Mohamed was great! Very friendly and approachable. Not to mention response time and help! I had 4 other tint shops lined up and Solax was my ultimate choice. Mohamed made the decision easy and even answered all my questions after 11pm! Before arriving, I gave him a call to check availability and that went smooth. Once I arrived, selected the tint shade and type and handed over the keys. He and his team where finishing up a car but soon after completed mine. When I took the car home to wash it, I noticed scratches on both quarter panels which looked like done from their work aprons. My car has recent bodywork and painted. The owner called me and offered to fix the problem which I thought was good customer service. I declined his offer and decided to take it to the shop that painted the car for a paint correction.
