I initially brought it in for a full front-end PPF package using XPEL Ultimate film--covering the hood, front bumper, fenders, headlights, and mirrors. I left it overnight, and when I picked it up the next day, I was blown away by the craftsmanship. It looked so good that I ended up coming back a few weeks later to get the front windshield tinted! What really blew me away, though, was Ji's follow-through. He asks you to bring the car back after a week so he can inspect the work, catch any tiny air bubbles, and make sure everything cured flawlessly. Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and very informative when helping me choose the right tint. I especially appreciated how conscientious he was about California tint laws. He explained what would and would not be compliant and helped me get as much privacy as possible on the front driver and passenger windows while staying within the legal requirements. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. Last night I had a tweaker break my rear window to try and steal some items from my car, got nothing but caused me to have to buy a new window. I called Safelite and they gave me a ridiculous quote and couldn't get it done until Monday, this being a Thursday. My wife gave me the number for Mobile Safe Auto Glass since she used them before . I called and spoke with Rick, he gave me a quote much lower than Safelite and was able to do it same day between 10am and 1 o'clock . I received a text from Johnny at 10:30 saying he'd be at my house in 20 minutes. He was here as he said and they finished the job by 11:15. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them.
