This is a little shop in Whittier. Found them through Yelp and I'm soo glad. I contacted the shop and Mohamed responded quickly. He gave me options for the different types of film that they have. The pricing is for all four doors and the back window. Nano carbon 199$ Nano ceramic 260$ special 3M ceramic IR 340$ What I love the most is that Mohammad was patient with me and showed me different tint looks on the cars. Also he backed it up with a Lifetime Warranty. He gave me a discount for the Nano Ceramic Tint $250 and even called me while I walked to Dunkin Donuts if I wanted a tint on my front windshield. I gave him and the guys some donuts since they just started their day and already had two customers right after me. Quality job and the price is even better! Lovin' the front shade on the top of my front windshield! It certainly helps with the hot SoCal sun! My new car is sure happy!

I've been holding off on getting a tint for so many years and drove a fish bowl because I was intimidated to go into shops especially as a woman who has very little knowledge of cars, but I felt comfortable and taken care of here. Yelp sent my request for a window tint to multiple businesses and im glad I came across this one. The owner replies quickly and I was able to schedule a time to come in. The process was smooth and took only 2 hours so I walked down the street to the coffee shop while I waited. The quality and work is superb and I definitely recommend this place to my friends. No one tried to upsell me anything like at other shops which I really appreciated. Great value. My sister and friend is coming to see Mohammad next for their cars too. Called 24 hours before to make an appointment to add a layer of tint on top of my already existing tint. They were able to accommodate without any hesitation and made me feel like they wanted my business. The job was done quick and efficiently without any damage to my vehicle or my pre existing tint. They offered AC and I was in and out of there within an hour. Heads up, this business is located in the rear, there are multiple businesses on the same lot.

This shop was recommended to me by my brother in law and I'm glad I decided to get my windows tinted at this place! The price was great and it came out very nice. I got all windows tinted. The back windows (including rear window) Is a 5 Front passenger and driver side window Is a 15 and the front window is a 20 .

I have been searching for a small business owner tint shop near by my area and through searching and calling on Yelp, I believe I have found the best tint shop in Orange County. I went with Ceramic 15% front and 5% all around my Tesla Model Y. It looks beautiful and the work is amazing. Quality of work and efficiency of the work is too notch. We drove from Long Beach to this shop after my boyfriend spent a long time searching for a high-quality, and reliable place. Quality work. Car looks great. Friendly interactions. My only gripe was I had to deal with a double payment due to an incorrect phone number added to the Zelle by owner and tried to gaslight me into stating that I input the number incorrectly when I gave him my phone to do it for this very reason. Went to Solax and could not be happier with their service and for accommodating me into their schedule without an appointment. Amazing service as always! This is my second time coming here for a window tint. I first found this place a couple months ago when I was looking to get my side windows tinted and was offered a great price and I have had no issues since. I was very pleased with the results! I chose to go with the Nano Ceramic Tint 5% on all 4 doors and rear window. The tint came out great and the customer service was awesome. Great value for the price! I will definitely be bringing and future vehicles back here. P.S. if you have a Tesla i definitely recommend tinting the entire rear window instead of just half. It may cost slightly more but it comes out with a much cleaner look overall, definitely worth it. read more

The best! I am so happy with the quality of work Muhammad and his team performed on my car. When I initially called he responded right away, was very clear and to the point with fair pricing, availability and answering all questions. I came in, the shop was comfortable and they got to work right away. They showed me tint % options and I chose 20% for my driver and passenger windows to match backseat windows and I believe 35/40% for windshield. After a few days it fully cured and looks AMAZING! Mohamed was great! Very friendly and approachable. Not to mention response time and help! I had 4 other tint shops lined up and Solax was my ultimate choice. Mohamed made the decision easy and even answered all my questions after 11pm! Before arriving, I gave him a call to check availability and that went smooth. Once I arrived, selected the tint shade and type and handed over the keys. He and his team where finishing up a car but soon after completed mine. I made a quick inspection: all was good except for 1 small area which Mohamed promptly took care of and once I got home, Mohamed called to ensure there were no issues near the small area in question; very nice of him to do. He also mentioned if theres any issues, I can always bring it back to his shop for them to take a look or replace. Very happy with the price, purchase and quality! read more

I called this place because of the convenience of open 7 days a week and great reviews. The quote given was fair and they finished the job in a few hours. They did a good job on tinting all windows. When I took the car home to wash it, I noticed scratches on both quarter panels which looked like done from their work aprons. My car has recent bodywork and painted. The owner called me and offered to fix the problem which I thought was good customer service. I declined his offer and decided to take it to the shop that painted the car for a paint correction. I would have given a 5 star review but now I have to take the time out of my day to get this repaired. That's my honest review. I had to pay $180 for paint correction read more

Very professional, responsive, and affordable! I called and was able to get an appointment within the same week. I brought in my car and they went through all the different tint styles that would fit my car. They had great suggestions but also wasn't pushy because they ultimately care about their customer's preferences. The job was extremely well done, it looks like it came stock with the car. Teslas are notorious for making it hard to put on tints as a lot of parts have to be pulled off, but they did an excellent job putting everything back together and made sure nothing was damaged. Best Tint Shop Hands Down - Ask for Moe!" I've had multiple cars tinted over the years, but this was by far the smoothest, cleanest, and most affordable experience I've had. The quality of the film they use is top-tier--no bubbles, no peeling, and it seriously cuts the heat inside the car. What really sets this place apart is the service. Moe is the guy you want to ask for. He's knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely cares about getting it right. He walked me through the different shades, explained what's legal, and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. I could tell he takes pride in his work. They also beat out other quotes I got around town--and didn't sacrifice quality at all. Fast turnaround, clean install, and great customer service from start to finish. Mohammad was fantastic! Very nice, responsive, and honest. He was transparent with pricing and really cares for the car. I couldn't pick up my car on the same day, but he took care of it and left it safely indoors. The price is easily the best in the market, the install was fast and professional, and I think the tint is good quality. Even though he's very busy, he makes time for customers and worked with my schedule. 10/10 experience! Got the 3M Ceramic IR, 15% front, 5% back all round, 50% windshield. Pretty dark and quite hard to see at night for the first couple of nights. But I'm now used to it. Have to rely on other car's headlights for the most part. Really helpful during the daytime with all the heat and sunlight. I don't realize that the sun is shining on my face sometimes. You will need to roll down your windows if you are parking in a dark place to see curbs, etc. read more

10!!!-Star Review: Solid Tint Job at Solax Tint in Whittier I took my Tesla Model 3 Highland to Solax Tint and Mohamad delivered. Reached out on a weekend and he replied right away -- unlike the other shops that waited until Monday. He answered all my questions about different tint brands straight up and even told me to do my own research instead of taking his word. No pressure, just honest advice. Dropped the car off Saturday morning and it was done in a few hours: 15% all around including the pano roof and 50% on the front. Edges came out straight and clean, no jagged lines or residue on the doors and panels. They even returned it cleaner than I dropped it off. Mohamad was the first one to respond to my project posting on yelp. His response came with a reasonable price. I waited for other responses but most of the other responses from other companies were just copy/pasted from their general pricing info. I decided to go with Mohamad based mostly on his responsiveness and the other yelp reviews on his page. The finished product came out great. There are a few bubbles but I'm assuming that'll resolve over the next couple days as the tint adhesive cures. Mohamad was very informative about the types of tint he offers. Mo at Solax Auto Tint was awesome. I sent him a message late on a Friday night and he was able to get me in first thing 6/15/24 Saturday morning. Mo went over pricing and tint percentage. Installation was quick!! He had me in and out within 2 hours. He has lifetime guarantee and was thorough on explaining the after care process. Payment was easy! He takes all major credit cards or Zelle. Avoid the card fees by using Zelle. I will be back for the windshield. Definitely would recommend. I got my windows and the windshield visor tint on August 1st 2025 and the tints still work great! No bubbles or anything. I wanted to wait a while till I left a review since you really can't tell a good job till time passes and rest assured, it was worth the quote. Service was fast, simple, and straight to the point. I'm very happy with my tints. My only concern would be perhaps the wires for my Dashcam that I had stuffed into the ceiling of the car hasn't stayed put like it used to since the tints. read more

Quality tint job and even better customer service. They were able to fit me into their appointments last minute on a weekend. Later when the tint was accidentally scratched from some debris stuck between the door panel and the window, they instantly told me to come in without hesitation. I left the trunk window as it is for safety, since Wranglers already come with a factory tint from the start. The two-man team worked together, and the whole process was finished in about an hour.
