This is my second time here and I drove off satisfied, again. Boy does a tint make a world of a difference! Ladies get your windows done not only for looks or to cool down the car, but to protect your skin! My first car they worked on was my Audi beautifully done no issues and that is why I'm here again to trust them with a brand-new BMW. Robert noticed I was a repeating customers so he gave me an incentive. Customer loyalty is always appreciated. I got 20% all around, 15% on the back and roof done and my car came out looking nice, classy, and CLEAN. What drove me to write a 5 star review is the fact I called in the morning to see if they could accommodate same day and to my surprise they got me in the time I needed. And what was a coincidence was the business I had to take care happened to be in the same center as the tint shop. Too good to be true. The few hours I was in for my appointment and walking out I saw my car waiting for me all done. Then during the midst of me rushing out I left my credit card on the counter and Robert went the extra to mile to mail it to my home. DO NOT GO TO SOLAR ECLIPSE. They are a ripoff. Sure, they do a decent job with the window tinting, but their customer service is beyond terrible and a good enough reason on its own for you to not go there. They lie to their customers about the warranty, claiming to have a "lifetime warranty" which is NOT true. They put a vinyl on my roof and charged me more than any other tinting company, and because they promised to replace/remove the vinyl whenever I ask, I decided it was worth the extra money. When I returned after 2 years and asked them to remove the vinyl because my lease was over, they denied ever making such a promise/warranty agreement, and tried to charge me $100 just to remove the vinyl. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me he was out of town for 1 week. I called back a week later and they told me he's going to be gone for an additional 2 weeks (they were obviously lying) and they would actually charge $120 to remove the vinyl. Overall, this place is a joke and you could get a lot better quality and customer service for your money. Don't waste your time. If their was a 0-star button, that's what I would give them. read more

I have gotten so many of my cars tinted here. And I've given so many referrals. I've been coming since they were in Encino. But its very unfortunate that I have to say I will not go here again. They are trying to charge me for things they have never charged me before. And they have become extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. After getting my new car, I needed tints because nobody enjoys driving a fishbowl. I gave them a call after a friend's recommendation and went in the same day to get my windows tinted. They finished in roughly an hour and 15 minutes and it came out looking great. They also cover us with lifetime warranty for any peeling or bubbling. I'd recommend this place to anyone who may need tints for their car. read more

The prices here are ridiculous and not worth it at all. They are much better places for half the price. The owner and his brothers are disgusting people they are thieves and have no class. They stole from my car loose cash and a gift card I had! Do not trust whatsoever !!! read more
