Been coming here for 2 years and have steadily seen improvements to my health. I no longer go to the "cracking" chiropractor because my tension and pain has been well managed by these wonderful healers. I can't believe it's been a year since I started sessions with SWC. The best self-care, I have given to myself. I never liked the "cracking" of a Chiropractor - it was never a pain release for me. Let me begin by saying how grateful I am to the Universe for steering me into the safe harbor of healing that Sojuorn Wellness offers. The doctors at Sojuorn are of upmost integrity and are among the most caring, intelligent and adept health professionals I've ever experienced. They are the type of doctors I always wanted but could never find. I have been seeing both Drs. Joie and Kirstin since last November and the ways they have helped me connect back into my body and helped to align my spine is nothing short of miraculous. I love Sojourn Wellness Center!!! Dr. Kirsten Perkins is such a loving, powerful and intuitive healer! I first started seeing her at her previous location for Network Spinal Analysis. After the first session, I had a very powerful healing. The work is very gentle. I first met Dr. Kirsten in the marina in SF, when she was still finding a home for her practice. I was referred to her because I was looking for someone who could support me in incorporating healthy nutrition into my life. From the moment I met Dr. K, I knew she was a fit for me. my journey with sojourn has genuinely been nothing less than magical. and when I say magical, I am not exaggerating. ACTUAL MAGIC. Dr K, she is intuitive, kind, and a true healer. She helped me heal from a serious illness by teaching me which foods I was allergic to, I've had food allergies that caused me tummy aches my whole life.
