I was amazed at the service and how clean they left everything! They helped move the heavy stuff away from water for me. After taking out the wet drywall, they actually vacuumed the area spotless! It was like looking at the structure of the place as it was being built not just damaged. There was some weird piping around the area, they worked around it and didn't ruin it. When they came back to rebuild the area, it actually looked better than before, even with the weird piping secured back in place. The office staff was really nice and courteous too. Fast work and good work is what I got from Solid Restoration. Also, good advice. After a flood ruined the laminate floor in the entire house, I only had to be out of the house 2 days for drying and 2 weeks for reconstruction. Mark and Oscar gave us good advice which was to pick materials that were in stock locally. Able gave us good advice and we let them put a lock box on the house, we packed the most precious breakables, and we got out of their way. The floor was beautifully done. Oscar and crew did a great job on the walls, baseboard and trim. The cleaning crew did a great job; even my wife who has a cleaning business said so. Furniture containers were delivered and removed quickly. And the Electronics ER team took good care of our TVs and sound systems and reinstalled them just as they were before. by far the worst experience ever! . if i could give no stars i would. I hope i never have another issue in my home & if i do and my insurance wants to send "Solid Restoration" i would refuse service . I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Poor Customer service. No management. i was left in the dark for 3 weeks until i finally called and asked for explanations. every worker comes in and all they as is where is the deductible. They are still working in my home and still not done . its taken up so much of my time . Christmas was ruined because their lack of work. Had i read the yelp reviews i would of never allowed theses people in my home. its a whole he said she said no one has answers . Solid Restoration literally came to my rescue. I originally called a different company that was recommended by my plumber then I contacted solid restoration. Upstairs laundry room flooded due to a washer leak and there was quite a lot of damage. The other company said it may take weeks to fix. Solid restoration fixed the damage within 3 days and didn't expect me to be there. They coordinated my insurance and estimator, dried out the walls and affected areas, fixed the drywall and repainted the downstairs ceiling all within 3 days. Hassle free. The staff is amazing. I recently had a pipe in my wall break. It soaked the bathroom wall and went into the next room as well, flooding the family room! I was devastated as I had just installed brand new wood flooring only a couple of years earlier. My insurance company recommended that I call Solid Restoration. Very disappointed! After experiencing a water loss and Solid Restoration being recommended by my insurance company I thought I had found a reputable company to complete my repairs. Instead I found a company that lacks compassion and honesty toward their clients. I was told their crews were booked 8 weeks in advance and I would be called for scheduling as the 8 weeks approached. After 4 weeks, I called to touch base and ensure I was still on project list. I was told "yes" and the next day received a call stating they no longer employ their crew that covered my area of residence area. I was never informed of this information. This company obviously isn't in touch with the stress that their clients are experiencing and would have waited another month to deliver the news, had I not contacted them. read more

So it's been quite awhile since I've given any reviews on here but I absolutely had to review Solid Restoration. After coming home from a vacation only to find our hot water heater had blown up, Solid Restoration was retained by the insurance agency. They came in and demo'd, did the mold abatement, installed new carpet, tile, painted and cleaned everything with extreme craftsmanship. I cannot say enough about how great the project manager Art was in dealing with whole mess. In retrospect it turned out to be a blessing. Since half of the flooring was getting replaced we upgraded the rest and their quote for the upgrade was extremely reasonable. Art was always quick to reply to all my questions and concerns with reassurance, even late at night and weekends! Next is upgrading the master bath and kitchen. This company deserves more than 5 stars!!!I had a pinhole leak that affected the wall and flooring upstairs and downstairs. It was big undertaking that involved dry wall, repaint, and flooring. My insurance strongly recommended them to me and after reading positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to go with them. Paul was my project manager and he provided me a helpful and concise version of expectations for the next few weeks. Paul would consistently check in, meet up with me at my convenience, and professionally handled any questions I had. Brett, the owner, was also very courteous and helpful. On a late evening, I had sent out an email asking for clarification of the project estimate and to my pleasant surprise, Brett responded immediately and assured me that they would honor their word. Everyone that I spoke to at Solid has been respectful, honest, and professional and knows exactly how to deliver quality service. Furthermore, Leo and his crew did a great job with the paint and dry wall. Jose, Juan, and his crew did an absolutely amazing job with installing the tiles. Jose even went the extra mile, by doing some extra research on the weekend to find a part, that was identical to what I wanted for the stairs edging and local. My parents had a leak an upstairs wall which lead to water damage. The dining room, kitchen, and one of the upstairs bedrooms were impacted by this leak. Solid Restoration came in and took care of emergency services dry out, demolition, and reconstruction. The whole process took about 6 weeks which is fairly quick considering how much work needed to be done. I had dealt with water damage in my own home so I knew how to help my parents: I knew a big headache was coming! The process can be quite frustrating and time consuming; however, I can say without a doubt that Solid Restoration was very easy to work with. Communication with the day to day workers wasn't always the easiest, but working with Brett and his team was great. Reconstruction included: reset and refinishing of all kitchen cabinets, new kitchen counter tops, new flooring on the first floor, dry wall work, and painting.
