Went here to alleviate some stress and anxiety that a family member was experiencing. We are new to the area and I suggested it and wow! You are greeted immediately upon entering the spa. You can choose to have reflexology performed on your feet or you can also choose an upper body massage and adjustment. The facility is super professional and clean. Drapes separate the tables where you are treated. It is very quiet while sessions are performed. Cell phones are not allowed for use while treatments are taking place. For good reason...you are supposed to relax:) I purchased a two hour treatment for my spouse and he was thrilled and felt so much better! I look forward to trying it as well very soon! Atmosphere: (5/5) - Very calming and peaceful. Professionally set up in such a way that even though everyone is in one room with other guest, it is so tranquil and spaced out that you totally forget that you're there with other people! Service: (5/5) - I opted for the head to toe 70 minute massage with hot stones. It was definitely worth $35!! The guy who performed the massage was extremely professional. You don't take off any clothing except socks if you have them on. Be sure to wear loose fitting pants so you can roll up your pants to soak your feet in the foot bath. For this massage, you get a head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, foot, lower leg, and back massage. For the parts that you are laying on your back, they cover your eyes with a towel to avoid awkwardness, which is GREAT because I'm an awkward person in general. The hot stones are pretty hot so if you can't handle hot on your skin and you've never gotten a hot stone massage, I would not do this one. In this particular massage, the hot stones only go on your legs and feet. Cleanliness: (5/5) - They have a lining on the foot bath, they change all of the towels, and when you are laying face down they change the towel and put a paper towel on top as well over the hole where you breathe through (with a hole for breathing of course!). I love coming to Sole Hao for massages. It's my favorite place for it. I've been coming since Feb of 2016 and have been coming almost every week since then. It's the best massage for the price you can get at $35 for 70min head to toe or $45 for 90mins. The owner, Hao, is very nice and accommodating. He will help you find the best therapist to fit your needs. If you have a preference on male or female therapist they can accommodate you no problem. I call ahead and request my favorite therapist to make sure he's available. He has gotten to know all my tight spots and takes extra care to work them out for me. The environment is very clean and tidy and they strive to keep it that way. The massage beds are leather and adjustable so if you're not comfortable ask them to adjust the level for you. Wear comfy clothes and make sure you can roll your pants above your knees as you'll be putting your feet in warm/hot water to soak your tired feet in. I'm pretty sure most of their services come with free hot stone massage. If you do a combo massage be prepared to take your top off and dress accordingly. They will still keep you covered with towels and focus on the spot they're working on so you won't feel naked. I highly recommend checking Sole Hao out! read more

I chose Hai Sole after checking out a bunch of Yelp and found it had the highest of all reviews. The location is more spa like than others in its class (of reflexology places). I came in around 7:00 pm on. Thursday evening. I was greeted by the manager (?), who explained to me the difference between the "head to toe" and "combo" specials. Both are great deals! I selected the combo because I wanted more time spent on my neck, shoulders and back. I was walked to a bed near the back of the spa space (behind the heavy drapes past the reception area). The spa room is large with about 12 beds separated by see-through curtains. The room was dimly lit and spa music was playing in the background. The manager explained to my therapist what I wanted (I don't think the therapist spoke much English). My 90 minute session started with a feet soak while I laid down on my back for my head and scalp massage. Once that was completed, he started on the foot reflexology. He applied hot stones on my feet and legs after the reflexology. The last part of the session focused on my back. Overall the experience was very relaxing. I could have used more pressure, but it was fine. I'll have to ask next time. After the session I was provided with a bottle of cold water. Overall a great value--the 90 minute combo session was $55 (plus $20 for a tip). I would definitely be back! read more

He used his elbows to get in my back, popped my back, hands, and toes in a bajillion different ways, and he got out a few knots in my shoulders without making me cry. Had a great massage lately?? This place has an hour foot & whole body massage for $35. This massage was better than many that I have paid $80 or more dollars for. It's a little different than a normal massage because you leave your clothes on. Wear workout shorts & a tshirt. You also share your massage room with other people getting massages, but you don't really notice anyone. The room is kinda dark, they play relaxing music & your face & body are covered with clean towels. It's in a strip mall, so you will occasionally hear noise, but it didn't bother me because I was getting an awesome massage. I've been twice now & they really work on my shoulders & lower back. I have had bulging disc's in my lower back, so it gets very stiff. These guys rub the stiffness right out. They really are awesome! Great massage at a good price. If you're new to reflexology dont get it confused with a Swedish or deep tissue massage, its totally different. Great experience! I've been to many different foot massages in the dallas area and usually have just an OK experience, but this one was surprisingly pleasant from start to finish! They were able to squeeze in 3 of us last minute at 9pm. When we got there there were a lot of people in the waiting room, but they quickly got everyone in. One lady waiting told us how she loved this location and goes every week. All 3 of the therapists we had were great. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. The bucket they ask you to put your feet in is too small for a man's feet and has a bottom that hurts your feet. I asked if I had to put my feet in the bucket and they said yes. I should have walked out then. Putting your feet in the bucket puts too much pressure on the lower back. Moreover, the place is unprofessional. If you like a communal bath environment this is the place for you. No privacy and women are asked to remove their shirts in front of male staff and guest with only see through curtains separating people. There are people walking through the big open room where everyone is gathered with people exposed. The tables are terrible and when in the prone position it is hard to breath with the substandard face mount. I wouldn't go back to this place if someone paid me to go. read more

I went in not sure what expect with a reflexology head to toe massage. You go into a room with a bunch of massage beds. Very quiet and soothing, they put your feet in warm water and you lie down on your back. She started with a head and face pressure point a massage, then arms, legs, feet. She used warm rocks to rub my legs. This felt amazing!!! Then you lie on your stomach, I had a lot of knots in my back and she massage them out with hands, forearms, elbows. She really got in there trying to work them out. This was the best massage I have ever had, and I have traveled a lot getting massages! Went here for the combo massage at 9pm, it says they close at 10pm. My husband and I requested 2 of the 70 minute massages but only received 50 minutes. On top of that, our massuese left each of us alone for about 5 minutes on two separate occasions. I thought.....okaaay....where did he go?? The massage ...... was terrible. All I heard was his loud sighing and yawning. I requested deeper pressure which he gave for all of 15 seconds then back to the light rub. I was so disappointed as I really needed this quick massage until I got to my regular person after my return vacation from climbing Machu Picchu. Needless to say my feet still hurt! I took my wife there for a Mother's Day gift massage today. We got a couples massage too relax. First of all our appointment was scheduled for 90 minutes. We was told last minute that they only had time for 70 minutes. We paid the 90 minute price and accepted the 70 minutes. The massages was very intense and really not a relaxing experience. We got finished and go out front to pay for services. The guy has the nerve to blatantly ask for a tip.... Don't get me wrong we tip everyone that deserves a tip, however you do not ask for a tip in any business. It is disrespectful, inappropriate and by far unprofessional to say the least. NOT only did he ask for a tip, he called my phone 15 minutes after we left and asked if I would come back and tip them. Who in their right mind does this??? My and I was very disturbed and do not recommend this place to anyone. They also do not have appropriate rooms to separate people, just see through sheers. read more
