I was invited to a red carpet event just days before it actually was set to occur and I rushed to Surprise to get a manicure and pedicure. 2007 Nails was the only salon open late, closed at 7PM. I was a walk-in appointment at 6:30PM. Facility: clean, well-kept, well-lit. There were several staff members there (5) at 6:30PM mid-week. Everything appeared to be clean and well-sanitized. They line the pedicure baths with a plastic liner, which I've never seen before. Staff: two ladies worked on my toenails and fingernails simultaneously. I was really pleased that they did this, both for their own time's sake and mine. They were very polite and did not skimp or hurry just because they were closing in a half hour. The manager asked me to pay before my services were even halfway done, something I didn't really like, but went along with anyway. Quality: I was very disappointed that despite requesting the same color (OPI Got the Blues for Red), they instead used two different reds. And yes, it was obvious, they knew it as well. I didn't have time to have them take it all off and start over as they were closing. I had already tipped WELL ($10 per person), and wouldn't have tipped as well if I had known my one request wouldn't be honored. Price: $45 for basic pedicure and upgraded manicure (with hot wax). I will likely return to 2007 Nails, but with an appointment. I think from now on, I'm not going to be as amicable as I was in this instance. Horrible place got my nails done and then after two days they start to come off !! I wouldn't recommend them !!

They were not very friendly, my toe nails are already looking ragged. I've never had my nails left this long before. One lady asked another worker to help us: she sat there, rolled her eyes, turned up her nose & refused to help us. She sat there watching tv. I didn't know a nail shop could look so ghetto I only stayed because I was in a hurry. Oh did i mention I didn't even get the nail color I wanted? I will never go back here & I'll warn my friends not to. 2007 is about the last time this place looked good. read more

Poor management!! The manager hung up on me twice because he was upset that I told him his employee did a terrible job! The pedicure was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! The work was terrible and he only made the situation completely worse! I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to come to this salon! I will definitely never return. Highly recommend Sol Nails! I have been going, exclusivley for 2 years now. What keeps me coming back? The pedicures are amazing... dare I say transformative? Yes! I've been going to this place since 2009-2010ish. It was my favorite place to go to to get an excellent pedicure service. I have been recommending people to go there. Today, I was surprised how it has went downhill. I received a lukewarm service.... the tech used the stones for like 10 seconds ON the top of my feet. OUCH! No massage. This is a very mixed review. I made an appointment for 1:00 pm with Mr. Lee. I was not greeted very friendly by staff when I came in. I sat for almost 40 minutes before I was seated for my pedicure. The only thing they said to me while I waited was "did you pick a color?" After I sat in the chair soaking my feet I asked is Mr. Lee here today? He said yes it's me he was working on another client doing her fill/nails. It took at least another 10 or 15 minutes before he started on me. No apology, no explanation for the delay. He also passed me off to Lucy to finish painting my nails while he started a pedicure on another client. On a positive note he gave me an excellent pedicure, even fixing an ingrown toe nail for me. Rude! The gentleman that did my nails did not say one word to me the whole time. When he was done, he didn't say thank you or have a nice day... NOTHING! Then I stood at the front desk waiting for someone to take my money... new in this area and was hoping for a nice place to go... this place is not it! Yesterday 3/18/2014 we went to 2007 Nails. The shop was unusually busy I thought, with more than 4 people waiting. We had 4 pedicures and 2 full sets. I got my nails done with a guy who didn't tell me his name. He did not put a top coat or offer to put gel top coat on my White tips. I had to wait for a free pedicure chair. Which I really didn't mind. My mom sat down with Cindy to get the same style of tips I got, white tips with clear acrylic overlay. First thing off the bat, Cindy used the drill and nicked the skin on my mom's pinky on the left hand, then my mom had to ask her to use antiseptic liquid on the wound? (Cindy should have taken the initiative to do this?) As Cindy started my mom's full set she proceeded to glue the tip to the skin of my mom's other pinky. My mom said that the tip was glued to her skin and Cindy pitched a fit, yelling in Vietnamese and then took off the tip. She said "You not happy, I not do your nails". How can anyone be happy with a tip glued to them? An open wound created by the nail technician? I opted not to get my pedicure, because of this unkind act by the nail technician. It's not my mom's fault the glue ran under the tip and adhered to her skin. My mom is a senior 73 years old and she was treated like dirt in this salon. It's quite obvious Cindy was already out of sorts before she started on my mom. I am at a loss to this type of behavior. Non-seasonal customers like us, make sure your business stays operating. However, we will not come back. Facility: Is nicely kept, there is refreshments for you, if you so wish. (They need to dust the cobwebs off the front glass at the top by the ceiling). We visited our family in AZ last July 4th. We stopped by this store to have my wife's nails done. She loved it. Store was clean, bright, beautiful decoration and nice layout. I went to several different salons in the area, and finally found the best place to go. The prices are good, the salon is super clean and the personnel are incredibly nice and cheerful. They do all types of nails as well as dip, which I had done. My nails look great and my pedicure was awesome. Tony does my nails and he is great. read more

The shop felt clean and organized. The tools were individually wrapped packets. Soaking tubs had liners. You did not feel rushed or hurried. Quiet music and the tv on mute. Just sit back in the massage chair and take a little time to recharge and relax. read more

Everyone here does such an amazing job! They literally put a timer on for the massage and it is out of this world! The people are friendly and get to know you and remember your face when you come back! The quality of their work is excellent and they last a long time! I've been to 2007 nails in the past and have had a decent experience. I just recently went back last week to get a mani/pedi. I went on a Saturday at 5 and the salon was empty. I thought that they were about to close and I was "that" customer. I looked at the door and they close at 7. It took them awhile to even acknowledge me. Finally they told me to sit in the chair at the very end. I put my feet in the water and it was freezing. The man started to do my pedicure and was very friendly. I found out it was his first day there. Unfortunately you could tell by the way my toes looked at the end. There was paint all over my skin on my toes. I asked for a gel manicure and my pedicure was taking so long that they had to start my gel manicure while I was getting my toes done. My fingers looked great. However, two days later the paint on one of my nails came completely off in one piece. Then a day after that, another one came off. Now a week later, I have three nails where the paint is completely off. Gels typically last 2-3 weeks. Do not go to this nail salon. I'm very disappointed with how much I spent. read more

This has to be the best experience I've had in visiting a nail salon anywhere. It was truly clean, well managed, relaxing....totally an incredible experience. The music was very soothing without a loud television blaring the whole time. I had a manicure, pedicure and eye brow wax. Do not miss the pedicure with the hot rock treatment!!!! Was friendly till asked to pay. Then spoke in native language to another employee, so I guess my tip wasn't generous enough as she then hurried through polishing fingernails and walked away. I was overcharged for services as she stated $20 manicure plus $12 pedicure but I was charged $40. I went on vacation 4 days later and had to have fingernails redone because all of my polish was peeling off. Never saw such cheap polish. First and last experience with 2007 Nails. Even when I do my own nails the polish lasts nearly two weeks but this didn't ladt ONE WEEK. read more

My experience started off terrible. I went mid-day on a Thursday and was told it would only be a five-ten minute wait, but I ended up waiting for 40. Tony finally started on my nails, and he made me bleed when he cut my nails almost down to the quick. Not only did he seem inexperienced, he was also VERY rude. Didn't say one word to me the whole time except to ask if I wanted them rounded or squared. He gave me a 1 minute massage at the end because he just wanted to get on to the next customer. He also didn't keep my nails under the uv light long enough because my gel nails warped and peeled off after 3 days. I can't believe I even paid for that experience. You couldn't pay me to go back.
