In fact, there are 5 different tiers of contact pricing, so that helped me figure out what would fit me best. In addition, they let me try a certain type of contacts for 4 days and come back in to determine if it was a good fit and feel for me. That little gesture really helped solidify my confidence and eased the pain of the cost. Dr. Lindower was very kind and efficient without making me feel rushed. The other two people working here who helped during my appointment - I forget their names! - were also very nice. You could tell they do the same sequence with most of their patients, but I felt cared for and not just another paying customer. They answered my questions along the way and were very descriptive about what a certain test or a certain liquid was for. It was a little challenging getting a first-time appointment, but there was a lot more flexibility for the follow-up appointment. Definitely call with a bunch of time leeway in mind. The receptionist gave me re-assurance so I had asked to take time off from work. 1.5 weeks later, I get a call from the receptionist stating "we are sorry, but we made a mistake and the doctor will not be in during your appointment date and you will have to make another appointment". I found this to be highly unprofessional as it took them 1.5 weeks later to inform me that they had made a mistake, on top of the fact that I had to rework my schedule and the schedule of my work colleagues because they were not able to keep track of their own calendar.
