We had a tricky flooring issue with about three and a half inches of drop in some areas and met with a few general contractors who mostly complained about how hard it would be. Robert actually took the time to understand the problem instead of trying to upsell us. He showed up about 15 minutes early, reviewed the situation, asked the right questions and set clear expectations for what realistically needed to happen. We got a clear, no pressure quote and an honest game plan. Easy to work with and someone I'd absolutely work with again. There is a reason they have 5 star review on Yelp and Google.

However, a few days before the scheduled start, we decided to just match the colors. Phillip was super understanding and agreed that it was the best decision. Phillip, Victor, and Liam arrived promptly as scheduled on the start date and began working their magic. They worked well into the evenings to ensure the job was done in a timely manner. The team actually finished a few days ahead of the original estimate as they knew that we were planning to move in soon and were just that efficient!
