I came into Sojeata by chance, just wanting to go outside and take a walk after finishing the finale of Attack on Titan. I was bawling my eyes out for about 15 minutes and was destroyed inside. When I walked in, the customer service was insane and the place was just SO beautiful, and I needed a good refreshing drink and ice cream to replenish my hydration because I had cried so much watching the finale of aot. This place was really an unexpected gem, the decor, service, and products were just all amazing. Although it didn't fill the void of my heart watching aot, it really helped me feel a lot better. I love how clean and neat the interior is, perfect for studying! I'm a student at CSUF and this is my new favorite study spot. There's also a lot of natural sunlight during the day and it really helps me stay awake while I *attempt to get some work done. Their drinks are amazing. My favorite is the dragon-passion fruit tea with mango jelly. Not many places have mango jelly so I was so happy to find out they had it! The staff are all so welcoming and treat you like family. I enjoyed the past couple of times I've been here. Great drinks and super friendly staff. However, when I went today, they had us order on the tablet and not a single staff was in sight. It said, "wave your hand in front of this sign if you have any questions or you are paying cash." I did so maybe 4-5 times and waited about 5-10 minutes without anyone coming outside. I ordered my drink (without boba because I couldn't find it on the tablet), tried a new drink that I didn't like, came back to try to get someone's attention, and still, no one came out. I have to say that the decor on this is solid. Numerous photo prints of notable figures in Cambodian culture are on the wall and feels like a great ambiance. At least the Sunday I was there it was fairly busy whereas the lines. Nevertheless the staff were attentive. The Pandan ice cream was great. I liked the Matcha blueberry lavender although they don't fully blend it. My order of Rose tea and Jasmine tea though were a bit disappointing in that they seemed rather over steeped, which hurt the experience a bit for me. The price points on the some of their items seem a bit on the higher side compared to what I have seen elsewhere. The wooden ice cream spoon with their logo was a nice touch, but the drink cups didn't seem to have a logo. I assume that may come after they get out of soft opening. While I don't feel it is the best value and I see a few places of improvement it was mostly an enjoyable experience. read more

I was walking along Commonwealth and saw this new place open and decided to try it out. I saw the menu and read that it was organic with no high fructose corn syrup and had to try it! I had the Jasmine milk tea with their boba. I had low expectations because normally organic boba has a weird taste to it, but I don't know how they did it but the boba here is delicious! The Jasmine milk tea was very good too! It was the perfect balance of sweetness for me. Sometimes boba places have it too sweet for my taste but there was a good harmony of flavors in this one. Definitely going to come back when they have food and desserts available! The location is right there in downtown Fullerton so easy access before going out! jasmine tea was so dark brown. you wanna talk about over-roasted, that's a new level. it took over 10 minutes to come out which alone should have raised some red flags in the brewing process (granted they were busy so i didn't question it), but the fact that it was overwhelmingly over-roasted and concentrated blew my mind since i'm normally the typa person to crave more concentrated teas. these crazy high ratings are for the vibes. it's a clean, aesthetic location. it's a nice atmosphere. but if you're in it for quality tea, i would stir away. read more

I'm happy when Cambodian owned businesses come to the OC and try and support them as much as I can. My wife and son stumbled upon this place and were glad we did. The young staff are full of positive energy and very welcoming. They use only the freshest natural ingredients. I'm not a fan of flavored tea, but theirs had no after taste, it was a hit. Our 6 yr old got the matcha strawberry latte and he loved it. My only suggestion is to get some lights to illuminate the store sign so that you can see it while driving by. read more
