During an interaction on the gym floor, the GM initiated unprovoked physical contact. Utilizing her full body weight, the GM executed a two-handed shove, propelling me several feet into a piece of industrial gym machinery. The impact was concentrated on my left posterior shoulder. The entirety of the unprovoked battery was captured via high-definition, third-party video recorded by another member (JP) in the immediate vicinity while they were filming themselves benching. The footage confirms the GM's intentional use of force. Following extensive medical intervention, a (QME) has officially issued a Permanent Disability Rating regarding my left shoulder. Clinical diagnostics confirm a total and permanent loss of function in the left shoulder. I am currently on permanent disability as a direct and proximate result of the GM's (TG) actions. This establishment is now the subject of litigation for personal injury, battery, and gross negligence. Management's failure to maintain a safe environment has resulted in a permanent physical impairment. Prospective members and stakeholders should be advised of the severe lack of professional restraint and the significant legal liabilities associated with this facility's leadership. The financial and physical risks of patronizing this business are extreme.

They have the greatest Instructors. Been to the other Gyms and it's so overly crowded inside the classrooms and on equipment areas. I also want to mention that at other gyms they don't have an aerobic flooring in class which is so beneficial to your body. Fitness 19 Murrieta and Temecula seem to have that. I was in another form of aerobics for about 18 years and was told they had aerobic flooring so I can feel the difference. I totally recommend this gym in Murrieta. My husband went in a couple of weeks ago to try out the body scan machine and free work out. As he was ready to leave, of course they asked if he wanted to sign up with a personal trainer. He tried to say no, but Jackson (GM) told him he could just do a "trial" with a personal trainer for 2 weeks and if he didn't like it he could stop and not sign the contract. My husband signed something that was NOT shown to him in entirety and took Jackson's word for it that it was JUST a trial. Now, upon trying to cancel in person, we've learned the actual contract was signed and we're on the hook for $1300. Oh yeah, and don't forget they'll send that to collections if we don't pay it. We were going to keep our regular membership, but after the clear lack of ethics and actual care that they have for people, no thank you. Front desk staff is incompetent and unhelpful, there's never a manager around to speak to. I think managers literally hide in the back because they know the people they scammed are going to be coming in asking to cancel. Don't sign ANYTHING EVER at EOS. Murrieta!

I spoke to FOUR different front desk employees and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. The fourth person said they would find someone to help me, then left me standing there waiting until I finally had to say something again. What's frustrating is once someone actually decided to help, the issue was resolved quickly and easily. The lack of communication, urgency, and customer service was honestly unacceptable. Staff seriously needs better training because customers deserve a smoother experience than this.

I really appreciate how much variety there is for different types of workouts. One of the biggest wins here is the kids' daycare/playground area, which has been a game-changer for my wife and me. Being able to work out together while our kid is safe and entertained is a major plus. That said, there are definitely some downsides that keep this from being a top-tier gym. Too many machines are either out of order or in rough shape, and it often takes weeks for them to get repaired--if at all. During my most recent workout today (6/21/25), I saw two machines still broken that were also down last month. It's frustrating to see that kind of upkeep issue in a gym this size. I haven't used the new upgraded "Pro Room" area yet, but when I checked it out, the strong rubber mat odor was overwhelming--not exactly a motivating vibe. In summary, Powerhouse Gym Murrieta has all the makings of a 5-star facility, but the inconsistent maintenance really holds it back.
