There's a decent amount of colors to choose from. I showed a picture of the design I wanted from Pinterest and the nail artist did it. I loved it. Within the same day. Sam rushed through my nails and nipped me several of times. When I went in the next day to get it fixed she pointed to her work station to sit and didn't even say sorry or anything. Again rushed through to get it fixed, I asked if she can secure the gem on the nail and add a top coat because my nail didn't have a top coat on it. While underneath the LED light she walked away from her station and yelled back ok you can go. It really makes me sad to post this review and I've thought really long and hard about it as I've been coming here since the day they opened. I am loyal to my nail tech and have continued to come see them even though the salon is worse each time I come. There is always a problem. This is just a few of the things I have experienced on my last few visits: broken massage portion of the pedicure chair, water flooding the floor when the water did not automatically shut off, rude staff members, nail clippings IN the chair when I was shown to the pedicure chair, pieces of someone's weave in the pedicure chair, dirty floors, dirty tables attached to the pedicure chairs... On top of all of that, the newish owner insist on charging a "COVID up charge" on all card transactions. No up charge if you pay cash. This place is disgusting. Like I said, I've been loyal to my nail tech since way before this place opened but it is being run by such poor management/ownership that it is time for me to seek care elsewhere. I came in at 5:40 I was not seen until 6:15 and 2 pedicures and one manicure went ahead of me (they came in after I did) I decided to wait because it is my birthday and I was hoping for something special and I wanted to give this place a try...... but I do not think that will be happening this go around. There were a lot of people doing pedicures so I assume that is a quicker job to do!? I waited as long as I could and realized that this place might not be for me after all. I came for a manicure and pedicure both with regular polish. I did NOT have a good experience at all and I was in there for hours. Here's why. I paid for the sugar scrub pedicure. To my surprise, the young lady literally spent LESS than 20 seconds scrubbing each leg with the scrub. I turned to my friend in the chair next to me and said that the sugar hadn't even dissolved on each leg but she was putting my foot back into the water to rinse it off. When she scrubbed my feet, she barely applied any pressure and hardly touched my feet as if she didn't want to touch them at all. Such a half ass job. And now, the worst part: the manicure. A simple regular nail polish manicure. The first nail tech didn't know what she was doing. She barely clipped my cuticles and didn't actually put cuticle softener ON my cuticles. Instead, she squirted some into the bowl and stuck my hand into the bowl. The pieces of cuticle softener were floating around and they weren't actually on my cuticle. So I had to wiggle my fingers around to try to apply the floating chunks of cuticle softener onto my actual cuticle. I should never have to do that. Next, she didn't apply the base coat to my entire nail. When I asked her about that she said, "You don't need it". I said that was not true. She ignored me and continued to attempt to apply the actual nail polish. I had to pull my hands back and insist that she apply the base cost to the the ENTIRE nail. She had an attitude, but she complied. Then she started to apply the nail polish. The nail polish was so thick and old that she had to put some acetone in it to thin it out. I asked her to please get a new bottle of nail polish of that color or a similar color because thick nail polish is very difficult to apply and it comes out lumpy. She ignored my request and kept going. Needless to say, the manicure was ugly and rough and horrible and unprofessional. (See the pictures). Also, the first tech kept digging her own nails I to my fingers which was painful. I had to ask her four different times to please stop on digging me with her nails, and to stop twisting my fingers painfully. Back to the lumpy ugly manicure. There was no way I wanted to pay for that, so I called the manager over to look at my nails under the light of that area where you actually dry your nails. Without me saying anything he exclaimed in surprise that my nails weren't done right, and offered me to have them done over. I was annoyed that I would have to spend more of my precious time there, but I agreed. So I sat there and waited for somebody else to come do my nails correctly. The second tech came and didn't even bother to put a towel on the cold marble desk. I had to ask for one. She then took the roughest side of a four sided buffer and proceeded to scratch the hell out of my nail surfaces. When I looked down I was shocked to see that she had scratched up my nails for no damn reason! (See the pics). I pulled my hands away and exclaimed in horror, "What did you do to my nails? Why did you scratch them up like this for no reason?" She said some nonsense that this is what is supposed to happen. I said, "No way!" As I sat there shaking my head feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied she abruptly got up and walked away from me after saying something in her native language. A third tech then came to me to do my nails. She was doing a terrible job applying the thick polish and would not listen to any of my requests to change the polish or something. She walked off on me too. Rude. I finally gave up and said remove polish, I want to leave. I'd been there for hours! I spoke to the manager. He tried to make me pay for the manicure. I told him I was very dissatisfied and I should not have to pay. Only because I insisted, I didn't have to pay. Lastly, the whole time I was in there, they were playing a movie on the big screen TV that graphically depicted the enslavement of African-Americans in America in the 1800s. This was a very inappropriate and offensive choice of programming. I am Black. There were Black customers present. I told him how disappointed and disgusted I was that they would show this abuse and degradation and that it was offensive. Surely he could show some thing else! He said he couldn't change it. What?! Either the manager or the owner was extremely rude. I came out of the shopping center to my car blocked in by her car. When I came in the salon to ask if someone had parked behind me, she shrugged saying there were no parking spots. The lady at the front desk was super apologetic, but the manager was ~unbothered~ kept doing what she was doing and took her sweet time to walk out to her car. I didn't want to write this review but I feel inclined to share my experience. The guy who did my dip mani left my nails soaking for about 12 minutes in acetone. He came back reeking of cigarette smoke. He was heavy handed while filing and cut me in multiple places. He never acknowledged doing it nor did he apologize for doing it. He used a drill to prep and smooth out my nail beds before and after dip polish and buffed my nail bed so thin that the heat from the friction burned my nail bed causing me to wince and I verbally communicated to him that it hurt me. I truly feel that he probably only takes his job half seriously. I don't remember his name, but he does have glasses and he's probably in his 60s. Run, don't walk, very far away from this person. I don't want anyone else to experience this! I did ask to speak to the owner to tell her about my experience. While we were talking, he came up to us and started undermining her and gaslighting me. Let me start with this. I have been getting SNS for years and I've tried a bunch of places. This... was the worst. I dropped in to try it out because it's next to our usual grocery store. Walking in there is loud 80's music with 4 TVs at regular volume going at once. Pretty annoying. After having my skin under my nail jammed I went to wash my hands at the sink. My first visit there and I'm so disappointed. I liked the decor, the music playing was questionable. It wasn't relaxing but still enjoyable. My daughter and I bought the same package and sat back in those awesome chairs and awaited an incredible experience. My girl rushed through the steps and did as little as possible so she could be finished. We both bought the $55 package that was supposed to include a massage. She wiped on the scrub and rinsed it off. Then slapped on the moisterizer and rinsed. No leg or foot massage at all. She applied the nail polish then left and quickly and returned with my receipt for payment. Never asked if I was okay or needed anything. It was so rude and disrespectful. She was so impertinent. Enter "C" to confirm or "N" to cancel. This system should communicate with front desk staff. There should be no need for front desk staff to call one hour before the appointment and again 15 minutes prior ( while driving). I kid you not. Terrible. I went with my best friend for pedicures. I should've left when they badgered me at the polishes to get gel polish. After I declined literally 4xs, we were pointed to the pedicure chairs. Here's the kicker: As soon I put my feet in the water I was greeted by COLD water. I requested for the water to be warmed and was ignored. But was asked a 5th time if I wanted to do gel. At my 2nd request for warm water we were told that "something happened with the hot water, 2 mins ago before you came." We should've left. But I stayed and got "a hot stone pedicure" that was two warm, wet rocks rubbed together. He barely scraped my heels and barely massaged. After my cold water pedicure, I had to carefully walk to the dryers because the floor was covered with water. Not sure if the chairs were leaking but water was all over the floor. We went to the dryers and sat for 5 mins before realizing they weren't even on! I asked a tech if they were on and said "Yes they're quiet." My friend, who was right beside me asked another tech and she flipped a switch and WAHLAH! So we essentially were sent to dryers that weren't on! Smh I paid $53 for a mediocre pedicure and I never will do visit again. Avoid!! read more

Most notably, he sarcastically complained about the "joys of removing gel polish". When I told him I didn't want my nails cut down, he once again sarcastically raved about how I was "saving (him) so much time". Needless to say, I won't be returning. But I must admit, the facility is wonderful and beautifully decorated. The massage chair almost made up for the lack luster service (almost). Try it for yourself. I wanted to treat myself to a manicure with gel polish because a friend had it and it looked lovely. My nails were short and beat up from working in my yard so I decided to get tips and opted for the gel rather than acrylic after listening to pros cons from reception. I asked how much for tips, gel nails and polish and agreed to price. PARK was my technician. She was friendly enough but SUPER rushed in her process and the quality of the work was sloppy and unimpressive. First off I paid for tips but I said I wanted them shorter than the 1.5 in length they come in. She glued them all on BUT before I knew it... she was cutting off the nails to such a short length that they were BARELY longer than my nails. After already having cut 3-4 of the nails I should have stopped her and told her not so short but then I would have 1/2 my nails on that hand shorter than the rest. Poor communication with client! I had not had gel nails done before but I had acrylic nails and knew I didn't want that again because they tore up my healthy nails and they were thick and cumbersome. So I wasn't familiar with the process at all. There was no preparing the real nail bed. No trimming cuticles for even application finish. I have since checked sources and that should be done in preparation for the gel application process. She proceeded to layer on gel alternating hands and using 2 light curing devices. Okay, that's efficient. However the whole process was very rushed! I'm watching her so I can be ready to swap hands quickly when she's ready and back and forth. There was NO relaxing or sensation of pampering myself. I felt like I was working on a task I was paying for!! After layering gobs of gel she began a very hurried shaping and filing of nail bed surface and tip. The end result was not attractive, smooth or natural looking at all. The thickness of the nail rose like a cliff from the cuticle and sides. It was not a gradual smooth transition terminating into the cuticle area but rose like a speed bump. The sides of the nails bulged like I applied press on nails. But again, I had not had this done before and kept thinking I guess she knows what she's doing. Finally the color was applied, cured and I was asked to wash my hands. Okay, guess I'm done. I get a ticket for fee that was 15$ more than what I was quoted! Wait...it's 15$ more for gel polish? Hey I asked for gel nails if GEL Polish is 15 more then tell the client when they ask!! The polishes came in twin pack boxes with gel and regular polish. I had held on to both so I could record the brand and snap a color pic of the bottle to match for a pedicure at a later time. While I went to bathroom I guess someone came by and took the bottle but she shrugged it off saying she would find it when we were finished. But she did NOT offer again and INSTRUCTED ME to just note the color code!! SERIOUSLY?! I get out to my car and see all kinds of white residue under my nails that wasn't buffed or shaped off. Furthermore the surface edges were so thick and poorly smoothed that after a week of growth I had hang nails catching on clothing and spent and hour one evening smoothing, filing, planing, and shaping my right hand. I'm left handed and thought I would finish that hand another day. I ended up going to another salon a couple weeks later for a fill in and had an amazing experience with a technician who really cared about the quality and appearance of his work! He was an absolute artist in his profession! And I told him so and TIPPED accordingly! So I paid 85$ for tips that were barely longer than mine, total waste of $$ and a gel nail manicure that I later had to work on myself. Unsatisfactory in every sense. I will not return to this salon and DO NOT recommend it or PARK for service. BTW, I rarely write negative reviews because I would rather highlight the positive experiences I have but this was an exception. Save your hard earned $$ read more

The service I got here was a full acrylic set with gel polish, and this was my first time visiting. The service run me $50 which is pretty standard. I have short, bitten nails which are a bit tougher to work with, so I left a decent tip afterwards. My nail tech was courteous and the service I received was average. The tech had some issues with her electric file, which didn't bother me but may have bothered some if they were in a hurry. She did nick several of my cuticles and apologized. The shape of the nails and color came out fine. There was some acrylic material left below the cuticle on my index finger that I noticed when I got home. While I was having my service done, a woman seated in one of the pedicure chairs waved over to my tech to ask who was going to do her pedi, as the water in the bath was getting cold. I'm giving this place 2 stars and most of that has to do with how beautiful the place looks inside and the wealth of color options. I was very upset with my service. This place is close to my house and I r ally wanted to give them a try. I selected the deluxe pedicure which comes with a towel wrap. I was looking to relax. In the middle of my pedicure, the owner and another person come over to remove my acrylic nails. Rather than soaking them off, she proceeds to cut them off with a nail trimmer. I consistently told them over and over that it was hurting and I wanted them to stop. By the time she was done, two of my fingers were bleeding. She insisted that my bails were weak and I should get the SNS to help rebuild the strength. My only problem is that their color samples are not even close to the actual color. I picked a color specifically to match my toe polish as I always do. As you can see in my pics, they are not even similar, my toes are orange and my nails are pink. I'm not sure that I'll be returning. And I would recommend everyone else to stay away too. read more

I remember when this nail salon first opened. It was beautiful! You could tell the previous owner took pride in her business, and most importantly, the customers. She was the first person you saw when you first came in. She greeted you with a smile and so did her nail techs. Well, how things changes.... I recently came back once I got word that my nail tech who is amazing was back. To my surprise, so much has changed, and not for the best. I have been to this location a couple of times. Each time I have gone, I am more dissatisfied with what I am seeing knowing how the previous owner ran the nail salon and now how it is being run. I do understand, it is now under new management/ownership, however, if it's not broken, why fix it? The nail salon is not clean like the previous owner kept it. She ran a tight ship. She had the clean services there around the clock and you saw them walking around wiping down the stations as well as changing the garbage. Now, you see dirt on the floor, and the nail stations are dusty and not being sanitized. And the music the new owner is playing has you feeling like you are at a funeral home waiting to view the body. The four big flat-screen TVs there are never on. They are always running out of wine which is another thing the previous owner kept on deck. Along with having wine, there was also a variety of snacks to choose from as well as different flavor teas and there was always water or soda that was offered to you especially if you did not drink wine. That is not the case with this new owner. The staff walks around looking depressed and unhappy and that is because of the type of music she plays; it is not upbeat. On top of all of that, the newish owner insists on charging a "COVID" charge" on all card transactions. No upcharge if you pay cash. This place is disgusting. The ONLY reason I still come to this location is because of the loyalty I have with my nail tech. She is a sweetheart. She genuinely cares about her clients and that said more than the owner who could give a damn about us. All she cares about it making money and care less about her staff and customers.
