However, they offered two generous solutions to choose from to rectify the matter, and I'm pleased to say the situation is now fully resolved. ** I'm writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who visited Soleil Lash about a week and a half ago for a lash lift and tint for her prom. When she arrived, it was immediately concerning that the staff seemed unsure about who would be performing her service. There was visible scrambling to find someone available, which didn't inspire much confidence from the start. Once a technician was assigned, it became clear during the appointment that she was still in training, as other staff members were guiding her through the process step by step. My daughter is shy and didn't feel comfortable speaking up at the time, so when asked, she said everything looked "okay." However, once she got home, it was obvious that the results were far from acceptable. Her lashes were not tinted at all, and the lift was extremely uneven--one eye was maybe 50% lifted, while the other showed little to no change. For an $85 service, I would expect a professional and consistent result. It's disappointing to feel like customers are being used as practice without transparency. If someone is still learning, that should be clearly communicated ahead of time, not discovered during the service. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and unfortunately a waste of money, especially for something as important as prom.

I stopped going to Soleil because of constantly getting my eyes poked and always leaving with sore eyes. But i took a break and then decided to come back after a few months. Coming back with all the changes was interesting to see. I was hoping for a great experience and then when I was done I had red eyes due to the tape rubbing on my actual eye. They lash tech gave me eye drops which was kind but it helped the pain a little. I woke up the next morning with a severe red eye and extreme soreness pain. This happens everytime I get my lashes done at soleil and ive had different people each time.

I came in ready to pay for a new set with lash extensions from someone else the week prior (I was rough on them and had a lot of fall out) so they were pretty fresh but I wanted to be full again. They refused to fill my lashes even tho I was willing to pay for a new set. They were trying to force me to remove them before I could get the set. Horrible customer service. Do not come here Following up on my review -- in your original reply, you claimed my lashes were "stuck together." Now, in your latest comment, that's changed to "poor bonding" and "retention issues." That was never said to me during my appointment, only after the fact here in your public response. Changing the explanation after the fact makes it seem like you're altering the story to justify your decision.

Doing an update for my latest lashes & a 3 week lash fill! I haven't gotten a fill in ages because usually I can just do without them but I love getting them done for a special occasions. And honestly, she just does the best Lashes. And like they just come out so good and pictures, and like they don't look crazy either. We went for a D curl this time, and I really love her recommendation because they make my eyes look awake not like they look drowsy and heavy. I just love the look so much!

I was a first-time customer at this location and wanted to leave an honest review for both the manager and other potential clients to be aware. I came in for a hybrid lash set and unfortunately, the application I received was extremely poor. One of the lash techs, who later introduced herself as Giselle, the supervisor, saw my lashes and kindly offered to fix them. She began removing some of the lashes by "sliding them off like a banana peel," as she described but the process was painful and it didn't make sense to me since they were glued on. I asked her to stop and requested a full removal instead and she proceeded to use a liquid remover that caused a strong burning sensation in my eyes. She left it on for 10 minutes before removing the lashes. The whole process was very uncomfortable and concerning. the lash tech who originally applied my lashes had only five months of experience. She never asked me any questions about how I wanted my lashes, what size or length I preferred and seemed unfamiliar with proper lash mapping and placement. The fans used were also too large and heavy for my natural lashes. Giselle later explained there was a language barrier between the lash tech and me, but I believe that should have been addressed before the service began. What should have been a beauty appointment turned into a painful and damaging experience for my eyes and natural lashes. I am thankful that the lashes were eventually removed, but no one should have to go through what I experienced. I strongly encourage others to ask about the experience level of the lash tech before booking and to ensure clear communication is established upfront. The mistake I made was choosing any lash tech when booking my appointment. Honest review. FOLLOW UP REVIEW: I am very disappointed by the unprofessional conduct I experienced after leaving an honest review. The business owner gave the lash technician my personal phone number and she then contacted me directly, asking me to remove my review because she was at risk of losing her job. This was completely inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. If the manager is reading this, please know that any communication regarding job performance or employment status should go through the proper HR channels not through clients. Sharing a customer's personal information without consent is a serious violation of privacy and boundaries and it can lead to legal consequences, including potential workers compensation issues if an employee is put in a distressing or compromising position. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the business as a whole. I hope management takes this seriously and puts the proper protocols in place moving forward. I'd like to respectfully clarify that I had every intention of paying for the service. I provided my credit card information prior to the appointment, as required. However I left the salon with no lashes at all after experiencing pain during the attempted fix and I was never asked to pay for anything upon leaving. My time was also wasted in the process. Unfortunately, due to the experience I had the lashes were removed and I left with nothing. I had no reason to go into a business with the intention of wasting my time or anyone else's. I chose not to reschedule or return for another lash appointment because of how everything unfolded. I also was not asked to pay for the removal. For the manager to suggest I came in with the intent not to pay is not only untrue it's disappointing. I received no completed service and while both my time and the lash tech's time were affected, this was simply a situation that didn't go well. I want to clarify that I did not just walk out. There was communication throughout the entire process. Giselle walked me to the front desk and at no point did she ask me for any payment for the removal of the lashes because in reality, I received no actual service. The lashes were removed because they were placed incorrectly and were causing pain. My time was wasted as well. I also want to make this very clear: if you're reading this please think twice before going to a business like this. The way this situation has been handled speaks volumes. Use wisdom and discernment. Like I said in the beginning, I left my review for someone like me someone who might unknowingly book with any lash tech, not realizing they may be assigned someone inexperienced. My intention was never to hurt the business, just to be honest and help others make informed decisions. I should not be retaliated against or falsely accused for sharing my experience. The fact that this business responded the way it did, with accusations and misrepresentation, only confirms my concerns. Their actions speak for themselves. This review was not written with malice or bad intentions it was an honest reflection of my experience so that others can make an informed decision.

Such a lovely lash spot! The results were beautiful and the pricing was super reasonable. What I appreciated the most was how thoughtful and caring the customer service was -- they really take their time with you. Also, the consultation felt honest and tailored to what I needed. Left feeling pretty and well taken care of! Definitely coming back!

I got a natural cat eye set from this place for $70! That's such a steal in today's economy. My lash tech did such a great job and was so patient with my twitchy eyes and straight eye lashes haha. She said that if anything goes wrong within 72-hours to let them know and they can make adjustments and fix it. It's been 3 days for me and so far so good! I'm excited to see how they'll hold up after my trip! The place is really nice too. When you walk in, you're greeted by aromatherapy and calming music. It really set the tone for a self care day. I love this little thoughtful touch too, but it was so sweet to have a little tray of cough drops and tic tac at the check in!

I used to get my lashes done with Amy but she no longer works there so I started getting my lashes done with Celine. She's very sweet and does a very nice job with how she does my lashes! I'm just taking a short break from getting my lashes done because I have a habit of picking at them lol but I will be back soon
