UNBELIEVABLE! There's no other word to describe the results from the laser treatment received at this location. As a woman with PCOS it is an understatement to say I had an abundance of annoying facial hair - it was the worst! I purchased 12 session for full face/neck laser treatments and couldn't be happier and I truly wish I would have come in sooner. Even after the 1st session it was like night and day! The texture of the hair changed dramatically. I am on session 10 of 12 and the hair is, IMO, 95% gone! The hair that is left is much finer and softer. While I did need about twice the number of sessions as someone without PCOS, Solei offers lots of specials to help make it more affordable. After dealing with very noticeable, dark facial hair for years finally having a "normal" face feels amazing! If you're on the fence about the cost, inconvenience, pain, etc ...DO IT! Looking back, it's not that expensive,each session is quick and only once a month and there is only slight discomfort in spots where the hair is super thick. I purchased discounted packages for a treatment from Solei MedSpa through Group On for myself and my daughter to try "hair removal" for the first time. It was the BEST purchase I've ever made from Group On. We met with technician Pamela at the "required consultation". She was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful to us the clients. She answered our many questions and let us know if for any reason we failed the screening we would have to request a refund from the vendor GROUP ON (where our packages were purchased). Fortunately for both myself and my daughter, after going through the Solei screening, we were both great candidates for hair removal and started the service immediately. I found this place for laser hair removal on Groupon so of course I was hesitant but I shouldn't have been because my experience was amazing. For my first appointment I showed up just a few minutes early to fill out a few easy forms and then I was in and out of my session in minutes. If you're scared of the pain don't be. It's so easy and so worth it. I did my face and neck and it was the easiest place I've ever been to for laser. (Yes I've tried a lot of places because I move around.) To get full removal it's going to take more than 3 sessions so plan on paying for additional times beyond Groupon but if you've ever considered trying it go here. Great Experience, nice staff, clean and inviting. I've tried laser hair removal many times over the past 10 years at many different locations with many different lasers and spent a lot of money with very mediocre results. This is the first time that I've seen really amazing results!!! I am half Persian, half America woman and because of that I unfortunately am cursed with an excessive amount of dark facial hair and pale skin. I've always been ashamed of my facial and neck beard and no matter what I tried nothing would get rid of it until now. Love, love, love my results! Every session is painless. Started with my underarms, and after the first session it took almost three weeks for my hair to grow back. I'm done with my underarm sessions, and I do not have to shave at all. Before I was shaving every other day. I no longer have to pluck the hairs either! Dark shady parts under my underarms are gone. I'm doing lower legs, and my bikini area now. I haven't had to shave at all in those areas. I am on my fourth session for each. Pamela is amazing! I am so very happy with the results. My legs are smoother and all of the razor bumps have disappeared. Also, I recommend the Brazilian. You just cannot beat it. If you wax, this is the way to go. The results are amazing! This is much less painless than waxing. The only times you may feel pain is where your hair is thicker and this lessens with each treatment. If you do feel pain it is nothing like waxing pain, it is more like you feel heat on your skin. I went to Solei Medspa for the first time 2 Year's ago and I will never go anywhere else again! My skin had some acne and also scarring from when I was younger and now I don't have any at all!
