Upstairs they have the Meditation rooms . Those rooms are the Oxygenated room and an infra red room. On the first floor they have a theater room, a salt room, a gold room, a sun room, a charcoal room, other rooms and a cafeteria area. You can also pay for a massage. Look, I think it's important to pay people a good wage and I value spa services, but these just seemed high.

I took the time to explain beforehand & she had zero follow up questions. She left me at the shampoo bowl without bothering to tell me that she had applied the conditioning treatment. This was my first time booking this treatment so I wasn't sure what to expect. Not a mind reader. She didn't bother asking me if the water was too hot while shampooing. I also was itching after conditioning treatment but Erini ran to the break room so I was left staring at the ceiling. The haircut itself took 5 mins. I was the one asking the stylist her how her day is going & being polite, with zero engagement in return. The stylist next to me was telling her client about a sale going on, another was asking her client questions/actually cared about the person in their chair. As a former hairdresser who worked at this location, Erini reminded me why I don't visit here anymore. I told her that the haircut wasn't what I expected & she had zero remorse. I told the girl at the checkout as well that I wasn't happy with my service. Neither offered any way to fix the situation. I had a list of items I wanted to buy and they lost my business completely. Vibe was nice at every other chair and shampoo bowl conversation. For the price of their services, Erini can make more of an effort & provide wayyyyyy better customer service.

Within this locker room, there are showers available and there is also an area provided to get ready AFTER the services are complete. It has hair dryers and spray deodorant and I think lotions. They do provide "wet slippers". They fit like no show socks so there's no need for any kind of flip flop type shoe to protect your feet. I have no review for the men's locker room cuz... Well. I'm not a man. BUT my husband had no complaints. When ready, you meet your partner and go to the "bath" area. They have all kinds of hot tubs and steams rooms and cold plunges and just yeah. It's pretty cool. You hang your robe and in you go. There is also a juice bar and the juices are delicious. Again, there is plenty of staff to assist with any questions you may have. If you booked a massage, and, of course, why not? They will let you know when it's time. You go upstairs and get the best massage of your life. I had a female masseuse and my husband had a male one. Once done, back into the locker room to get ready for the rest of your day/evening. It was a pleasant experience. It was also quite pricey. This was gifted to me and my man.
