come out, they not only charged her for her nails, they then had the nerve to charge her full price for my half-done, incomplete, unprofessional pedicure which was $60 just for me. Extremely absurd. I just found this out this morning as my girlfriend told me this and so they need to give my girlfriend her money back immediately. Tip: Learn a little Vietnamese before you go to their nail establishments. They talk about their customers right in front of their faces and many of you don't know because you don't know the language. They love doing it and it gives them a rush to see that you not know what they are talking about while they take your money. This way, when you hear them talking crap about you, you can simply talk back in Vietnamese and tell them that you are leaving. That'll shock the crap out of them. read more

Where do I begin.... Rude!! I witnessed a nail tech who was acting as the fill in MANAGER get real nasty with a customer and the customer walking out!!! The way that "acting fill in MANAGER spoked to the customer and her nasty tone was very Unprofessional!!! This place is overpriced. They DO NOT cut cuticles nor give hand massages. Once your nail tech gets to complacent you can forget about a hand massage!! The put the oil on your nails tell you to rub it in then pay! Y'all are paying for the new renovation with all the upgrades they are charging for your nails!! 20 dollars extra for gel manicure on top of the regular manicures! A lot of customers have to come back and get their nails redone because either the gel polish was peeling or their nail art fell off!!! read more

I've been here 2x now and have a good enough experience to review! Both times I got gel nails and then I had a pedicure once. Both times I felt like the team cared about my nails and did not rush through the process. My nails lasted over 3 weeks, both times, which is totally worth the $30 price tag. The salon is really pretty, updated and they have drinks for you. I'll definitely be a regular. read more

Absolutely the best pedicure I've had in a while. Vicky took her time, very nice, and did excellent work! Will definitely return again! I recommend the royal signature pedicure $65 and you get your moneys worth for sure (scrub, mask, hot stones, paraffin, jelly foot soak, and a legit 10 min oil massage). My feet have never been softer. read more

I can't stop looking at my nails! I came in this morning after making an appointment last night to get a manicure and pedicure done. My nails were looking rough! I needed to get them done since I'm going to Coachella. I had a sweet lady who did my toes, but she didn't seem to speak much English (which is fine). I felt bad, at the last minute, I opted to get liquid gel tips done instead of a shellac manicure so a younger woman named Karen stepped in. She was really sweet, she kept asking me if the drill was making my nails hot or if anything hurt. Originally I wanted coffin nails, but after taking a look at my fingers (I have somewhat chubby ones) she suggested that the almond shape would look better. Thank goodness I trusted her judgement! This is easily my favorite nail salon in the area. The employees are extremely friendly and the owner seems to know almost every client by name. They offer tons of services and the salon is always clean. I went in with photos of some nail art I wanted and was blown away by what my tech was able to do. I did make an appointment the last time I went because they do get busy, but I have also been able to walk in with almost no wait. I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon. read more

I had a scheduled appt on a Sunday for 3:45. My pedicure did not start until 50 minutes later. The lady who did my pedicure said sorry for the wait and thanked me for waiting, but when I told her I waited almost an hour and asked her if that was normal, she said yes and that if I didn't want to wait I should come Mon-Wed. She then said that if I went to any nail salon I'd have had to wait that long. Anyone who gets their nails done regularly knows sometimes you have to wait a bit when they are busy or your favorite nail technician is running behind, but almost an hour wait for a scheduled appointment with any nail technician is not normal. Pedicure was fine. If this is not your home salon, I would suggest trying somewhere else first, or at least asking how long the wait is (even if you have an appt). read more

This is so far my favorite place for manicure! I had a not-so-good gel manicure last Friday here by a lady who did not speak much English and was very hard to communicate with. The result did not turn out satisfactory. 4 days later the gel had started coming off of my nails, which never happened to me before. I was quite disappointed and went back to get it fixed. Van was so nice to redo everything for me and was able to give me great suggestions on the color! Great customer service! I will certainly come back soon for all my future manicures! read more

SHOUTOUT TO SOHO. I have been going to Soho for almost a year now, and have been pleased with every visit. They are ORGANIZED, CLEAN, and have the LARGEST selection of colors/options in this area. Today, I decided to go out of my comfort zone and get something other than basic nude or my normal french tips. I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled with the way my nails turned out. I showed the ladies a certain inspiration picture(1st picture) and it turned out even better than I could've ever expected(shown in 2nd picture)!!! I have tried other salons in the area and no other establishments will ever top Soho. My husband and I went for pedicures and we chose Soho based on the reviews. We just wanted somewhere that was following Covid protocols and going to give a decent foot massage. While the foot massage was ok, the pedicure was terrible. They cut both of our cuticles too short and caused us to bleed. We had them done at the same time so this was 2 different women. The lady doing my toes couldn't get the nail polish bottle open so she went in the back room and I assumed was getting something to open it but instead chose a different color. I had chosen a pink and she picked a dark red. I wouldn't have minded if she asked me which color out of other bottles but she put it on and said good. It wasn't even a good paint job. Finally! A nail salon that can actually do bombass nails! Coming from the DC area I'm so use to being able to pop in any salon and getting a good gel mani but since moving to NC I feel like I've just been searching endlessly for the past year. Well, my search is done cause I'm not going anywhere else. Upon walking in, the vibe of the place just feels like home. It doesn't smell like nail chemicals and most importantly, everyone speaks English! To you and to each other. You can tell the people who works there actually enjoys working there. And they have this charm where you feel like you've been their friend forever and I love that. Wendy did my pedicure, which was impeccable. It was thorough and very well done. Van (aka Money) did my manicure which was also an amazing job. My cuticles were nicely cleaned up and was round. You'd be surprised by how many nail techs who actually can't make your cuticles look round. He was such a sweet funny guy and kept a good conversation going. I asked for a very specific design with gel on my nails and he didn't hesitate to pass me over to Victor to do it. Which I really appreciate! Victor is a nail God. He was able to do exactly what I wanted to a T! I also wanted to point out I came in almost near closing and they didn't rush at all and was so kind about it. I can't believe I never came back to update my review! I came back every three weeks from durham to cary while I was in NC and my nails held up for 3 weeks! This is The best nail salon in the triangle area! From customer service all the way down to the polish colors! I wish I could take this salon with me everywhere I go because great salons are hard to come by. Previous review Awesome, awesome awesome pedi, and gel mani. Steep prices $69, but you get what you pay for! Plenty of parking, it's clean, and everyone is friendly with great customer service. You have to click on each day to find an opening. Who has time for that? That said, they do open up to non-guests the day of IF the hotel guests don't fill all the slots. But how do you even plan ahead for that? If they upgrade the booking tool and perhaps open up a few slots for non - hotel guests on weekends (before the weekend of), this would easily be 5 stars.

I am rating this place a two because it needs a lot of help. The pedicure chairs all have huge tears on them. I cannot believe this is not a sanitation issue. Also, there was nothing labeled for clean towels or brushes to wash your nails with at the sink. I waited over 1hour 15 minutes with a reservation. They did not offer anyone that was waiting any beverages. On the paper it shows they offer complimentary wine, soda and water. They offered me water when the lady finally got to me. The place is extremely outdated. My nails look ok but I do not know why the woman doing them left the store To go throw something away outside while she was doing my nails. I am not from this area but would definitely not return. Update: I have changed the review to three stars because the owner and I have written and my nails still look really good. read more

I had a really disappointing experience with my dip powder nails here. The tech was clearly rushing through the process and almost skipped steps entirely. The removal of my previous product was done poorly, and despite that, I was still charged a fee. To make matters worse, there was white powder left around the rim of my nails, making them look unfinished and messy. I even had to ask her to remove the product underneath my nails, which should have been done automatically. It felt like I was being unreasonable for expecting her to do a basic part of the service. Overall, I left with nails that looked far from professional. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! ZERO stars. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! And very PAINFUL! 50$ for a full set, over priced for the experience I had. My fingers are still throbbing from earlier, and bleeding. He filed the edges, got my skin not the acrylic. Shitty job if you ask me, my nails look HORRIBLE! He seemed bossy and didn't care that I told him it hurts! He said don't be scared look away. -_- Yea one star for the free water bottle.. And the tip was for the water bottle. A day later I get to finish my draft... And fingers are scraped and torn... TRULY A RELAXING EXPERIENCE. My boyfriend and I decided to try this new salon out on Valentine's Day. It was recommended that we try the SoHo Royal Treatment and wow were we in for a surprise! They put this packet into the water that turns the water into a jello texture and then they let you soak. It was fascinating and relaxing! This pedicure service comes with a scrub, mask, massage, hot stones, and paraffin wax. Such a great treat for us! They even offered my boyfriend a beer while we were there. BEST. SALON. EVER!!!!! I have been a client at Soho Nail Spa for over a year now. I have never left dissatisfied! The salon is extremely clean, organized and well kept. The environment is relaxing and the amenities are A+. I am a loyalist at heart and came here on the recommendation of a friend for a last minute fill. Found Soho when we were in the area after a doctors appointment. People were so kind and attentive! My mom and I both had a service and we are very pleased. Before we left the sky opened up and it started to pour. Staff let us hang out for a few minutes while they were cleaning as the shop closed up. Finally, we had to brave the sideways rain to try to make it to our car but the manager gave us towels to dry off once we made it. Very kind! Wish we lived in the area so we can visit Soho more often. :-) read more

It is an absolutely marvelous nail salon! Being very picky about my nails - I managed to go there every 2-3 weeks for 2 years already, and never be disappointed! The place is clean, service is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing. I don't know how Kim and Vic do that but they manage to provide excellent customer service time after time. So happy to discover this Spa. Clean, friendly professionals. Enjoyed a relaxing, thorough pedicure while visiting from Rochester, New York. I'm sensitive to chemical smells and I had no issue here at all. They also offer the choice of Zoya nail polish which is formaldehyde free. Well designed for bringing a friend or wedding party. Yesterday when I had a manicure and pedicure at Soho Nails Spa I felt relaxed, calm and refreshed. The service was great, the quality amazing and the nail designs were outstanding. What stood out to me was an interaction during the appointment when a nail became smudged. Another technician initially suggested redoing it properly, but the owner stepped in and insisted that only the affected area be fixed. The other technician's reaction suggested that this may not have been the salon's usual standard of service. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience felt noticeably different from the level of quality and care I had previously received.

The place when i walked in was very clean and didn't have any nail or ammonia smell that some nail salons have. I had a regular basic mani/pedi which the service was great. cut, filed and cuticle care was great no roughness and left both my hands and feet nicely cleaned up; However, during the service I kept making it clear I did not want gel for i'm not a fan and prefer natural. I understand it is a business and gel is more money but I did not want that polish which ended up leaving the rest of the service a bit awkward. The polish job looked great but after 4 days it began to bubble, crack and one nail had the polish cleanly peel off. ( now I have used DND polish before and have gotten at least 2-3 weeks before i need another service. I'm not rough on my hands, use gloves when cleaning, and my nails are short) Luckily I had a similar polish at home and i was able to fix it. Maybe if I gotten the gels as it was being pushed during the service, they would have taken care of it better, but I definitely can tell it was a product issue for regular nails. If I decide to go back I would bring my own base/ top coat and polish with me....which kind of defeats the purpose.

My friend said her manicure and pedicure was done well. We got the second tier pedicure and they took extra time to massage our feet and legs. They used new utensils with the service and had the plastic wrap in the pedicure basin which I always like to see for sanitary reasons. The salon itself and super clean and relaxing. They kept getting a lot of walk ins come in and instead of rushing through their clients they told folks they didn't have any more availability for the day and to come back Tuesday when they would reopen. This was impressive to see as they took the time with the clients already there. The cost was not too bad for the Cary area. I will definitely be back!
