He identified the damage quickly, 2 leaks, and fixed both in the same day. I asked him to remove some additional debris from the water damage and help me access a water shut off valve in a wall, and he gladly helped with those too. He let us know that although we passed this year to be ready for next year being a problem, and we appreciate the heads up!
